        My set-up box is not working and when I contacted customer care, they told me that I can replace my set-up box with new one by paying Rs. 350/- plus taxes from Ms. M.K.Electronics, , your authorised service centre in laxmi nagar, delhi.when I goes there to shop, they did not behave with me properly and said that I had to pay Rs.350/- plus tax along with Rs. 225/- as service charge for visting my home, and they will give me old repaired set-up box with only 90 days warranty, whereas I am intrested in getting new set-up box.please inform me how I will get new set up box, and what amount I will have to pay for it. Also clear me that why your customer care representatives are misguiding subscribers by saying that the charges for new set-up box is Rs.350/- plus tax, and it is available at your authorised service centre, and Mr. Kailash Agarwal, the incharge of a service centre says that the dish tv connection is runs not only on my v.c. no. but also set up box no. is registered with my v.c. no., and no other set-up box of dish tv will run with my v.c. card no. [protected] without paying service charge of Rs. 225/-, which is clearly a unfair trade practice.

            dear sir i am costumer of dish tv HD my customer id is [protected]. i am one month holding of my dish tv account on 29june 2014. i called on customer care on 28 July to open my account the told me they open this account and after 15 minuets you vie the channel's. but after one day no channel was open i was caled again on 29 July the says your account have no balance but i am telling before stop of acoount i recharge the account the checked and say your account open after 15 days i told her i am not sending request to open any account they not any satisfactory answer.plz i request to you resolve my issue

                  Hi, This is to inform you that we are having 5 years old Dish Tv connection..(VC : [protected] )For last couple of months we are having interruption in service most of the time having the alignment issue as per call centre people. If I compare with local cable connection they are offering me HD channels with monthly rental Rs450 as well as servicing charges are free also service is much faster than Dishtv. I am paying per month Rs 599 for rental of HD channels..although during the year 4 to 5 times alignment issue persist and I need to pay Rs 150+service taxes...Due to this every month I need to call customer care for proper delivery of service .Due to this I stopped recharged my Dishtv a/c from Jan to May 2014.But after that again the same story began after recharged on June. I would like to highlight another issue that from the customer care people i got false commitment from Manager, I have the call recording with me regarding that conversation. Also customer care people discut my call although i requested him not to put my call on hold..he did that. Your Dishtv employee Mr.Mukesh was very rude to me...he said that customer care can commit anything which will be not executed in reality. I infromed him all of the conversation is recorded but he replied that u can record as well as capture the details through video camera of the conversation ..he will care a dam for that..I am sending the drop box URL as we dont have the option for sending you the attachment, Please listen all the conversation ..and take the necessary steps.                         Dear Sir, I am Vipin Kumar and my VC number [protected]. I am customer to dishtv since 2010. It is very bad experience with me regarding services i write third time for bad services. I activated two days ago channels through pick by channel. One channel Sony Max2 channel was selected with my side but mistake of either side PBC channel activated which was not opted by my side. Other 18 channels are right. Kindly activated Sony Max2 channel on my VC no [protected] or disconnect my services. It is not good to write you for small thing.                             sir i have two dish tv connection but i am not satisfied with ur service becouse i am facing lots of problem with the dish tv. i just buy the connection before less than two years (around 21 or 22 months before) in my tv connection, it takes lots of time to regain the channel when the we change the cannel, i have complaint two or three time for same issue, ur engineer come and do some thing and it will work some time after it will wok same as before. before last week ur engineer come in my home for same problem it takes service also. when he go after the same problem comes in my child connection. i call many time but ha can't pick my phone. today ur company another engineer come for the same problem and he tell me ur dish not gain proper signal thats why you can change ur dish and the amount is 650 + 250 service charge. kindly you just stop my services. thank u and my vc no. is [protected] and [protected]. friends dont buy diss tv really bad experience.

                              Dear Sir. I have been a subscriber of Dish TV for many years. My VC No. is [protected]. I was away from my home for about one month. When I re-started the connection, it was very difficult to resume the connectivity. After great difficulty the dish connection resumed, but a number of channels, which were available earlier have gone missing.                               I have made payment for 1 year of subscription of HD Royale pack and now they have stopped telecasting several channels without informing me. How can they cheat ? Once they have entered into contract for 1 year they are not suppose to alter the agreement. Now their website, customer care numbers and even email are blocked. What a company? No response. Keep away from this co.

                                    This is to inform you that Dish TV is not showing me the desired Channel as per the subscribed package. I have subscribed to Super Gold Pack. In spite of following up with your customer care representative day before yesterday, But the some Channels are not provide by Dish Tv .These Channels are Star Gold, Life OK, Bindas, UTV Action, UTV Movies, National Gerography, etc & these channels are removed by you one by one but at the time of purchase this pack all these channels were available. So, requested to you please add these channels in my Super Family Pack otherwise I will be take a legal necessary action against this services. I am not sure about the Business Policy of Dish TV by Misguiding their customer in such a way and not providing desired service by charging for the same. Here by it abides me to raise a complaint in Customer forum to highlight such unethical Business practice. I feel cheated by paying for the desired services and not receiving the services at all.

                                        Hi, In the last week (Saturday 12 July) I shifted to a new location (within Bangalore itself) and raised a service request[protected]VC No:- [protected], contact number;- [protected]) for re-installation. After that a Dish Tv technician (contact number:- [protected]) visited my house on Sunday (13 July) and installed dish tv antenna. After installation I am able to see only normal channels, not a single HD channel. After asking for clarification the technician try to me saying sky is full of clouds. so HD channels are not visible. But when I was staying in old house I was able to see all HD channels even during normal rain. He didn't listen to me and left without fixing antenna's direction properly and charged me Rs.440/- only. At that time signal strength was 82% and quality was only 77%. Now even after 4 days when sky is completely clear I am not able to see any HD channels. On July 18 morning I called Dish Tv customer care ([protected]) at 8.38 AM, Irfan (customer representative) told me that installation person will only install dish antenna and to set the direction properly another technician will visit your house and you have to pay another Rs.220/- as service charge. I am shocked with careless attitude of Dish Tv technician and customer care representative. The technician charged me Rs.440/- and left without completing his job and customer care representative is again asking for Rs.220/- to complete his leftover job. I immediately escalated this matter to nodal officer S Janakiraman (On 18 July) to look into this issue and no response till now. And now customer care representative has de-activated my VC card (reward for escalating the matter) so now I am not able any channels. Regards,

I am Fahen Sangma H/O Smt.Alma Marak, Sdtv No. [protected] dor I am paying maximum @ Rs, 405 fore menimui, service, If you donot restore my problem I shall never use Your Dishtv in entire of my life and descard ytour setof topbox, card in the dusbin and buy new from new company. As I have found your team are irresponsive and wanted to earn maximum for minimum service
