Dish TV is cheating to customer

HD channels not available most of the time.

It has been a tough time being a dishtv customer. There has always been some or the other issue with Disttv..the most recent being unable to view HD channels... Would advice everyone not to go for Dishtv at all.. While they say that only in case of heavy rainfalls you will not get any channels, but even if a strong wind blows you loose most of the channels, HD channels are lost within few seconds..

True HD channels are not True HD Channels

fraud/scam website

Hi all,

i have registered with citi express for home based data entry job with security amount 1000rs.they gave work for about 200 pages with 6days.after submitting work,they didnt mail us about any QC report.When i ask for payment,they simply mailed us errors.so we not even pay your security deposit.They are fraud .they just get work from us.plz dont waste your valuable time for the scam and fraud companys....

Fake description of what really have

Dish tv saying they got 39 true hd services and 5.1 sorround sound on there web site at "dishtv.in " but that actually not true it was a clear fake discription of what they really have.They have less then 20 tru hd channels and only got one channel with 5.1 sound. These fake description attracts lot of customers when they compared with other dth service in the market.

So I would like to get money back (Rs 3099)that...

they are not responding

I have submitted complaint 2 times...when I call them they deduct 10 rs for 2 min...whatever is complain they say only one thing...... ..that u have alaingment problem ( aapki dish ki chatri hill gaye hai kya aap technician chate hai)... that do u want technician ...............they are providing...

Less channels provided as committed in the package

I have opted for the base package of DISH TV that cost Rs 220 per month.And as per channels defined in the package it is mentioned that I will get SONY, ZEE News channels but I am not getting the same from last 2-3 Months.When I am making a complaint to Customer Care they are saying they will charge Rs 200 and will send a technician and he will make it available.

for service delay

poor quality equipment and service

V r faceing serious problem with dish tv HD connection, every weak ,v r not able to watch channels. After repeated complaint, some service man wil visit and ask us to some of other part to charge . V have changed dish anteena to new one paying 600.00rs ,after activation in a month period as per technician advice. But problem again same , later they changed STBOX ,( which is used one).
