I had ordered new dish tv HD connection online (order no:120524-xt44) on 24th may 2012 from www.digitalgalleryindia.com since then I have not got connection nether have got any details about new connection from the company…..I had ordered online so that I can get quick connection .And paid the money online through my icici bank
I have already mailed the details but here is no response from their side nor do their customer...

this the transaction happens while ordering for online dish tv connection but in between transaction got...

My DISHTV complaint number is 88336916, first/old vc no [protected], second/new vc no [protected].
it was a simple request to convert my second connection to multi connection. ideally it should have been on 24 th may12 after completion of the free period of my second connection, but due to reasons unknown it did not happen. few complaints n several phone calls later address verification was completed which was advised to be...

i had purchased dishtv in may 2011. it worked fine till yesterday and today its not working. when i call the customer service they say that the technician will visit my house and i have to pay charges. the warranty was for one year and as soon as the warranty expired the set top box died. this is a scam run by dishtv to take money out of customers. i think this is totally unacceptable. please help me. how do i file a case against dishtv?...

We have changed our old Dishtv connection (VC NO [protected]) set top box to HDMI Connection (VC NO [protected]) the connection is in my dads name Rauf Haji .... from Meltek Infosystem pvt ltd midc Kharadi Pune.
Issues -
We paid INR 2915, Meltek employee promised us 3 months free connection and will refund INR 600 to our dishtv account of which more 2 months free i.e total period of five months from 11 may 2012 to 11 Oct 2010...

I Rakesh Sharma ( VC No. [protected])have lodged complaint with customercare of DishTV @ [protected] that most of the channels are not available. The executive asked me to explain the details and I checked as per his instructions, and told that out of 15 TP only 3 are giving green indication and rest 12 are red. He said you need allignment ( complaint No. 87448875 dated 21 May'12). He said it is within warranty, no charges to be paid...

i have received the call from [protected] on 26/4/2012 at 7:30 A.M.He told me that he is calling from Dish tv Singapore and my number is selected for 25 lac prize gave me number [protected] for further details and for collecting the cash.He told me that my coupon number is 1015.But i have doubt on them as the are speaking Hindi from Singapore so i searched about this on net and i find out that this fake call from Pakistan.

I had subscribed on the 18/03/2012 was unable to view the channels of my choice for around 2 weeks even after paying Rs. 110/- to the technicians who installed the DISH at my house. I have recharged my Dish TV on 16/4/2012 but at that time the same was not recharged and amount of Rs. 225/- deducted from my Account. Then on the same day I have recharged again of the same amount i.e. Rs. 225/- and the Dish TV was successfully recharged and again Rs. 225/- deducted from my Account.

The amount in the first time deducted from account wrongly not yet credited in my account. Kindlu look into...

HI I have purchased Dish Tru HD+ by looking at 30+ HD channels, 5 times better picture quality, 5.1 audio, prompt customer service and 4gb memory card for online purchase. Since the day I have purchased it is found that the quality is too worse than a local cable tv on most of the channels. Also out of 30+ HD Channel promise, only few are real HD. All other channels are non HD and they claim it is upscaled. I have called and emailed several...

Dish TV should always be avoided. Their tall claims are not to be given ear to. Every customer has to wait minutes long for someone to respond. Rather than claiming to be number one and giving Sharukh Khan all the money for advertisement, they should give focus to improving services. Neither digital signals are good enough nor is their customer support helpful. Bunch of fool people. Tired of mailing them about my login problems but none of...

I have booked DISH TV online on 4th April 2012, still do not received. I have paid them through my credit card.Please assist me on the same.

On 26th March,2012 I was told by DISH TV helpline that my VC needs to be re-charged from 1st April,2012. They also confirmed that my existing pack was Platinum Pack for Rs 350pm.

I renewed online for 4 months on 26th March by paying Rs 1400 for 4 months . However, when I recieved the sms confirmation from DISH TV -it said that my renewal was done till 16th July.
