I am receiving False SMS on my cell ([protected]) from your No.-"TD-Dishpy" and "LM-Dishpy" That-- Dear Mr. GANESH VASANT YADAV Your Super_Gold pack is recharged or is due to recharged.
I am very much disturbed by your sms as I dont have DishTV and nor I know any GANESH VASANT YADAV.
Therefore I request you to stop sending SMS to my cell and disturbing me and punish the person who has given my Cell no.br...

I have my dish tv connection with RMN [protected] with VC No. [protected].I have enquired through your customer care center regarding reactivation of my service .At that side of call Mr. Manoj Kumar Attended my call dated 16thJune 2013 around time: 19:05 on my RMN and requested me to recharge with an amount of 250 Rs. with an offer to change my account from HD to SD and requested to avail that offer after recharging...

I am a consumer of Dish TV DTH services. They have a Super Gold plan to which I have subscribe and along with other channel list; specifically they Activate a Sports Channel whenever an India Match is there and whatsoever channel it is...and these cheater in this Champion Trophy Tournament did not activate the Start Sport/Star Cricket...and on complaining they say ...we have activated the Doordarshan and are showing the match on DD (Doordarshan)...My...

I complaint my problem at dish tv customer care, their representative came to my house and said my monoblock is damaged and need to be changed. He next day came to my house and charged 1140 rs without changing any part, and my problem still remain same after paying 1140 rs. Again i called to dish tv and told my problem now they are saying to change another part. Please look into my problem and solve it as soon as possible....

I have an Dish TV DTH Connection since last one year in my house at Badlapur.
In the month March 2013 suddenly Dish TVs is activated the Sport Pack on my Dish TV DTH connection and I launched the complaint many time but Dish TV customer care executive told me that this sport pack will be automatically stop after 90 days completed.

I want to know the what is the reason to Dish TV is not able to stop this Sport Pack...

I have recharged Rs: 250 on date[protected] through Axis Bank yet I am not getting picture. My VC is now deactivated. My monthly subscription charge is Rs:220 and due date was[protected].

Please check and advice why I am not getting picture?...

I had applied online for a new DishTV connection on 1st May 2013, with a promise that the connection will be completed the same day. However, it was not completed that day, but a Connect India representative came to collect the installation amount (2250) from me on 2nd May.

Not to mention DishTV failed to keep this promise, they only came to complete the connection on 4th, only for the technician to tell...

Dish Tv misguiding consumer with Offers.
It has raised the price of all its packages and at the same time are offering Special Offers of annual payment(see images)

Before proceeding let me bring to your notice that DTH services are just like prepaid mobile connection i.e pay for your package and enjoy the TV viewing.

I am not able to view TV from past...

I just bought a 5oo GB hard disk to use recording feature but the time shift feature as advertised by dish TV does not work with hard disk
and got a very rude response from their customer care below is the email I sent to them for which I got no response.

May I appeal to all of you, dish tv is a big cheater in india and after recharging for one year they removed many of the channels from the package. When we ask about that they have a right remove any channels any time as per their terms and conditions. I dont really understand how come they can do this....we have rights to watch the chennels which we like....if they remove those channels how can we watch other...

I tried to recharge my dishtv account (Details mentioned below) through the Dishtv.in website. However, after I entered my credentials on my net banking website, before I could get redirected back to dishtv website, a connection timeout error occured. However, the amount was deducted from my bank account. I raised this concern with both dishtv and paytm, as paytm is the gateway used by dishtv.in. Dishtv keeps asking me for the paytm order...

I am a DISH TV user ( VC Number : [protected])and recharge every month. DISH TV starts harrassing customers 7 days before the due date to recharge otherwise the service would be disconnected.Everymonth the recharge date advances by one week and this continues. I have written to DISTV on numerous ocassions but till date there is no response. Actually we pay for a month and do not receive services for a month....

I bought dish tv online from their site. But till date after 24 hrs over I didn't get delivery or call from your Dish tv concerned person.
Also mobile number provided in their auto mail is not valid. This creates newsworthiness about this organisation.

I called to customer care also regarding this issue but nothing happened.

I purchase dish tv recorder STB. I found that recorded programme is erased automatically after 48 hrs of the recording. I wrote an email to the customer support at dish tv , the replied that "recording retains till you don't remove the pendrive or you manually delete it". But it was not the case. I wrote another email reporting similar complaint that there might be something wrong with the hardware or other service settings...

I Mr. Amit Dutta is unable to access the web site of Dish TV i.e. www.dishtv.in for last 15 days. Due to that I am unable to recharge my dishtv online. But the company is not looking on it and neither they are informing people over news paper or through media publications.

Please look on to this matter and help us to use this online process for our best.

I bought a new dish TV connection in December 2012 and so far have recharged twice for an instant recharge of Rs. 250 (total -500). I have requested the customer care over phone four times to change my monthly pack to SOUTH SILVER CRICKET of Rs.155/month from South Platinum(Free promo pack with Purchase for three months) . From April 2013 the Platinum pack is still continuing and getting auto renewed for both the recharge(400 per month)....
