I have paid an amount of Rs. 1980/- through my HDFC Credit card for the booking of two dish TV connections, but Dish TV has booked and provide my only one connection. I have filled several complaints by e-mail and telephonic. Every time they request me to wait for one week or send another e-mail. I have made that payment of 10.11.2012 but till today i have not received my refund. Please help me. I have attached all relevant documents. My mobile no. is [protected] and [protected]. Please contact me for any further clarification.

    Dish TV does not have any liability on the level of customer service they offer. If you pay them in advance then they will take you granted as they don’t refund recharge amount paid in advance even though the customer has disconnected Dish TV because of their bad customer service.
    On 11-Nov-12, my set top box stopped working. It was not getting switched on. I logged the complaint with Dish TV toll free on the same day. Also I made the payment of Rs. 2160/- online on the same day, as my earlier subscription was getting over on 13-Nov-12. For nine days, I was trying to get the update on my complaint as there was no communication initiated by Dish TV on it. I called toll free many time but they had standard answer, ‘Please wait, in 24 hrs. Technician will come’. I asked toll free representative to connect me to the person who can provide me exact update and timeline for my issue resolution. But they mentioned that they are not allowed to do that. Then I wrote email to customer care to get the updates and escalated same to Dish TV nodal officers but even they didn’t bother to answer. Finally on 10th day I decided to disconnect Dish TV as I was ignored all the times and switch to local cable operator. I wrote same to customer care and nodal officers that I am disconnecting Dish TV and want by refund of 2160/- as I am not able to use Dish TV from 11-Nov-12. Couple of days later of this email, I got call from Dish TV regarding my STB complaint. But since I already got cable connection, I refused the technician visit as it was not making sense to me and asked for refund. Till 08-Dec-12, lot of communication happened between me and Dish TV people from customer care to Sr. Manager, regarding the refund. But Dish TV continuously denied the refund by telling me that as per their policy refund of the recharge amount won’t be given. I repeatedly told them that since I have disconnected because I was not getting any update from Dish TV and hence I think they should give me refund by taking the liability of poor customer service. But they denied the refund and were continued to offer schemes. Finally, on 8-Dec-12 I got an email from them saying that as per their records technician visited the place and hence they won’t refund the amount but will offer waiver for the days. The waiver offer was already denied by me as it was not making sense to me to keep both Dish TV and Cable connection and pay both of them. I wrote them email asking for details of the visit (which never happened as I denied visit of technician) on 8-Dec-12 and sent the reminder for the same on 10-Dec-12. But no reply from them.
    In this incident, I tried my all options (email, phone) to get status (even I used rude language to show my anger and dissatisfaction) but there was no effect and I was ignored all the time at all the levels. Then after disconnection when I asked for the refund, Dish TV didn’t show courtesy to take the ownership of bad customer service and refund me the money, instead they claim that visit was made and they don’t refund the recharge amount. In whole incident Dish TV didn’t care what a customer is thinking and kept forcing their terms even they were at fault.
    As I mentioned earlier I am expecting refund of 2160/- because I had paid that amount for the period after 13-Nov-12. My STB was down from 11-Nov-12 and I haven't used Dish TV service. Also, I have disconnected Dish TV because I was not getting any response from Dish TV regarding my complaint from all levels.

    Dish TV — Terrible Customer Support

    I've being having transmission problem from passed 15-20 days. I logged multiple complaints, even left feedback on Dishtv website, infact spoke the "so called" Dishtv Supervisor. Everybody like a recorded tape re-recorder told me within 24hrs my issue will be resolved.

    But even after 20 days nobody from dishtv has come or not even called me to know the issue.

    I asked for Dishtv Director and Regional Manager contact details they refuse to give the details, saying am not authorised to speak to them - I mean if customer is not authorized to speak to them then WHO IS???

    Pathetic Customer Support, every unprofessional firm.

    Dish TV — Horrible Customer Serivce

    I am Sajith, residing in Bangalore and the owner of Dish TV connection VC number [protected]. After one week of installation, I noticed most of the channels, when tried to access display a message 'Signal not found'. I have called up the customer care number several times and now finding myself helpless. Every time, I get the call back from [protected](They said this is in Malleswaram). They promise to come to repair/re-allign the dish at some time and JUST DON'T SHOW OFF. Sometimes they said, the person will come on saturday and I ended up waiting the whole day at home or some time I missed out important phone calls from clients for this in the evenings.Any time you call back to the number, it is always engaged. When I got frustrated and asked about canceling the connection, that is also not possible. They say the dish is on lease for 5 years and I will get only Rs 400/- back. I paid 2990/- for the dish alone. ALso any time if it's windy, the reception is very bad and the STB info setup shows the signal strength and quality in red, which means the dish is not stable.

    Just imagine if you are not at all getting Star Sports and ESPN. Even local cable service is 100 times better. Think THRICE before putting your head in these people's loop. This is certainly the worst customer service any product can offer.

    I would really recommend people to go for hathway cable or tata sky and put dish tv your least priority, even after the local cable service provider.

    DishTV — no customer care

    i have lodged a complain of set top box malfunction a month back but as of date nothing material has happened. during the month i have repeatedly called the call center and lodged online complains but all i hear is that it will be rectified/attended in 48hours. earlier i would get a phone call from the field technitions, i think and they'd ask me my address and then tell me that its out of their area so i should call customer care again. then at other times they told me that they will have to take my set top box for repair so let them arrange a stand by set and then will call back but they never called back. this has happened so many times that i have lost count. there is no one to talk to or communicate, all you can talk to is call center employees or the field technitions who are least interested in doing acutal work.
    now this has not happened to me for the first time with dishtv, earlier this year they took 2 months to rectify a similar problem and then changed my set top box after i went to the counsumer forum. its painful not to able to see television for a day, imagine when its not there for 2 months and most of all for no fault of mine, i have paid them money. its highly unprofessional and shameful for the organization and people who run it.

    Dish TV — Complaint for Bad customer care

    Dear sir/madam,
    I had called up Dish tv customer care on[protected] in the evening regarding not able to view Colours channel. I spoke to your customer care executive named PRADEEP. He could not give me satisfactory answer to my query and also his tone was not appropriate. He was literally shouting.Is this the way Dish tv customer care operates? or your HR team is not responsible to care of Dish tv customers and not to teach your employees how to behave with the customers. This person, PRADEEP on top of that did a height of bad customer care that he activated 9 movies of my Maxi account which is free for 6 months without my concern.And one of those movie was from Telgu language and we are Maharashtrian people.And you can understand in 1 particular day a person will activate 9 movies. I am a working in a company and I had not given any activation request on your site also.
    Because of this culprit I had wasted my total 1 and 1/2 hour on phone to solve this problem. The thing is that I can not prove this this is done by this person, But I am very much sure that the problem was started with me after talking to this executive only and he trobuled a lot to me. These type of customer care executives will come and leave the Dish tv company . But this will affect company's reputation.     Dish TV — terrible service

    Inspite of payments the lines are down for ever.
    sir, i had paid 300rupees recharge card for diamond package on29/11/08 and the next rewenal date was 01/01/09, the package cost was 254rupees, the receipt no ; is ur-05/12/08IG[protected], I HAD BALANCE AMOUNT OF 46 RUPEES, BUT IN NEXT RENEWAL THERE WAS NO BALANCE, SO I PAID 200RUPEES RECHARGE CARD, FOR SILVER PACKAGE, 154 RUPEES ( RECEIPT NO; UR-08/01/09IG[protected], PLEASE ADD MY BALANCE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT ( VC NO -[protected].)
    my dish tv is close from 01.01.2009 to till date i also give complain to customer service three times my complain number is 19308771 but there is no response come from till date. i want to surrender it.i am doing very big mistake to purchase it.

    Dish TV — Service not being provided even after taking money

    On 23 Dec 2008, we had made a payment of Rs. 1000 to our account which consists of one parent and one child connection. Our monthly subscription for these two connections amounts to Rs. 511. From 24 January 2009 onwards, the service to our connections has ben disconnected even though we have almost Rs. 480 left in our account with the company. Even after several complaints and reminder to the customer care of the company, no solution has been provided. When we requested for a technical person to visit to our home, they have been directing us from one number to another, but no solution is being provided.

    ive been trying to get in touch with dish tv customr care since last 5 days but no seems to be bothered to come on line. the tv screen is showing as "pls insert smart card" whereas the smart card is already there. ive been calling up at [protected] and my vc number is [protected]. pls help me out as i dont know where to go now to get this done. my cont no.     Dish TV — Horrible customer care service

    This is my second bad experience with Dish TV. When I purchased, they took 2 months to start. I gave more on customer care calls than recharge fees.

    It worked ok for some months. Even if I was doing recharge on time, I used to find everything stopped on TV. After calling their customer care they were fixing this issue. And the issue was on every recharge.

    Problem does not stop here. When I shifted my house, I called their customer care number of times. But their service is so poor that I never reached to a person on call line. Their dealer says contact over customer care number which never works. I emailed them and email reply was to provide this id and that id proof and no mention of where to submit those.

    This was a horrible experience. Now, I am planning to move to some other digital tv.

Iam your genuine customer from last 4 years. But this not the way of handling the customers. Iam not satisfied with your network of solving the customer complaints.     DishTV India — No customer care

    1. In spite of paying subscription well in advance, DishTV-India stopped the transmission with a message “Recharge your dishtv”

    Many calls were made to their customer service. Every time they say sorry and ask me to wait for 2 hours as they have to perform some corrective actions. So they say, “Keep your Set Top Box switched on for next two hours on channel 999”

    Meaning you miss your programs for next 2 hours also keep the power on the STB for their mistake.

    This is not enough the exactly same problem keep on apprising any day any time without any advance notice or reason !!!

    The customer service person is not authorized to connect me to some senior person of the company, neither allowed to give me their phone number even nor the email id.

    With repeated requests at the best they confirm that somebody (senior) will call me which never happened as on date.

    2. Many a time there telemarketing person calls and lure about new upgraded packages they offer, without telling the hidden charges. Once I agree for it, I will have no chance to go back without paying some unlawful and undisclosed fee which is called plan degradation charges.

    I feel Shahrukh Khan is unaware which type of company he is promoting and keep saying “Wish Karro, Dish Karro” !!!
    I have paid 1080rs for reacharge for 3 monts I didnt get the south chhannel like surya malayalam, amrutha, Indiavision so and so kindly do the needful for this case.
    I had recharged by dishtv V.C. No. [protected], but not receiving any channel inspite of putting on tv 999 channel also not receiving, message coming recharge dishtv.
    Dish TV executive to save there SLA they will close the request without solving the issue .. what a great service .. and no one monitor this .. this happen with me twice ..

    on march 2010 i was having issue with setup box (reference is 40363807.) and which take one month to resolve anyway get a waver for a month.

    And again on 7th April 2011 i have requested for reinstallation of setup box (Request no[protected]. today (10-May-2011) i came to know that my Request has been closed on 13th APRIL without solving the issue and without my knowledge. that was for reinstalling Setup box and the service was chargable 150/- but till now no one come to my place for the same.

    I am surprised who your executive close the issue whitout solving and no one there to monitor the case ..

    HOW YOU CAN BE SO CARELESS IF YOU CALL YOUR SELF TO BE NO.1 DTH COMPANY ..

    can you please explain me why it is closed ??
    and i need a valid point - why should i use Dish TV .

      We have purchased an ad-on connection (Child SD connection) online making required payment for the same from DISH TV (India) and in turn a SD Child Set Top Box No.DST[protected] with VC No.[protected] has been installed on 26th November 2012 vide Receipt No.738 issued by M/s.Grenzone India Pvt. Ltd., Shop No.1, F-7/10, Mandir Lane, East Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 (Authorised Service Franchisee of DISH TV) and vide DISH TV SAF No.18648833. In addition to online payment for this connection including package and extra amount of Rs.309/- for installation+cable+service tax charges have also been paid at the time of installation on 26.11.2012. For this, DISH TV has promised me to provide uninterrupted services of 70 channels for whole life for free and other channels as per our selected paid package, which is 'GOLD Package' in our case for which which we have already paid. But, unfortunately, despite our various complaints and their repeatedly reminders telephonically as well as through e-mails, DISH TV has not been providing me any services till date for which I have already paid. It is now over more than 15 days, but our above-said connection 'HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED'. We are now totally frustrated and feeling being cheated by DISH TV authorities. Nobody is listening to our repeated requests. Please help us in the matter and advise what shall we do to get these services activated. DISH TV authorities has made us suffer a lot.

        I have complained a lot them for installation but they not respond for connection, in last i have decided to cancel the deal & purchase other operation connection in view i have talked them and e-mailed them.


        But then had not replied me till now. and also neither returned my money nor even talked me

          I have taken a new Dish TV connection on 2 December 2012.
          The installation was swift, but ever since I have faced many issues.

          1. The Set Top Box activation took 48 hours, until such time I was unable to record any channels.
          2. On 4th December at 1 AM, I got an Error 201, saying my VC card had an error. This required me to make multiple phone calls, and eventually I gave up. They resolved this the following morning.
          3. On 5th December, I got an error 101. I had requested for "Super HD Royale" pack. I had checked the same in the Subscriber Activation Form SAF.
          The Dish TV personnel had activated Super HD World Pack. This pack had half the number of HD Channels. I was clearly told that I could get 1 month ANY HD Pack free on purchase.
          Now when I ask them to change it back, they ask me to scan a copy of the SAF and send it. I did the same & still they fail to activate the new pack.

          This is simply the worst DTH service provider. Tata Sky & Airtel are hundred times better than Dish TV. DO NOT EVER take Dish TRu HD. It is simply awful
          Oh and did I mention no one at Dish TV can speak English. They all speak Hindi & really poor english. Absolutely useless company.

              I had called up your customer care Nos.[protected] and [protected] on 30th Nov 2012, for a new connection of Dishtv+ ( Dishtv + Recorder) "Non HD"....

              After speaking to several executives and came to know with a confirmation from a executive Ms. Rehmati Bhanu..As the rates mentioned below :-

              Dishtv + recorder:

              Online booking: 990 + 200 + 25 = Rs.1215
              Dealer booking :1490 + 200 + 25 = Rs.1715
              Direct booking through dishtv: 1290 + 200 + 25 = Rs.1515

              That is 200+25 = 225 for installation of the dishtv. which is fairly understood. And the above said package will come with "Supergold pack: Rs.255/- per month" with 2 months subscriptions free after placing the order and activation of the dishtv., I was also been promised that i will be getting 250 channels including "Tamil" full pack of 80 channels.

              After attempting a numerous times to log into the website provided to me i.e: www.dishtv.in, the company's website was unavailable and yesterday on 4th Dec 2012, when i made a call to your customer care I was been informed that the rates of Dishtv+ is Rs.1490 and with 1 month subscription of supergold pack: Rs.255/-

              My Question to the company would be is it the customer's fault that after confirming with the support executives numerous time, And getting confirmation about the above rate on online booking For Rs. 990/- and 2 months subscription free scheme.

              Why am i been given false promises by your earlier executives and misinformation?

              Why are the executives are not been well trained with the product and know how about dealing with customers on calls ?

              Why so many loop holes in company's website, where in product tab of the website it says Dishtv+ recorder For Rs. 990/-* and after clicking the dishtv + recorder it says for Rs. 1490/- ?

              Why i was been promised by the executives that i will receive a call from the company for misinformation and inconvenience ?

              Now i am been waiting for a call from the company from past 2 days.

              I need a New dishtv on priority basis on the basis of earlier information provided to me and required a assistance at earliest.

              I would kindly request Dishtv authorities to look into the matter deeply and revert back as soon as possible..

                  Dish TV — Very poor service and no respect/value for customers at all

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased a Dish TV on 13Mar2007, The set-top box installed is fault. I had made a numerous complaints regarding this but of no help. In the month of Aug 2009 i was charged a sum of Rs 700 for repairing the set top box and was promised that if it gets faulty again within 30 days the same will be serviced again free of charge. The engineer returned the set top box saying that i could not repair it. We mentioned this comment on his service request slip but we have not received any response for that. then on 17-Apr-2010, we called up the customer care for checking the status of our previous complaints. A customer care executive 'Ajay' after listening to me problem suggested that i should get it repaired once again and pay the charges. When i asked about the status of my previous complaint he told me that we have not received any complaint for your set top box in last 2 years and put my call on hold which i disconnected after waiting for 20 minutes. This way the dish tv is harassing its customers. They really do not have any respect for their customers. I request to take this matter with the concerned and get my set top box rectified.

                    I am using HD Royal Pack in DISHTV. But Now i want to change my package to super gold. my vc no is [protected] ,my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
                    But now they are telling HD service can only opt HD package which include HD+SD pack.

                    It has been told while purchasing , you can switch to any plan any time.As of now i want to get SD pack only but they are not ready to give.
                    They cheated me.I believed there word of mouth because of there reputation.

                    DishTV — Subscription related

                    Dear Sir,

                    I m a subscriber of Dishtv for around 5 years. Initially I used to pay Rs.99/- as monthly subscription charges, but without my permission they start charging Rs.110/- and again they start charging Rs.125/- Now what is happening is I m not even getting one month for next re-charge. Earlier my recharge date was 17th/18th of every month. Now i m not getting one full month. They are not giving any kind of reply for the mails I have sent. Yesterday I have done a re-charge of Rs.125/- but today i got an SMS saying that my next recharge date is 26th Oct-09. They are just cheating the customer due to lac of regulation in the DTH sector. If I discountinue the services I have to pay more than Rs.3000/- to a new DTH player for STB etc., reason I cannot use the same STB with other service provider. So customer has no alternate options, either to continue with what Dishtv provide or again spend Rs.3000/- again. It should be like mobile phones, customer should have the choice to change the service provider without buying a new hardware. Dishtv is just cheating due to lac of regulation in the sector. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                      Hi Team,
                      I purchased new connection from DISH tv and got the installation on 22nd Nov.
                      Now the connection is not working and giving error 02 Card deactivated.
                      When I contacted customer complaint they replied me it will be working in next 24-48 hrs.
                      My tv will be blank whole the day. Due to it now I need to take leave and entertain my Kid
                      In this case
                      1. My deliverables to client will be impacted
                      2. I will lose my one day salary

                      Secondly they don't have any toll free no. and for wait time they run their advertisement for which we are paying. The call the customer care cost me 27 Rs.

                      Kindly arrange compensation from DISH tv for failure in their services and fine them so in future they will take care of their customer.

                      DishTV — failure of services

                      I have registered complain through sms on sunday through which i received complaint no. and i informed local care centre also which has not given complaint no. I called north centre also on tuesday but again the told me that they will contact with in 48 hours. Now IPL is going on which is very important for me, i was not able to see or avail entertainment through dishtv which must i used because i paid for this.I spend money on phone also but didn't get any response. complaint no from north centre[protected] and complaint no from dishtv is[protected]. 301 signal not foung is always comes with in a week but his time it comes continously.If this problem will not resolve till saturday then i have to mail this to subhas chandra(zee busness group).

                      Dish TV — failure of service

                      after a squal my satelite connection was disrupted, i complained to the customer service. the technician arrived at 20.15hrs on 17th of may 2008. i was not satisfied with his service, but he was very confident. the service was ok for half an hour as far as my knowledge, because we went to sleep at that time. next day, 18-05-08, in the morning i switched on the tv and there was no service at all. i complained many a time after that but nothing was done. my complain number is 13274190. my vc no. [protected]. today it is 20th of may and i am still waiting for a call from their end at 16.16hrs. i don't know when it is going to b alright and whether i will get any discount for this negative service.

                        We used to watch "Shraddha" regularly,everyday,because Shraddha is the
                        only channel which airs the aarti session from the holy shrine of
                        Vaishnodevi LIVE,twice each day (mornings & evenings)

                        I'm not getting "Shraddha" for the past one month.I have a Dish TV
                        connection (Standard definition),Shraddha used to be in the Dish TV
                        platform on channel number 1540,but now some other channel called
                        "Mangal Kalash" has come in its place.I had complained/requested about
                        the inclusion of Shraddha to Dish Tv's customer care at[protected]
                        on Oct 19,2012 (request no.[protected].The Dish Tv customer
                        representative told me that Shraddha was a part of the Doordarshan's
                        free channel pack and that Doordarshan has now removed "Shraddha" from
                        their platform....Is that true? If it is true, then I'm dissapointed
                        with our country's official broadcaster "Doordarshan".

                        I hope Shraddha is included in the Dish Tv and/or Doordarshan
                        platform,since,till today we used to watch Vaishnodevi aarti,which
                        used to be aired in another other channel called "mh1" in the
                        mornings.As of today "mh1" which airs at channel no. 804,is still
                        available,but there is neither any picture nor sound available and the
                        dishtv customer representative assumed that it may be an alignment
                        issue(complaint no.[protected],but a dish tv representative who checked
                        my connection just now confirmed that my dishtv's dish alignment is
                        perfect....

                        Please look into the matter and make sure that "Shraddha" & "mh1"
                        are included in the Dish Tv and/or Doordarshan platform....If there is
                        an issue between Shraddha/mh1 and Doordarshan &/or Dish Tv,please at
                        least give me a list of the DTH companies which include "Shraddha".

                        Dish TV — Regular disruption of channels

                        Dish Tv is very good at taking money when the payment is due but when it comes to customer
                        service they are pathetic. Not the first time this has happened but repeatedly they seem to cut the connection even though the amount is paid. After regular visits and phone calls nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Even now the my account shows that i have paid till 09/04/09 and till now no relay what so ever.                         I have a DISH TV connection from over 2 years now, however been really upset on the issues which ZEE TV has with NEO sports channel...

                        due to there issues customers are unable to see TEST matches in india, i complaint and was told a year back that it will start soon yet no date was given, however the most harassing issue is that if you wish to change a DTH operator there is no deal like this, we have to buy a whole new kit and dish of another operator.

                        so it become difficult for consumers to quit services of a operator who is bad or is not providing effective services.

                        i would like to highlight this ussue,, and something should be done in this.


                        Either they should start NEO channel or should give customer a exit policy and take back all equipments like dish and set top box.

                        Did you get shardha TV now ? I am also facing this problem. My mother came to love with us from past 2 months and continuously asking for this channel. I have dishTV and didn't find this channel at all.

                        I read an advertisement in shardha tv channel
                        about
                        this, and they had asked to identify a few faces
                        given in the advertisement and upon identifying
                        the correct names they were suppose to issue
                        first 3 gifts.
                        I answered it correctly, and then received a call
                        from a person called Pintu sharma (from
                        Jamshedpur) saying that I'm the First Winner of
                        the contest and they can remit the gift in two
                        ways.
                        1. 12, 50, 000 /- INR in cash via transfer
                        2. Tata Safari car
                        I opted for the first option, and first they asked
                        me to transfer 8550/- INR as a Registration Fees
                        after which they said the 12.5 Lakhs amount
                        would be transferred to my account.( STATE
                        BANK OF INDIA A/C-[protected] ) mobile no
                        [protected]
                        But, again, they said there is some problem and in
                        order to issue NOC certificate I need to transfer
                        another 12, 550/- INR to their Managing Director's
                        (MD) account:
                        The names of the 'said' MDs' (Managing
                        Directors) were:
                        1.Pintu Sharma ([protected]).
                        If you call on the above number, you can hear the
                        customer care voice of Tata Motors
                        saying, welcome to 'Tata Motors Lucky Draw
                        2013'...
                        After paying 8550/- Rs. now I'm again being
                        chased up by them to pay another 12, 550/- Rs.
                        after which they say that I'll get 12.5 lakhs Rs. in
                        my account.
                        This is a clear fraud, first they concquer our
                        confidence and then asked to transfer the
                        amount. And now I've lost my 8550/- Rs.!!
                        Can someone please help me in the right
                        direction, to proceed with legal action against
                        these people.

                          This is in regards to the Complaint Registered with Dish TV on 21st October' 12 to Re-Install My Dish TV, after Relocation, which even after More than 1 Month, is yet to be Resolved.

                          There is No Response from Even the Karnataka Nodal Office Level Mr.Guna &
                          neither from Dish TV Customer Representatives, and there is No Will, from your their End
                          to Resolve the case, and Install My Dish TV.

                          Umpteen Phone Calls, Repeated Written Mails, have been given, but there has been No Response.

                          It is Shameful for an Organization of this Level to have a Nodal Office Level,
                          who does'nt Even bother to Attend a Customer Complaint Addressed to Him even with Repeated Reminders.

                          Considering, I have Paid an Annual Subscription Payment till January' 13, and for Past Almost 1Month, I have not Viewed by Dish TV & Considering No Action / Response from your Organization, I would not be able to see in Future also, therefore I want Dish TV to REFUND My Money into my Credit Card Account from which the Payment was Made.

                          OR Alternatively,

                          Starting October'12 to January'13 ( For 4 Months ), Keep My Money
                          as Reserve, which I can Use in Future Under My Account.

                          I Request Support to take Severe Action against the Organization.

                            Hi there,

                            My VC. No. is [protected]. The connection is on my father name. I doing dish tv related activities behind of him & with his permission. I was looking for buy Dish TV's Dishtv Freedom CAM. I contact through emails time to time to Dish TV for shops addresses where Dish TV Freedom CAM is available for buy & they time to time misguided me. They suggested me about 3-4 shops addresses & got negative reply from each shopkeeper. They suggested me visit for their authorized CST Canteen but as usual negative response by them. This all happen due to I was subscriber of dish tv connection from last 2 years & cause of disappointment I discontinue the service for 7-8 months.

                            Again I tried & active the service & communicate with them through email & again they suggested me new shop address & again I got negative response from them. I wrote dish tv for showing the CAM demo through their engineers who visits my area most of times in a month for their customer dish installation. After successful working on my box, I was ready to pay them in cash including visiting fee on the spot and if not successful I was ready to pay their visiting fee only but again they suggest me again new shop address instead of demo. Again negative response from the suggested shopkeeper. I waste my money & time & again botherness from them. They mention in their reply that 'We would like to convey that CAM service is currently in its test phase. We call and let you know whenever we commercially launch this product.' even thy official introduced their product. http://www.dishtv.in/dish-freedom.aspx . Again I deactivate the service before 2-3 months cause of nervousness.

                            I tried by their toll free number was showing on their webpage http://www.dishtv.in/dish-freedom.aspx & surprised thing was they didnt know about the product.

                            I was think going to consumer court but before that I found this website. I have their 3-4 email conversation as evidence which misguided me time to time. Very less time I clicked on their link which was for problem solved confirmation link after getting address & didnt confirmed the product available or not there by mistake. Hope this the problem will solve soon.

                                I have booked one connection online ON DATED 20TH NOV at 7.17 p.m. and my balance has been deducted and i got a one slip and my balance has been deducted Rs. 990/- but really i am disappointed with the Service of Dish tv , when i talked to the customer care for delivery they have told me that this connection has not booked its a very great shame for me that i have make a trust on dish tv and dish tv has taken my money Rs. 990/- and my connection has not been booked in the Dish tv record

                                  I am having DishTV connection at my home, V card number is [protected].

                                  I registered complaint with DishTV customer care on 12th November (Complaint no.[protected] for changing the set top box and was given assurance that the complaint will be attended within 24 hours.

                                  However after waiting for 3 days I called again and I was told that the call has been closed in the system with remark 'no fault found'. This is totally false closure as no one had visited us for the same.

                                  I got the complaint re-opened and a customer care supervisor assured me that the same will be attended within next 24 hours. However once again no one visited and the issue is not resolved till now.

                                  I called again on 16th and 18th and everytime assurance was given by Floor managers that it will be attended within next 24 hours.

                                  Today I called again and I was again told that the call has been closed with remark 'no fault found'. Once again a FALSE CLOSURE OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WITHOUT ATTENDING. We are being asked to wait for another 24 hours and similar promises are being made by floor managers.

                                  It seems that the customer care is neither having any authority over the service department, nor there is any mechanism to check and stop false closure of customer complaints.


                                  This is highly disappointing, unprofessional and objectionable attitude of DishTV and due to this callousness we have not been able to view TV programmes throughout the Diwali holidays.

                                    On 4th of sept 2010 I got my dish tv connection at jammu vide my vc no [protected] STB No.1065ABF23Ds through Mahavir Communication Jammu.
                                    Intially there was an free three months subscription package with the connection
                                    which ends on 4th dec 2010.I started recharge of my connection as i receive the message on my tv set before due date that is 4th of every month.But it is closed for want of recharge well before due date every month. In the month of march i recharged my connection on 23rd, but unfortunately my connection is closed for want of subscription as on 17.4.2011 in the morning which is six days before

                                      Dish TV — Installation is still pending

                                      i also agree that DISH TV is a very very poor service provider.i have request for an installation of HD connection(worth Rs 3190 already paid) on 25/03/2011.They told me to install within 72 hrs but they did not.then again i call them 28/03/2011 and they promise to give me connection within 72 hrs and again 3days already passed they did nothing.now its 01/04/2011 they did not contact me.so 7 days over the issue is still pending.i am already fed up and have no more energy to shout on them.for now i am going to local cable operator for connection.i hope people will take lesson from this and never go for this pathetic service provider.

I am not able to see all channels from last few days, for that i contacted cus care executives many times but they didnot resolve my problems. I lodged a complaint on 17 Nov 12 also for visit of technician but so far no one visited till the time. No one is listening to me on that matter. Further i wanted to contact at 0940 hrs to NODAL OFFICER of Delhi Area ( Mr. Harendra Singh) on contact no[protected]. When i dailed the number it landed to receiption and the man sitting on receiption forbade to disclose his identity listen all my problems and ask for VC no. then i told let me talk to Nodal officer i will tell him my prolem and VC no too. Then he put me on hold for 5 and 8 minutes respectively and lastly told that Nodal officer is not available at this time. Further i emailed twice at [protected]@dishtv.in, but its not fruitful. At last you are the only source from where we can get fair justice.

I have taken taken DISH TV (VC No.[protected]) connection apprx 2 month back and i am not able to veiw all my channels for which i lodged a complait on 17 Nov 12 till the date no technician has visited till date. I have contacted many time CUS CARE for the same by sending SMS DISHTV CALL ME to 57575, but no action has been taken yet. I have emailed twice on customercare <[protected]@dishtv.in> on 18 and 19 Nov 12 respectively but no action has taken. Requested to intevene and take appropriate action on the matter to resolve the problem and punish them hardly.................
