My VC no is [protected], I recieved this message - "Your request has been processed. Your revised switch off date is04/05/2021 and total recharge amt is Rs.212 Keep your TV on for 15 min on chnl 96 for updation" on 14th March 2021 at 20:12 PM,
I was surprised to see this message and couldn't understand what is happening, then on 20:16 PM just after 4 minutes I received another mesage - " We have received your request and warranty for your DishTV Set Top Box will be extended by 1 Year. For further assistance, call[protected]"
immediately I called the customer service and discussed to which they told me that they have activated this service on receiving a call from me on 14th March 2021 at 20:14 and I talked to their executive ARIMPA. There I was clear that this is a fraud from Dish tv as I have not called them In months.
Spoke to thier Sr. Executive/manager Gaurav Sharma, he assured 24-48 hours to check the call recording and get back it has been more than 100 hrs now, called again today spoke to another sr.executive Sushmita Paul she again gave 24 hrs to resolve the issue.
I want to expose this fraud to the public, whether it is being done by the management or the employee, the truth has to come out.
