Iam a Dish TV costumer for the last one year.
My complaint is that they are decreasing the channel day by day for the particular package. Iam using "south silver cricket pack". Within 11 months they were cancelled about 3 malayalam channel( Jai hind,jeaven and now kairali too..) also they increased their monthly rent by an amount of Rs.30/-

now they are providing only 10 malayalam channels while other networks...

We had DISH TV connection not working last month.

When we emailed DISH TV customer care they said they can not call me because my mobile number is registered in Do Not Call registry. I did not have any other mobile number, hence they asked me to de-register from DNC register. I did not do it becasuse I had very bad experience receiving unwanted calls and SMS every now and then by DISH TV. When I disagreed to de-register ,...

i want to do recharge from my mobile phon but i can't.how can i do this...

i am a user of dishtv with no. ([protected]). from the past 1 month i facing some issues with it for which i have complaint them many time for which they say that your request is registered and thier technician will come with in 24 hours, but till now no one has turned up, also they have closed the request stating that matter has been resolved, i have recharged my dishtv account but unable to use it from past one month....

I have recharged my dish tv account with 325 rs ,I have a chil parent connection ,parent is working and is showing validity for only 20 days and my child connection is not working and showing message recharge now ,I called customer care many a times ,but they say they will call back and rectify the issue .but i am not receiving any call neither they are rectifying the issue

Please help regarding the same...

Since past few weeks, my Dish TV has become very slow. It takes almost an hour to boot up after switching it on.
Moreover, most of the channels are gone. Although I have recharged online with Rs 750/- last week, I am unable to see most of the channels--201,202,203,211,212,216,561,565 ETC.

I have bought HD and SD connection from Dish TV . I had following problems

1) The activation tool 78 hours due to mistake of dealer. Activation took place when I had made a complaint against the dealer. Otherwise dealer did not take any proactive action.

2) I bought 2 box so that I can have multiple connection but the other connection was not activated because dealer again forgot to mention that on Subscriber...

My DISH TV Recharge date has not updated though I sent Rs450.00 to your A/C by Net Banking....

I am a custemer of dish tv , when i went to recharge my dish tv account ,Shop person recharged some other account & i talked to custemer care of dish tv , they are demanding several things, i gave all information to them, after collecting information from shop person but they are not solving my problem, this custemer care service of DISH TV is not custemer care service, it is a custmer careless service....
