    Address: chakraborty road, basirhat(m), n 24 parganas,west bengal, 743292 near badartala hospital

    Since the day I bought dishTV the promotional call has been started. Every day 4 to 5 times they call me on my RMN to promote, even if I block them they call from different number. Once someone called me from his personal number just after I rejected the call from company number to promote channel. It is harrasing me so much, these people call anytime if it is night if I am in the middle of a meeting, they also violate privacy by providing customer's number to their employees.
    Please look into the matter, it is getting out of hands now.

      Hi,

      I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

      Please help as I am very much frustrated

        For last 9-6 months we are not able to see some channels. Engineer comes does something and It works for some days and same complain continues. Please let me know how we can rid of this service. For example there is channel HD-Star Pravah which is not able to view. After fifteen days Yuva, Sony, Shemaroo etc. these channel will go off. We subscribed for HD Start Sport English, Hindi we can see it for couple of days and then off. Every time I need pay 200 to 250 rupees to engineer.

        I can understand if there is a hardware issue, parts should be replaced but everytime engineer visits it takes 200 rupees. do something and go. Why don't they investigate and give a permanent solution?

        One Engineer said we need to change the antenna since technology has been changed. is it ? Also told I need to pay for the same ?

        How can we proceed ? on whom I can trust ??

        This isses is registered on 17 March and esclated to Nodal Officer on 24 March 2021 but no action taken

          I recharged my dish tv on 23 march 2021 with rs 292 after calling to customer care. But after that i received a massage after 1hr to active star sports 1. Again i received same message on next day. I submitted survey regarding complaint on adding channel without my consent. But there is very poor response from dish tv and no action on my complaint. There is no meaning of survey feedback for dish tv.
          They refused for sharing any details or proof for my any request to add channel. Neither they are sharing or denied to share any action against my feedback. My VC no. is [protected]

              Hello,

              I request for STB replacement on March 21. DishTV sent technician and he took STB and promised that he will provide STB in 24 hours. Today is 27 and still not received STB. Also they closed my requests without providing any replacement. I have already given money to the technician. Today again I raised concern[protected]. And they again closed the case without connecting me.

                My VC NO IS [protected].In this connection I used to get numerous calls in the registered number which I don't want to receive. Everytime I do request them not to call me but all my requests go in vein.please take action against them.Its very much disturbing

                    But money got deducted from my bank account and still recharge status is not updated in DishTV app

                        Frequent promo calls being received from DishTV. They call from different numbers of Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata etc. I've blocked couple of their numbers but they keep calling from different numbers.
                        It is quite a harassment. I get disturbed in meetings. On Sundays too they call and disturb my sleep.
                        Please help.

                              My VC no is [protected], I recieved this message - "Your request has been processed. Your revised switch off date is04/05/2021 and total recharge amt is Rs.212 Keep your TV on for 15 min on chnl 96 for updation" on 14th March 2021 at 20:12 PM,
                              I was surprised to see this message and couldn't understand what is happening, then on 20:16 PM just after 4 minutes I received another mesage - " We have received your request and warranty for your DishTV Set Top Box will be extended by 1 Year. For further assistance, call[protected]"
                              immediately I called the customer service and discussed to which they told me that they have activated this service on receiving a call from me on 14th March 2021 at 20:14 and I talked to their executive ARIMPA. There I was clear that this is a fraud from Dish tv as I have not called them In months.
                              Spoke to thier Sr. Executive/manager Gaurav Sharma, he assured 24-48 hours to check the call recording and get back it has been more than 100 hrs now, called again today spoke to another sr.executive Sushmita Paul she again gave 24 hrs to resolve the issue.

                              I want to expose this fraud to the public, whether it is being done by the management or the employee, the truth has to come out.

                                  The company activated pack "Full On_SPL" on 11th February 2021 without informing me. I did not requested this pack and not given any call on that day. They deducted extra Rs. 278 (172 for "Full On_SPL" + 106 for "Network Capacity Fee") from my account balance with dishtv and revised the Switchoff date. Enclosing screenshot Statement downloaded from dishtv website. The amount must be refunded back.

                                        I Purchased new Android TV and Hence I asked the Dish TV folks to cancel my connection, and provide me with the refund. Also take the Dish Satellite which they have connected. They told me that there is no refund policy, nor they will take back their equipment. It's so silly. What will one person do with the satellite or the Dish TV HD recorder?
