I am very annoyed and irritated at Dish TV Customer Service. They do not a C about Caring their consumers. Since last 10 days, I am receiving 301 Signal Not found Error. I have made numerous complains. Dish TV engineers visited my house 4 times but they were unable to diagnose the problem. Ultimately, the last engineer named Rajesh from Rashmeet Associates stated that my Set Top box is faulty. He replaced the Set Top Box and took Rs. 1000 from me, however, after half an hour, the problem returned again. Just half an hour. I made numerous complaints again, however, they never seemed interested in solving the problem. I am unable to watch TV for last 10 days. I missed the opening ceremony of FIFA World Cup. I want my money back. As I write this email, the problem is still persisting and I am yet to get the problem solved.

It apears that my original set top box was okay. They took the money and cheated me.
