Thinking he is from Dish TV , we fix an appointment for 01/12/2012 for installation.

Refused to Upgrade from SD to HD

Refund not done

We bought DISH tv connections with the above two VCs and the same got activated on 3rd November. At the time of buying, we were told that initially it will be valid for two full months.

However it is valid only till 24th of December and hence we have been cheated by 10 days on the same which can be a big amount...

Bad customer care and no liability on level of service to be provided

Dish TV does not have any liability on the level of customer service they offer. If you pay them in advance then they will take you granted as they don’t refund recharge amount paid in advance even though the customer has disconnected Dish TV because of their bad customer service.

Channel Package Activation

I have taken a new Dish TV connection on 2 December 2012.
The installation was swift, but ever since I have faced many issues.

1. The Set Top Box activation took 48 hours, until such time I was unable to record any channels.
2. On 4th December at 1 AM, I got an Error 201, saying my VC card had an error. This required me to make multiple phone calls, and eventually I gave up. They resolved this the following morning.br...
