I have recharged my DISHTV account yestreday 930/- My dishtv pack is south silver cricket. DishTV website showing the offer if you recharge for 930/- you will 6 month and get 15 days extra.I didnt get that extra 15 days offer, then i spoke to customer care, they told you dint get this offer.I was not satisfied with his reply, my call forwarded to his manager level and i spoke to her for half an hour and get this offer, This is not my first experience, last time also same problem happened and solve by this way only.so last week spoke to customer care and confirmed that, i will get this offer then only i have recharged yesterday Actually what is the actual reason Dishtv is not giving offers to customers, why they are put that offers on your website.one more today morning i got SMS from dishtv "You are eligible for 45 days more 12 month and 15 days on 6 month".Here where it came the eligibility criteria sir?From all of this i know that DISHTV is cheating their customers, they put some offers in website and that offers are not giving to customers.someone talk more then they giving the offer

    dish tv's slogan is sub par dish sawar hai . but the real slogan is dish tv gadhe pe sawar hai.

      Hi Sir We are using dish Tv connection in our home.. For the past one week we are not receiving any channels to be visible clear in the screen.. And also we are not getting all the channels .. Every time Tamil channels like Vijay, jaya max is not coming.. So, better dish Tv is a worst network at Kerala side.. No responses from your side... So, better try to clear our queries and complaints as soon as possible.

      DishTV Z — channels not activated

      Dish TV was installed on 15/2/11 in my house and the channels are not activated till now.As per plan i have opted is 3 months subscription free.I have contacted at least 50 times to the head of Dish TV,CHANDIGARH (Gurdeep Singh) and he did not even reply to my calls not even once.I have made a payment of Rs.1790 to the dealer on 14/2/11.please tell me what to do.

        I have a Dish TV connection VC# [protected]. Since few days when cricket match started on DD between Ind Vs Aus, Dish TV stopped showing DD National with error message as 'Signal are not working properly'. When I approached them they are asking for 200 + service tax charges. Some More detail: Earlier DD National was coming on 655, now when I press 655 it directs me to 656 where they are showing Neo Sports. I have also gone through some forums and your as-well and it seems that it is their old habit to collect more money from consumers either in the name of connection error or get the subscription for Neo Sports channel. It is really unethical and unacceptable. If you guys has opened this forum to help people like us then please try to resolve such kind of issues so that no one had to pay unnecessarily. Thanks!           We have SUPER WORLD PACK from Dish TV which includes some sports channels and INDIA CRICKET PLAN. Now INDIA CRICKET PLAN includes STAR SPORTS AND STAR CRICKET CHANNELS which are not being broadcasted on our tv. I had a word with 2 customer representatives of dish tv and out of which one said that he will escalate the matter to his manager and i ll get a call back from them in 15 mins.. Which i did not receive... (The complaint no. he gave was[protected].. Though they both gave me a very STUPID explanation that they only show the channel in which it is being aired. Which in this case is DD NATIONAL... AND I KEPT ON REPEATING THAT 1. I DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO HINDI COMMENTARY 3. IF WE ARE PAYING FOR STAR CRICKET AND STAR SPORTS THEN DISH TV BETTER PROVIDE US THESE CHANNELS. 4. IF WE WANTED TO SEE DD NATIONAL THEN WE DO NOT NEED DISH TV. INFACT YOU DO NOT NEED ANY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR DD CHANNELS. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE LIIIIIIIEEEEDDDDD BY SAYING THAT IN 15 MINS YOU WILL GET A CALL BACK FROM MANAGER.. I AM YET TO RECEIVE ANY CALL... THESE GUYS ARE FOOLING CUSTOMERS... Taking money from customers and still not broadcasting channels that are in the pack.. I spent my precious HOURS explaining THOSE guys that STAR CRICKET AND STAR SPORTS SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY COME.. as per the plan... WHEN THESE CHANNELS SHOULD COME AUTOMATICALLY WHEN WE ALL ARE PAYING FOR IT... THEY HAVE COME TO A STAGE WHETHER THEY HAVE DECIDED TO FOLLOW CHEAP WAYS TO MAKE / SAVE MONEY IN BROADCASTING CHANNELS.. MAKING MONEY IS IMPORTANT BUT SO IS INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS TO RETAIN THE CUSTOMERS! WE SHOULD ALL BOYCOTT DISH TV!!!

Well, to recall in nutshell, I asked for a schedule of “ Pick-by-channel ” which was finally given – albeit with a different title ( South Family Pack), which should not bother me as long as I get what I asked for and the same was going on smoothly. Now, after, making the payment today for the next two months(@ Rs190/-), suddenly I receive Sms and Msg- on My DishTv Space that the said pack has been changed to “Super Family Pack” @ Rs 210/- pm. ! I rechecked the channel rates in ‘pick-by-channel’ and find them remaining the same. So I simply fail to understand why this unwanted disadvantage meted out to ‘pre-paid’ customers ? A customer is settled with a particular pack (say ‘A’) and the company gives him a different pack (say ‘B’) ! The customer is agreed upon to pay @ Rs.190/-pm and the company changes it to an increased rate of Rs.210/- unwarrantably ! And as I mentioned before that THE ‘PICK-BY-CHANNEL’ RATES REMAIN THE SAME TILL NOW. Under circumstances, I would request you to please arrange to reverse the status of my ‘pick-by-channel’ as was agreed upon as on 6/2/13 and amend my account accordingly.                 Hi dishtv, My VC. no. is [protected]. registered contact no. [protected]. registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com we have spending bad experience with Dishtv. We are paying rs.280/mnth for Super Gold Pack. . This pack also include Indian Cricket Pack. As per site details "http://www.dishtv.in/gold-cricket.aspx" This pack also metioned that " India Cricket pack automatically switches on the channel on which Indian Men’s Cricket Team’s match is telecasted " + Today date 13 oct. 2013, india-asutralia onday cricket is telecasted on star cricket. But it was not available on dishtv.in. when I talked to at customer care at no. Call us:[protected] . Dishtv representative asked me to recharge rs. 25 for star cricket while star cricket is already included in this pack. Thisway dish tv making fool to customer and asking money for the same thing again. In this way dish tv charge twice for same service. Dishtv representative say that this is done through software program. while i asked to lodge my complaint. they replied they dont have any system to lodge the complaint.I need to lodge complaint against this rampant loot by dish tv.                   I have dish tv connection (No. [protected]) and recharged with Platinum Package (valid till 27/10/2013). As per package, India TV - new channel must be available for watching to us. But, Dish TV has stopped this channel to customer and saying that customer has to buy new mono block (Dish Antenna) and extra 600/-charges must be paid for it. This instruction was not mentioned while recharging the package in August'2013 My concern, I have to receive the INDIA TV news channel till the recharge valid date if they offered in package.

                    Hi, I purchased dishtv true HD STB from dishtv customer care by calling on a toll free number. I booked and and pre paid the amound via IVR system. Later on dishtv installation engineer contacted me for installation and told me your society does not support HD STB. So please book new STB without HD. I did the same I ask Customer care to change my true HD to normal without HD connection. They told me for this I have to buy new STB without HD and drop a mail to customer care for refund for true HD. I did the same. I got a mail from dish tv that they have processed my refund and it should be reflect in your account within 5-7 working days. this whole thing was happen on 12th Aug 2013, today is 20th Sept. Means more than one month has passed and I am still waiting for refund. I contacted many times to dishtv customer care for this. but didnt get any satisfactory reply from their side. for this whole process they provide me one reference number which can be used to track my request. I am providing it here so that Consumer court/forum can cross check the whole incident. my request number is 10159394, for reversal of payment. thanks Yogendra Vijay +91 [protected]

                      Please provide as much inDear Sir, After complaint against technician on date[protected], On date[protected], i received two call from dish tv. they told me that they came to my house and repair the wire but that time i was busy in meeting so that i was not present at my house . so i told him that they came next day and repair it. Now On date[protected], @ 10.25 AM i received a call from customer care a lady said me that as per company rule it is not possible to repair it. it will change only. I ask Mr CEO that they implement or change any rule you ask any customer. if not then why we are suffer such rule. why you company employee told me late night that they came next day to my house and repaired it and next day morning i received a call from customer-care she told me that you complaint has been closed and you replace your wire that is the final solution/ today is last day for me to take help technician without paying any cost. after that if call any day technician then i pay the charge. now, why such delay from your side. Mr. CEO, if company have lost his income due to Indian economic crisis. Please do not implement such cheaper way earn income from customer. You beg from your customer they will pay you and i am also asking your a/c or company a/c no. I will also deposit some money and help to improve the company economic condition. Finally, Mr. CEO please don't apply such cheaper type of way to earn money from your customer. Before complaint against technician on date[protected], My Vc no. [protected]. it has no signal from last 3 days. I complaint in customer care for it. Your technical person Mr. Rahul coming but his behavior is too bad. he talking bad and saying also that " AAP KO JO KARNA HAI KAR LEGEYE JAHA COMPLAINT KARNE HAI KAR LEGEYE MERA KOI KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTA HAI." My TV connection has no signal due to broken of wire at one place. technician told that he does not repair it. the only solution to change all the wire. i said that my wire broken at one place not whole wire damage, so please only repair it. why i invest such amount @ 12 per meter. I told that you said me that it could be changed but now said that change whole wire. he reply yes change whole wire that was final solution. I complained in customer care. my complain nos. are 13542056 and[protected]. Dish TV is the company in which senior technician and junior technician told that no one can do any charge against me. If company and company senior want such behavior with her customer that i told him that they resign and closed it. where for every problem their is only one solution u change the equipment and pay money again and again..... formation as possible...

                        I, Lt Col Sourav Sinha presently posted at Bari Brahmna, Jammu, have a dishtv connection at my residence wherein there are two TVs connected from one dishtv antenna as mother & child connections. On Sep 2, I had lodged a request through the Dishtv tollfree number[protected] to upgrade the mother TV connection to HD(High Definition).They confirmed and immediately debited Rs. 1799/- from my dishtv account. Next day when the dishtv technician came to my residence he said the upgradation of the mother connection was not possible as there was a dual connection from the antenna. I immediately called dishtv number and told them that the upgradation was not possible because of dual connection from the antenna and so the debited amount to be reverted to my dishtvacount. Subsequently I even received calls from Dishtv executives at my registered mobile no. [protected] confirming that the debited amount shall be reverted to my account ,,but no action has been taken by them till now.

                              It has been a tough time being a dishtv customer. There has always been some or the other issue with Disttv..the most recent being unable to view HD channels... Would advice everyone not to go for Dishtv at all.. While they say that only in case of heavy rainfalls you will not get any channels, but even if a strong wind blows you loose most of the channels, HD channels are lost within few seconds..

                              And the only solution the distv executives provides is to call for a technician to solve the problem.. This is a good strategy adopted by Dishtv to fool customers and earn extra money from customers as there are visiting charges to be paid to technicians everytime.. And the technicians purposely don't solve the problem in one go..The strategy is to temporarily solve the problem so that the issue crops up again and again and the technician gets paid again and again

                              I have been a dishtv customer for last 6 - 7 years and what i have got in return is just poor servicing and recurring issues. Dishtv doesn't value their existing customers and are concerned only acquiring new customers whom they will torture, fool & make out extra money afterwards through non closure and addressal of recurring issues. It has been silly of me not to change the DTH provider... Actually just because to avoid the hassles of taking a new connection of some other DTH provider i have been continuing with this [censored]ed up Dishtv. It has been seriously a pain being a dishtv customer and would urge everyone to change the DTH provider from Dishtv to some other DTH provider to avoid misery, agony and pain

                              Dish TV — Unable to get most of the channels

                              I HAVE OPTED FOR A PLATINIUM PLAN FOR THE DISH TV BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET THE OFFERED CHANNELS INSPITE OF THE SEVERAL COMPLAINS, IF I DO NOT GET MY COMPLAIN REDRESSED THEN I WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONSUMER COURT.

                                Hi, I became a new customer of the Dish TV family on Aug 16, 2013 and my VC is [protected]. I had purchased "DTH Super Platinum" package under your "life time offer" by paying a sum of Rs 13,690/-. My mistake was that I didn't checked the full list of channel coverage and availability. Now after installation to my dismay I am discovering that there are quite a few channels that my parents used to watch (AAj tak Tez, Darshan 24, Food-Food, Mh1-Shraddha, Delhi Aaj Tak, Dabangg and Total TV ) which are not available in the DishTv platform. We used to watch these regularly I can't even buy these by A-La-Carte option. In not even in my wildest dreams had I thought that in dishtv, these basic channels would not be available and now I would like to cancel my subscription and demand full refund of my entire amount to be paid back to me as I don't have any option left. On taking up the matter with the customer care and their so called write to CEO column on their website (Request No : 32044) I got the response that their is no cancellation and refund possible. 2 channels which are supposed to be available to me Zee khana khazana are also not available to me as I am getting the message you are not subscribed to them.                                 Just today I recharged my dish tv with 280.00 super gold pack and after that I got two sms.

                                First Msg:
                                First one stating that &quot;Post recharge of Rs. 280.00 MOD non stop
                                has bee activated on CH. 254 for 27 days. Rs. 21.00 processing fee was
                                levied. Your recharge date is shifted to 21.06.2014&quot;

                                Why the hell is that??? Explain in detail why I am supposed to pay this???

                                Second msg: New channels Max2 and Discovery kids are added to your pack wef 1 June 2-14. Price of your
                                pack will be revised to 300.00 from next recharge.

                                Who told you to add these two channels and revise my pack price without my consent????? I don&#039;t want those channels so delete those and keep the pack price at 280.00. Comply immediately!!!

                                Further, today I received an invoice which says that my pack price is now 320.00..

                                I have sent an email regarding these matters on 28 May 2014. Till date I haven&#039;t received any reply. Can anyone help?

                                    Recently I bought (07/08/2013) True HD with recorder and i took South Royal package along with the receiver. My VC Card number is [protected]
                                    When i placed the order, the Dish tv people committed me that they are telecasting 39 true HD Channels and the same can watch with South Royal pack absolutely free for 2 months. After installation has been done by their technical professionals, i watched the HD Channels..

                                    The quality of HD Channels are very poor. There is no picture clarity and sound quality.. No sharpness in the HD Channels. No brightness in the picture. It is just like as SD Channels. Before installed the Dish TV I used Tata Sky with 12 HD Channels. All the Channels was very good in picture quality and excellent sound quality and bright video picture clarity,. In my home I am using LG smart LED 47 inch 3D tv..

                                    I really shocked that when i watched through the DISH TV, the HD channels are very poor clarity.. 5 or 6 channel might be some clarity in picture and sound.. Most of the HD channels clarity is very poor.. moreover the model of D6000 HD Reciever they supplied with antenna is very poor quality.. It is just like a local make. There is no advance option in that.. Even 1080P and 5.1 channel sound quality is also not available in that. The display shows that the ordinary channels are also as HD Channels. I can definitely say that the following channels are not HD channels. The channels are AXN, TLC, WB, MTV, VH1, MOVIES NOW, UTV ACTION, UTV MOVIES.

                                    Moreover the Dish tv online advertisements stated that the customer can watch 39 true HD channel when they take south Royal pack. I can definitely said that this is not true.. The available HD channels are only 18. How the DISH TV can advertise 39 HD channels and the same is watched by the customers? I challenged the dish tv people and proved it on behalf of their technical person and compared with TATA SKY HD channels.. They agreed my point and he accepted the quality difference between the TATA SKY and DISH TV HD channels..

                                    FALSE information given by the Dish tv organisation to the customers through advertisements in tv medias and website, The dish tv organisation thinking that the customers wont do any thing against these type of technical issues. But some one like me can take proper action.
                                    I can take this matter as legally, the concern authorities should answer all the above problems on behalf of the law.. I have many evidences and i have so many proofs with me that will be enough to take this issue as a legal way.

                                      i have registered with citi express for home based data entry job with security amount 1000rs.they gave work for about 200 pages with 6days.after submitting work,they didnt mail us about any QC report.When i ask for payment,they simply mailed us errors.so we not even pay your security deposit.They are fraud .they just get work from us.plz dont waste your valuable time for the scam and fraud companys.

                                        Dish tv saying they got 39 true hd services and 5.1 sorround sound on there web site at "dishtv.in " but that actually not true it was a clear fake discription of what they really have.They have less then 20 tru hd channels and only got one channel with 5.1 sound. These fake description attracts lot of customers when they compared with other dth service in the market.

                                        So I would like to get money back (Rs 3099)that I paid for fake hd channels and also for the time they wasted.
                                        Its much appreciated if you can give a sum off large fine of money of what they did to the other customers as well.

                                        Despite repetitive requests to fix and mend the proper functioning of HD channels

                                        their complaint no.79415294 the issue is not resolved as on date.

                                        Does it take 10 days to fix the Dish connection ?

                                        This is mental torture for the user.
