I am a new customer to Dish TV, I got myconnection installed and activated on February 9, 2014. My VC No: [protected].
I showed interested in DishTV through theirwebsite and I received a call back. The customer support executive who I spoketo gave me an option to pay the amount of Rs 1349 (Setup box - Rs 1099 + Rs 250 Recharge amount)through cash on delivery.
As agreed over phone the customer care executivesent a representative to collect the amount on January 31, 2014.
But I informed the executive that I want to getthe DishTV setup and activation done only on February 9, 2014.
I received nearly 5 to 6 calls from DishTV after making the payment, I informed each one ofthem that I had made the payment but not got the DishTV installed oractivated. As scheduled the technician came to my home and completed theinstallation on February 9, 2014.
Last week I received an automated call sayingthat I have to again recharge by February 14, 2014.
I spoke to the customer care executive again(Ticket number[protected], he told me that my connection was activated onJanuary 31, 2014.And the advance payment of Rs 250 will expire onFebruary 14, 2014. But with the initial advance payment of Rs 250, I should get uninterrupted service for 15days.
I have repetitively followed-up with the DishTV customer care team to change the error in theirsystem with the actual activation date which is February 9, 2014 so that myservices continue till February 23, 2014.
I raised my first complaint on February 13, 2014but the issue is still not resolved. I even provided thereceipt/acknowledgement to prove my side of the story.
I am unhappy and fed-up with the service and allthe confusion caused by DishTV. I am shocked with the DishTV's inability to solve such a trivial issue. Becauseof DishTV’s irresponsibility, I (customer) am made to suffer. DishTV not only caused me lot of stress, agony, pain andloss but also my family has suffered due to their lack of purpose.

I spoke to customer care with Mr. Shahil.
They said we will give Dish+ Recorder instead of Normal Set of Box with in 24Hrs

but didn't get any reply from Dish TV.
Again i have call them today(08/03/2014) they told me to wait 72hrs More.
