I have recharched my dish tv no. [protected] on 02.03.2014 after 1 year, after recharge i fount that there is a technucal problem in dish, so i asked for the technician in response of which i was assured for the service with in 24 hrs.till now i haven't got any response from dish tv. also i need waiver for my recharge whish has been exhausted.

    Hi, I am a new customer to Dish TV, I got myconnection installed and activated on February 9, 2014. My VC No: [protected]. I showed interested in DishTV through theirwebsite and I received a call back. The customer support executive who I spoketo gave me an option to pay the amount of Rs 1349 (Setup box - Rs 1099 + Rs 250 Recharge amount)through cash on delivery. As agreed over phone the customer care executivesent a representative to collect the amount on January 31, 2014. But I informed the executive that I want to getthe DishTV setup and activation done only on February 9, 2014. I received nearly 5 to 6 calls from DishTV after making the payment, I informed each one ofthem that I had made the payment but not got the DishTV installed oractivated. As scheduled the technician came to my home and completed theinstallation on February 9, 2014. Last week I received an automated call sayingthat I have to again recharge by February 14, 2014. I spoke to the customer care executive again(Ticket number[protected], he told me that my connection was activated onJanuary 31, 2014.And the advance payment of Rs 250 will expire onFebruary 14, 2014. But with the initial advance payment of Rs 250, I should get uninterrupted service for 15days. I have repetitively followed-up with the DishTV customer care team to change the error in theirsystem with the actual activation date which is February 9, 2014 so that myservices continue till February 23, 2014. I raised my first complaint on February 13, 2014but the issue is still not resolved. I even provided thereceipt/acknowledgement to prove my side of the story. I am unhappy and fed-up with the service and allthe confusion caused by DishTV. I am shocked with the DishTV's inability to solve such a trivial issue. Becauseof DishTV’s irresponsibility, I (customer) am made to suffer. DishTV not only caused me lot of stress, agony, pain andloss but also my family has suffered due to their lack of purpose.       Dear sir/madam,

      I am quite sorry to inform you that from last two day my television set is not working. Even one year is not completed i have put up many a times complaints. This time when i spoke to your executive yesterday morning then he told me your antina is not working properly i will send a technical executive who will resolve the problem but i need to pay rs. 200 in terms of his visiting charges. I want to ask when you did not provide good instruments after charging a handsome amount for these hardwares then why a consumer needs to pay. Even these services comes under like dhbvnl which a consumer pays one times for instruments and dhbvnl provides you replacement of hardwares unlimited times because it's duty provide the electricity to consumer and any hassles/problem either it may be hardware or service they do not charge anything.
      Now it's ur duty provide the same otherwise i will take this matter to consumers courtdistrict court because i got cheat.
      Even your executives do not have manner how to talk consumers then only think that dishtv is always right and consumers they can scold.

          dear sir/madam, we have dish TV HD bearing v.c no., [protected] installed for couple of years . it had been installed in the name of my mother, Mrs. rokia khatun. the phone no., provided with dish TV hd registration is [protected]. we are enjoying rs.599 pack/month and the last recharge had been done on 22.01.2014 couple of days ago n still now a notice is visible on channel no.24, 25, 29, 45, 421 , 218, 257. here what the message looks like : to know how to subscribe to this channel, SMS DISHTV (CH NO) to 57575 from your registered mobile no., no charges payable for "on request " a LA carte. so that I send two separate message from the aforesaid mobile number last night. today at 11-49am and 11-55am two calls from dish TV customer care( [protected] and [protected]) had been received. the first being too obscure to hear dismissed by me and the other taken. the operator only turned on channel 218 and said all others can only be activated with rs. 10/month additional pay. whenever I tried to report our problem for not having viewed the channels mentioned of the message on the channels and she talked muttering which were inaudible. therefore, sir/madam, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter as fast you can. we are having great dealing problems with dish TV customer care. for most of the time they are unreachable and are reaching with spoken languages which we can't understand( we prefer Bengali or English). thanking you SK roquibul alam [protected].

              Many channels deleleted by Dish TV, and forcing me to send SMS for each such deleted channels and entailing me Rs 3/- per SMS for such ~On Request~ A-La-carte(no charges payable for such requests). I fail to understand why this has been done as I am also having Tata Sky and Videocon Cable connections and they are not doing such changes putting customers in trouble for SMS charges and loss of viewing. Please therefore make good the costs of SMSs sent to you and for loss of viewing of such channels forthwith and activate all such channels without any further delay.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I see many devotional channels which include Aastha, God, Sanskar, Disha TV, Sri Sankara TV and many more on Tata Sky, Dish TV and other DTH service networks. But I do not see any Islamic channel in the list. There are many channels which include Q TV, Peace TV, Zee Salam, Al Jazeera etc, which most of the Indian Muslims watch (80 % of Muslims) to learn the correct way of spending life, which teaches how to be a good human and how to spread happiness, harmony, secularism, peace and prosperity. I personally feel that all service providers just ignored the sentiments and requirements of Muslim population in India while planning the products to be offered to the customers (which include around 20% of Muslims customers). Therefore I request to you to please show the reasons why the above mentioned channels are not provided to Indian customers. Along with the reasons I would like to know the possible solutions to overcome the reasons. I hope my request will be entertained and looking forward for the quick and valid reply.

                  I have repaired my Set top box on[protected] The dealer has taken Rs 500 from me and he has changed one wire of the set top box. The complain was the current wass coming on the whole set top box. Now also the current is coming on the box and when I asked for the bill from the dealer he said we dont give bill for the repairing.then I complained to the Dishtv care they said we cant do anything without the bill.                     I am customer of Dish TV since last 14 years.My VC No. [protected].Over the years the approach of your company towards customers has become unfriendly.I have removed all Add. on channels, still last month you have shown Zee Khanna Kazana, which is I do not subscribed. Since last six months I have opted for Super World pack for Rs.320/- per month.When my family could hardly see 20 to 30 channels coming on your dish, why should I have all those south Indian and all other regional channels which I do not understand and in addition all those share market channels which I am not interested.Your company has been charging customers like me for unwanted channels in the name of different packs.If such attitude of company persist I am afraid in coming months you will lose many customers like me. To be customer friendly you have to change your policy.You should charge customers for those channels only which they would like to watch and not pack.And now you have removed Super World Pack from your web site. What is going on.Correct yourself before it is too late.

                      there is no proper service from this co., i have given a request for re installation they said it will take 24 hrs but even after 48 hrs also they are not sending any person to reinstall, this is a bad service which gives us mobile exp more, customer care and help desk are only for name really it wont do any use. suggestion is not to buy dish tv

                            I J.M Kazi VC NO. [protected] req no[protected] had requested for the servicing of my dish as my dish was not getting the signal.The technician they sent has successfully fix the dish.The parts that were seem to faulty were changed that is the LNB model no.FV8-P-I and connector .As per him I was charged 225 for the visit 20 for connector and 200 for the LNB . My complaint is that I was charged 200 for the LNB but the MRP printed on the LNB box was 150.So, I assume I was overcharged in this case .I kindly request you to please look in this matter and answer my mail sufficiently.

                                I have DIsh TV connections since 5 years. I shifted my house and filed a complaint at your customer care on 06/12/2013. Again i reminded and filed second complaint on 09/12/2013.I have a balance amount of Rs.1600/- in my DIsh TV account.Your team neither responded nor shifted my connection till date. Today 11/12/213 again I contacted for shifting of my connection.The worst response and worst service from your end. I want to quit my connection, Please refund my balance amount which is there in my dish TV account.In just one call Private cable operator is is ready to provide cable connection.

                                      I have been a customer of DishTV for many years with the above VC. I paid Rs 4800 on 11 Sep 13 through my bank account HDFC Bank vide reference no.[protected] and has been debeted from my account. Since last week I have been been able to view any channel the TV screen says that my VC has been Deactivated. Please investigate and take necessary action as soon as possible. I halso have another connection in the houseHDMI VC no. [protected] which was recharged at the same date and active.                                         We are residing in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The dish tv people are saying (escaping) saying that they will not serve their customers since the area is a "Cable Violent Area" and it is our headache to get the things done in the area with Local Technician. The local technician is charging as he wish and Dish TV is not ready to compensate for the amount. They are simply saying that "they will not get/benefited by compensating the amount charged by the local Technician. Since, Kharghar is in India (Mmbai), it is the duty/Resposibility of the Dish Tv to serve his customers or compensate the customers, if not done, it is a Lack of Service and it should be penalised. Please post comments/your views in this regard... MK Chakravarthy

                                        Dish TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Truly said. This is the responsibility of Dish TV to compensate the same as the local technicians (contacted through Dish TV) are charging like hell. One will rethink before calling them again for any future repair. I request you guys, do not ask dish tv for re installation/repair in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Rather contact local electrical/electronics shops. They can provide you better service than that of Dish TV.

                                        Service of Dish TV is truly pathetic.
