I Rakesh Sharma ( VC No. [protected])have lodged complaint with customercare of DishTV @ [protected] that most of the channels are not available. The executive asked me to explain the details and I checked as per his instructions, and told that out of 15 TP only 3 are giving green indication and rest 12 are red. He said you need allignment ( complaint No. 87448875 dated 21 May'12). He said it is within warranty, no charges to be paid to DishTv representative and within 24 hrs , the reported issue will be resolved.
Mr Sunil from Mobile No. [protected] called me and asked that I will be charged with Rs 200//, I refused since I was told by customer care executive that it will be free of cost. Nobody turned up.
Again I called customer care on 23 May'12 and lodged complaint vide 87586826, told him the above story, he said within 24 hrs, issue will be resolved.
Again I called customercare on 25 May'12 , but to no avail.
28 May'12, I have sent email escalation, no avail.
Today on 29 May'12, I again called customer care, spoken to Ms Roshni, who is senior person, told her whole story. I got a call from Mr Sunil whose contact No is mentioned above, he is again asking for Rs 200//. I refused.
Need your intervention please to relieve me from this harassment.
