I recharged my HD DISH TV account on 1st April, 2014 using my net banking account for Rs. 300.00. I received a confirmation message from Dish TV that the recharge is successful and have received a confirmation email (see below) from their payment gateway, Rechargeitnow.com. However, for some reason, the recharge amount was never credited to my Dish TV account. I called their customer support and they say that they not received the recharge amount. Then, they ask me to contact via email. Since, the last days, I have written several emails, but all I get is an automated message. This is really frustrating. I want my money now.
I would request the general public to avoid Dish TV for their poor service and for no concern for their viewers. They are the WORST!!!

In case there is a failure during recharge for some reason, your payment deducted will be refunded back to the same account on reconciliation. In such cases, bank would normally take up to 7 days to credit the balance to your account, a mail confirmation will be sent to you when a refund is initiated.

Complaint marked as Resolved They recharged my Dish TV account later, however, they did not intimate me that the are finally recharging my TV account. Also, why Rechargeit now responded, why Dish TV is silent on this matter??
DishTV DTH — no right to block free to air channels
dishtv has stopped the transmission of Free To Air & DD channels. They have no rights to stop them. as a consumer i have decided to approch them leagally.
