I am very annoyed and irritated at Dish TV Customer Service. They do not a C about Caring their consumers. Since last 10 days, I am receiving 301 Signal Not found Error. I have made numerous complains. Dish TV engineers visited my house 4 times but they were unable to diagnose the problem. Ultimately, the last engineer named Rajesh from Rashmeet Associates stated that my Set Top box is faulty. He replaced the Set Top Box and took Rs. 1000 from me, however, after half an hour, the problem returned again. Just half an hour. I made numerous complaints again, however, they never seemed interested in solving the problem. I am unable to watch TV for last 10 days. I missed the opening ceremony of FIFA World Cup. I want my money back. As I write this email, the problem is still persisting and I am yet to get the problem solved. Complaints number:[protected],[protected] and[protected].. It apears that my original set top box was okay. They took the money and cheated me.

    We would like to confirm that as per our record we do not have any contact number in our database as per our record Bindas and Max 2 channels are not part of your base pack inorder to view Bindas channel you need to activate as a alacarte worth Rs10/- per month including tax along with 30 active days lock in period and Max 2 channel you need to make a fresh payment of Rs10/- so that package can be updated and Max 2 channel would be added in your base pack as a free of coast .if any concern kindly revert with the contact number so that needful can be done .

      Myself Suchendra kamble, i am using dish tv services my vc no. is [protected]. Recently(on 31st of may) i changed my set top box from sd to hd+. Since that day i am facing huge & unsolvable problems created by the customer care.
      1st problem, i changed my stb on call from customer care which offered me an exchange offer . The person calling me never told me about the change in my existing subscription plan/pack.This costed me around 6 months of reduction my due date, i.e. it got changed from 27 oct 2015 to 9 april 2015.
      The new stb provided to me was faulty, it stopped working with in 3 days of activation.
      The most harassing part was customer care which never responded on time. Yesterday a technical person visited & took the stb for exchanging saying that he will be exchanging it today 12.30pm.
      No one is responding since today morning. neither that technician is answering the call, nor any person from pune customer care MELTEK INFOSYSTEMS PVT LTD. is answering. they are just disconnecting the phone.
      This service is HOPELESS
      .

            This is regard my stb vcno- [protected]

            I have purchase stb in nov 2012 first issue came when set top box was dead in feb 2014 just 2 month after warranty they charged nearly 400 rs for replacing it now again stb they replaced in feburary 2014 became dead on 6th june 2014 they said on replacement boxes they have only 3 months warranty so again i need to pay box charges and visit charges .

            This stupid sevices of dishtv i am really fedup and thats why i really wanna share this all n facebook group all over india, blogs, forums, so that others who will gonna think f going with dishtv .
            They should be aware of stupid company policies that lonwith monthly rental just after 1 yr .

            You will be a like a source to earn either by giving faulty products, pressurising u to take amc, visit charges, replacement charges etc...

            Please god save indian from these crooks.


            Will really submit this all online to thousands of portals for giving me this harassment of providing me faulty boxes that doesnt have life and u people charge for old boxes u gave and visiting charges whereas we are taking ur services

              While i applaud customercare-dishtv for prompt response to my email-complaint, the suggested route...Go to website for filing complaint...Is laughable/unethical. Why is it then customer care?

              In my vc [protected], svbc/bhakti/sankara channels in family-devotional platform are blank since 4 days. There are 6 smss from dishtv: we have received your message and shall respond to it shortly. So far nothing happened.

              Strangely, my additional vc [protected], svbc/bhakti/sankara channels are fine. Why is that other vc [protected] are blank?

              More so, reception is staggering very badly. Worse, the phones would not respond..Dish tv cannot be so unchariutable.

              Dish tv service is so bad that it attracts cpa for "deficieny of service". Can the govt. Take tough measures againsdishtv?

                Dear sir, other DTH services have more Kannada channels upto 20 channels. But Dish TV has only 12 Kannada channels... Some of Kannada channels are Janashree news, Public News, Samaya News, Chintu TV, Suvarna plus, Raj Musix Kannada, E- TV news, Raj News, please add this channels to Dish TV... My VC No.[protected].                     I am a Dish TV HD Mega pack subscriber for a long time. VC No is [protected] Bangalore. Request for recharge is not attended immediately, Local Dish Tv provider at south end circle is totally irresponsible. you must immediately cancel its subscription. Call gets disconnected or switched off. Most of the times there is no response at all. No extra days for viewing as promised is provided after the period. There is a lot of inconvenience for renewal/recharge. Package is disturbed in the middle of the package term. Unless these are solved I would never want to continue with the subscription any longer from today as the period of subscription is over yesterday on 3-6-2014. I will shift to some other service provider if not attended immediately. I dont mind with no TV till then. thanks chandrakanth [protected]/[protected]

                        Dear Sir, With reference to my Dish TV connection # [protected], kindly note that on May 24, 2014, as per the information given by the customer care executive, due to some problem in Noida, we will be unable to view all HD channels for few hours, but till date we are unable to view the HD channels. Since May 25, 2014, I am sending repeated messages for call back, I received the call on the next day i.e. on May 26, 2014. After which everyday when I send the message for call back, I am getting the calls on next day only instead of the same day. Today I got to speak with the customer care officer finally. They informed me that they will arrange a technician, but the technician visit will be charged @ Rs.300/- + taxes. I just want a clarification from your end that if the fault is not from my end, why should I pay for the technician visit? Also when I asked about the same clarification to one of the customer care executive Ms. Aarshi (Emp Code – 8259), she was very rude on the call and she just told me very rudely that I will have to bear the cost. Also can you please confirm that since I am not able to view the HD channels since May 24, 2014 till date, will I get an extension in the monthly HD channel subscription till the HD channels gets activated. Requesting you kind intervention and help me in getting a positive resolution.

                          Its been 6 months since I have this connection, the 1st month was busy with their technicians coming home all the time, to adjust the HD channels, which is not solved till today, about the subscriber login, till today I cannot log in, in spite of more than 30 SMS sent to them with my mobile number and mail id, which has cost me some good money, cause nothing is free in DISH TV, last week all of a sudden they dis- activated my subscription, cause my term is over for the Royal Pack paid to them, without any notice or call they have done this. All I want is that Dish TV, gets my subscriber log in properly in place and give me few days of viewing the pack asked for, unless all the channels mentioned by them is visible as promised even today, will be happy to subscribe further. All this info has been sent last week to the nodal officer as well as their customer care, for which as usual there is no reply. I f this is how they work, please tell them to refund the money of the set box and say good bye for ever.

                              This is in reference to dish tv services, my VC no is [protected]. I am consistently facing problems with the quality of services being provided by the service provider and after complaining no one is addressing the issue. I have complaint yesterday 31-05-14 about the cable but no one is bother. And on calling you will hear the ringing and it goes on but no one picks. I am seriously frustrated with the services. Worst connection ever.

                                This Bloody DishTV people are asking for 255 bucks for dismantling the disk antenna. and again we have to bring it by our owned to the new relocating place. Again we have to pay 225 bucks for re-installation. What a big heck of this stupid service

                                  Very bad reception since 8 days. Sent sms: dishtv 301 to 57575 from regd mobile. No response. Last sms received response on 30/5/2014: we have received your message.. We will call you back shortly with a resolution." but nothing happened.

                                  Yesterday, i sent email to customer care, but in vain.

                                  Dishtv's system is not in shape. Its service is deficient and calls for action under consumer protection act.

                                  Virtually, i am fed up with dishtv services.

                                        this is the worst service people i have seen before ...when we give a complaint regarding their product they should have to inform the rules and regualtions...but they never did and expressing their service in worst manner... soon ...it will erase in market also...i wish that ...
