Never works. Cheats the customer.

I have been having signal not found 301 err frequently since installation. It is about 5 months since installation and 6 times this has happened. Including last two days. Yet to be fixed. Customer support and the whole dish tv team doing nothing about it. They never show up. Last time it took them 15 days even to show up at your doorstep. Btw I live in the heart of Chennai. HD to SD

I wanted to convert the HD connection into SD connection.

But after contacting to customer care they told me to switch off the set top box for 90 days and after that I will be able to recharge SD package but after some days again when I asked customer care and wanted to escalate the matter they told me HD to SD package transfer is not possible,

However one of my friend has airtel set top box and there is facilities...

Wrong adjustment of payment

I have sent so many emails but they did not reply to any one of them. I just want to know how they adjust my payment and what is the way of calculation because as per tariff plan 90 days payments comes to Rs 2205/- only but I have made the payment of Rs 2310/-

Invalid Recharge

I found information on DishTV Website that I can upgrade from SD to HD by paying Rs 990. They also mentioned a procedure how to get this upgraded and where to send message. The representative came and started installing but there was problem in getting correct signal (I am using my connection at the same place for last 4 years!). Rather correcting it then itself he left my house and told me he would come back in the morning.

Morning I called and he said he cant come and I should call the office....
