1) I did payment of Rs 400/- by using online payment service of Dish TV. they are using Citibank gateway for this services. I did payment through my SBI Credit Card of Rs. 400/- on 15th April 2011 at 2.43PM, its transaction id is T10135, this payment is lost in the thirdparty gateway (Citi bank) of DISH...

Early February, I'd registered a complaint with Dish TV customer care

EVERY MONTH I AM FACING PROBLEM WHILE RECHARGING IN ASIA'S LARGEST DTH SERVICE ie DISH TV. MY VC NO IS [protected]. MY DUE RECGARGE DATE IS 22 APR 11. I HAVE RECHARGE RS 500 THROUGH NET BANKING ON 14 APR 11 TO AVOID DEACTIVATION. BUT TODAY 18 APR 11 THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED MY SERVICE. I AM SENDING SO MANY MAIL BUT NO ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN. BETTER DO NOT WATCH TV BUT DO NOT PURCHASE DISH TV. VERY POOR SERVICE....

Today on 18.04.2010, I have deposited an amount of Rs.320/- for platinum pack (Rs.325/-per month) under transaction no.94871737. I think per month should be 30 days. But in my case they informed me the next recharge due date is 15.05.2010, which was calculated 28 days. I could not understand why this things was happend with me only.

I purchased dish tv HD about one and half months ago. For the first one week after installation i didn't get any HD channels. Later they installed a part that is required for HD connection in the dish which was not installed initially. Then i got the HD channels for one week and after all HD channels are not clear. Subject: Lethargic attitude and no ownership at call center at Dish TV, dish TV channel recharge.

This complaint is on Dish TV customer care (call center). Dish TV call center is not competent enough to handle customer's sensitive issues. Their call centre boasts on minimum 2 hours TAT and maximum 24 hours TAT to address the issue and provide a resolution to the problem raised by customer. This case which I am referring...

Recent introduction of 30 HD Channels by DishTV is a huge fraud. There are only 2 Real HD Channels, Discovery HD and Nat Geo HD. The rest, including Zee TV HD, are all upconverts from SD, and at times, these channels offer even lower quality television.

DishTV is committing a huge advertising fraud be luring people in with false information. It is not worth it, unless you love Discovery and Nat Geo....

Dish tv is the most horrible DTH service in India, and CCavenue is the most unsecure online payment portal. I paid online for a connection on Thursday (7/4/2011), CCavenue has given me a receipt of the payment on Friday confirming the receipt of payment. But DISH Tv is refusing to honour it, refund my money, or give me a connection. That 24 hour delivery guarantee on their website is not being honoured . Their customer service...

At first , my sincere advice to all Indians , please avoid dish TV DTH . The way India united against corruption, in some way we should unite against the private service providers who provides even worst service than Govt agencies. At least they suppose to help the customers at the cost of what they charge us. The monopoly of dish network on DTH is just too much. it has got poorest customer care and I gurantee you will just be frustrated...

we have recharged for 900rs,but still recharge message we didn't receive and our balance is zero......so many channels what we were receiving is now removed......i think the dealers might not have recharged but he took money from us...... pls look forward for this.........
