I am using HD Royal Pack in DISHTV. But Now i want to change my package to super gold. my vc no is [protected] ,my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
But now they are telling HD service can only opt HD package which include HD+SD pack.

It has been told while purchasing , you can switch to any plan any time.As of now i want to get SD pack only but they are not ready to give.
They cheated me.I believed there word...

Hi Team,
I purchased new connection from DISH tv and got the installation on 22nd Nov.
Now the connection is not working and giving error 02 Card deactivated.
When I contacted customer complaint they replied me it will be working in next 24-48 hrs.
My tv will be blank whole the day. Due to it now I need to take leave and entertain my Kid

There is No Response from Even the Karnataka Nodal Office Level Mr.Guna &
neither from Dish TV Customer Representatives, and there is No Will, from your their End

I have booked one connection online ON DATED 20TH NOV at 7.17 p.m. and my balance has been deducted and i got a one slip and my balance has been deducted Rs. 990/- but really i am disappointed with the Service of Dish tv , when i talked to the customer care for delivery they have told me that this connection has not booked its a very great shame for me that i have make a trust on dish tv and dish tv has taken my money Rs. 990/- and my connection...

I registered complaint with DishTV customer care on 12th November (Complaint no.[protected] for changing the set top box and was given assurance that the complaint will be attended within 24 hours.

However after waiting for 3 days I called again and I was told that the call has been closed in the system with remark 'no fault found'....

I lodged a complaint on 17 Nov 12 also for visit of technician but so far no one visited till the time. No one is listening to me on that matter. i subscribed airteldishtv (Customer ID [protected])at home on 17th August,2011. and has been using it. From the very day picture and image has complaint and they changed the settopbox. Many times complained and not fixed proper yet. 2 week before it was fully out. No picture and when complained to their regional office, they told it was of bad climate. In Chennai no such bad climate..it shows the error as D001.
But they are deducting...

I booked online connection of dishtv on 9th of nov. My token no. Is 187013. Before booking I called CC and they told me that it would be installed 5th day. But 8 days already passed and there not even a single call from them. They are just making fool of people. I purchased Dish TV on 05 nov. 2012 in Rs.1690 with VC no. [protected]. I was told by the distributor and the installation engineer about the service pack of Super Platinum(Rs. 380 per month) free for two months alongwith the purchase.

I happened to purchase a Dish TV connection. At the time of booking the company confirmed installation within 48 hours and after booking,changed the time to 120 hrs. the company deactivated the service after three days(demo period). when complained it said, it did not get the installation docs from it's dealer.even after reminders, requests and three days nothing changed. This is a complain regarding the poor and apathetic service of Dish TV.
