My VC-No-[protected], Tried reaching customer care for more than 15 to subscribe additional channels. The call last for 5 to 10 min with IVR and asked to enter my register mobile or VC no, later it will be disconnected. It was worst and pathetic experience ever had, customer care is worst. Tried calling all the numbers provided in www.dishtv.in unfortunately not even a single number reached to customer care executive. I would request to resolve this issue at the earliest, else I should think of other options. I am not expecting a standard response for you like "please be assured" I need immediate solution rather than a statement.

      Myself Nishita, some days before I called up Dishtv to inquire about how to use bonus points. Then one mam told that you can order films on MOD else can order channel namely Zee Quiz and Discovery Kids and then disconnected the call.After this yesterday i.e.[protected] I ordered channel Discovery Kids thru SMS.Then reply from there came that you must SMS using dishtv ADD on Alacarte. So I SMS that its balance would cut from accumulated bonus points.
      But they took the payment from our dishtv main A/c.And after this when I called dishtv to deactivate the channel then they told that it cannot be deactivated before 30 days.

        Sir, as existing custemer of dish tv, they block my channel.i 'm unable to see many channels.when i recharge my cccount they din't tell me about the package.after recharge i saw many channels blocked.then i call i asked about it, but custemercare said it wasn'tyour pack, then i active NGC channel rs/-5 per month(+tax).next day life ok channel blocked.My vc no:-[protected].mail id :- [protected]@hotmail.com / guru.[protected]@tarangtv.in.             dearsir, my vc no is [protected] last week i confirmed my package channels the gentleman gave me the details of all channels and today i got a sms showing that life ok channel i should buy. i am feeling cheated i decided to cancel my subscription. but what about the setupbox and if i surrender it to the company should i get my security amount back ? i want to ask this to the customer care executives but they did not answer my query. what should i do kindly reply

              My VC no.is [protected], email: [protected]@rediffmail.com, which is not working and is the problem with Antenna signal. I tried calling on Dish TV customer care and made 12 calls which lasted from 5 to 20minutes. All the calls only connects to Dish tv adv music and no body from help desk answers the call. We are fed up with the worst response and we only receive VC recharge calls promptly from Customer care. Really feel sorry for taking dish tv. Victor.

                I had super platinum pack and after a month some channels vanished. Called them and they say the channels have been taken off, , need to pay for these now.. All of a sudden i am paying 120 more than my agreed monthly subscription. Kitty balance (which is just a myth that you get back) can get reduced without you ordering anything. This dishtv is the worst operator that I have come across.

                  Dish TV is a Fraud Company. I took Dish tv DTH six months ago and paid for the channels which I want to watch. After few time company took off few channels from my package and ask for additional money. Currently, I recharge my account and suppose to get all channels which are available in my package but not getting all of them. When I call them and ask this thing, they are telling me I have to upgrade my package for that channel.

                    The following services claimed to be HD are actually available only in SD. The EPG guide lists them as HD channels, however they are the usual SD channels bearing false name of 'HD'. Chan Chan No. Name 3 Sab TV HD 11 Dish Box Office HD 13 & Pictures HD 14 Zee Action HD 15 Zee Classic HD 28 WB HD 35 Zee Cafe HD 36 AXN HD 37 Fox FX HD 38 Fox Crime HD 49 TLC HD 52 Animal Planet HD 55 Discovery Science HD 67 Zee News HD 75 ET Now HD 86 Zing HD 87 Zoom HD Since the above services are not HD, it leaves me with only 22 actual HD service against the claim of 39 HD services in the HD Royale' base pack (@ Rs. 599 per month) I have also attached some screenshots of the TV Screen showing SD channels running under false HD tag to prove my verdict.                       I had a Dish TV connection and was not using it as I was at on site. Dish TV called up and said the Set Top Box will be collected by them and Rs 1200/- will be refunded. The amount will be paid in 20 days time . But I tried contacting them they didn't pick up the call. Latter when I contacted the customer care they said there is no policy of refund. I requested them to return my STB. But till date they have not returned my STB nor returned my money. I want my money back along with a lump sum of 1lakh for giving me harassment and mental trauma.

                          Dear Sir, I was holder of set top box with above I.V. Later on, I changed to HD set top box having I.V. No.[protected]. Through oversight I had re-charged my account by Rs. 1800/- @ Rs.599/- per month for Super HD Royale Package by quoting I.V. No.[protected] and even as of todate this I.V. is active. On contacting customer care, balance amount as of date is Rs. 2423.34 and the due date for recharge is 7.12.2014 and the registered mobile for this is [protected]. Since now I have shifted to HD and the I.V. No. is[protected], you are requested to transfer the amount of Rs. 2423.34 which in the old set top box and terminate the account with I.V. No.[protected].                                 I am using Super Family Pack (South) on my Dishtv VC No. [protected]. My package contains India Cricket Pack which facilitate me to watch live cricket matches in which Indian Cricket team participate. Now-a-days indian Cricket team plays against Bangladesh. But my VC No. does not Provide live cricket match. I contacted to Customer care they explained as it 's any internal issue regarding the telecast and suggested me to avail Al-Carte-pack(Channel on extra cost). Now I want to know what's the meaning of India Cricket Package when live match is NOT available. No.2, channel is available on paying extra charges but not available under the package. What can I do now??

                                  VC No. - [protected] I have subscribed for Super Gold Pack, which includes Indian cricket pack. As per which any channel broadcasting Indian cricket match will we automatically activated. Star Sports is the only channel broadcasting the ongoing India vs Bangladesh ODI Series, has not been activated yet. The customer care executives are not picking up the call either. Somehow I was able to contact them, but were unable to resolve the issue citing problems in the internal management of the company. They are neither refunding the money nor activating the channel and are asking me to pay for activating Star Sports, if I wish to view the match via ala carte, inspite of the fact that I have already paid extra money to activate the Indian Cricket Pack. Two matches has already been played and they are not willing to compensate for the loss. Further it is expected the Star Sports will not be activated for the rest of the ODI Series.

                                  Its true. The same has happened with me and my couple of friends also. This is called sheer cheating! They did not respond and did nothing to sort it out. They might have thought to make extra money out of it! Let me tell you whosoever does not respect their customers and does this type of shameless cheating by violating their our promise, they are eventually vanished by their own wrong deeds. I have no hope from dishtv! Wrong decision to subscribe to them.

                                    This is to inform you that Dish TV is not showing me the desired Channel as per the subscribed package. I have subscribed to Family Sports Combo package url is http://www.dishtv.in/family-sports.aspx In spite of following up with your customer care representative day before yesterday, The channel that displays/broadcast Indian Mens Cricket match/Series is not activated on my STB/VC number. This is happening every time and DishTV Customer Care giving some excuse every time. So far this happened to me 3times minimum from Dish TV. My Details: VC# [protected] email: hirenb.[protected]@gmail.com I am not sure about the Business Policy of Dish TV by Misguiding their customer in such a way and not providing desired service by charging for the same. Here by it abides me to raise a complaint in Customer forum to highlight such unethical Business practice. Due to this I have lost Live Broadcasting for the India vs Bangladesh Cricket match continuously two match back to back. I feel cheated by paying for the desired services and not receiving the services at all.

                                      Manonan Service is totaly non coperative. Last sunday I was complaint to Mr, Manish on mobiles
                                      ([protected] & [protected]) But from last 10 before nobody has come to solve this problem.
                                      Again I am trying to connecting from Sunday (15.06.2014) morning on mobiles ([protected], [protected] & [protected]) no body's care about these calls & not to call back to the customer. today 16.06.2015 somebody's attend my call on mobile [protected] but told me call after 15 or 20 minites. now nobody's attending my call.
                                      I am totaly not satisfied this Service.

                                        I am very annoyed and irritated at Dish TV Customer Service. They do not a C about Caring their consumers. Since last 10 days, I am receiving 301 Signal Not found Error. I have made numerous complains. Dish TV engineers visited my house 4 times but they were unable to diagnose the problem. Ultimately, the last engineer named Rajesh from Rashmeet Associates stated that my Set Top box is faulty. He replaced the Set Top Box and took Rs. 1000 from me, however, after half an hour, the problem returned again. Just half an hour. I made numerous complaints again, however, they never seemed interested in solving the problem. I am unable to watch TV for last 10 days. I missed the opening ceremony of FIFA World Cup. I want my money back. As I write this email, the problem is still persisting and I am yet to get the problem solved. Complaints number:[protected],[protected] and[protected].. It apears that my original set top box was okay. They took the money and cheated me.
