All dish operators are showing 'Calcutta News' Channel. But Dish Tv is not Showing this Channel why. We are a castomer as per think i choose my my favourite channels on Dish TV but Dish TV is not showing my personal channel.

Plz action on dish tv. They are fraud satellite TV service on Dish TV.

    On 24/01/2021 i made a payment of Rs. 592/- on my DishTV account. The account was updated few years ago with a new VC number. But i accidently made the payment on the old VC number. I have been calling customer care but with no results. My switch off date is 24/01/2021.

        I have made the payment of 700 Rs from lazy pay

        below are the details.

        Payment amount: 700.00
        Transaction id: LPTX[protected]
        Transaction Date: 17th January 2021
        Bank/ Wallet Name: Lazypay

        the payment was for DishTV and below is the response from the DishTV.

        As per our telephonic conversation on xxxxxxxx, relevant information
        regarding payment has been shared with you.

        As per our accounts team, no transaction found with provided details so
        request you to kindly get in touch with the respective recharge
        outlet/merchant for further clarification.

        Lazypay is not giving proper response to this. It's been over 3 days now and no recharge yet happened. I have done the payment from the Scanning upi from dishtv.

        One of them is lying regarding the transaction.

          Friends. I am from mumbai and writing my n my neighbour's experience, do not buy dish tv it's trap and I am suffering or rather getting my BP high because of it, I just changed it after more than one year and suffered for one year coz I had paid 2000 rs for a non refundable installation fee with set top box, its main issue is in every 20-25 days it gets some technical issue, and when u call the help desk, actually it's Gawar group (illiterate jerks) no one cares about you or your problem, they have 2 solutions every time one is refresh set top box, which does not have any effect and second one technical guy which is main money gainer business for them as it charges approx 200-300₹ per visit.and after 6-7 months their set top box will not work and again when u call those help desk jerks they would suggest to buy new one ..so this is overall trap, and most of the time there servers are down means all channels are closed ..you just sit and relax and get frustrated, and if by mistake you call help desk then same circle continues..so please stay out of this trap

            I got a recharge done on 16 January 2021 of rupees 1200 and my money got deducted from my account but DishTV says there is no recharge done i did not receive any messages from dish TV about failure or successful of the recharge and as I contacted the bank I got to know that my account was debited of rupees 1200 and the service provided is saying that dish TV has not been recharged

              I dont want AYUSHMAAN ACTIVE.
              But I can not deactivate that.

                I had done recharge of Rs. 301 from dishtv's online website on 11 Jan 2021.
                I used debit card recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using debit card. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i enter otp transaction failed. Nor I received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side. I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any?
                Please update the amount or refund it asap.

                  Respected sir,
                  I have been using Dish TV having current " VC code [protected] " since last so many years.
                  But lately I have been facing a problem of not being able to view the channels which I have subscribed from past months. As I have called the consumer care no. Several times they just appointed a agent to fix the problem which they charged RS.200 for the service but inspite of that service again we were facing the same problem. Again after the service complaint that we made, the consumer care coordinator said to upgrade the box from SD to HD which I guess was a useless solution as we upgraded the box after suggesting by your coordinator the issue is till arising and we are not able to view the channels we have subscribed to. The message box is arising showing the code 'Error code 101 channel not subscribed' for the particular channel that we have already paid for the subscription. And also your staff is kind of rude ones as they aren't at all liable to resolve my problem.
                  Our pack is of 200 and we recharged it by 301 still the problem is arising.
                  We do request you to resolve our problem as soon as possible or else I'm going to raise this dispute and file a complaint against your company.

                    I am getting non stop computer generated calls from Dish Tv everyday regarding various offers that I have no interest, it's highly annoying, I have blocked 60+ of their numbers but still they call from different number everyday. I already complaint about it on their customer care number but they took no action to stop this non-sense promotional calls.

                    I'm not a dishtv user anymore. I had switched it to another dth provider long back but still I'm getting computer generated calls everyday. I had them informed about my concern in one of the calls and they told me that i wont receive any promotional calls from dishtv anymore.                               I have been harassed by DishTv for past so many years and I am fed up of these call. I need help to put a court case against these Dishtv because I never opted in for these calls. As a senior citizen I implore to be helped because this DishTv people call me night and day after telling them thousand of times not to call me. DishTv company should be ashamed of themselves and I wish no one uses DishTv ever again. I am reachable at [protected] for addressal of my issue.

                                I have been fed up. On daily basis i get atleast 20 calls from dish tv even after telling to put my phone number on dnd. Sometimes they call me more them 3 4 times in an hour. My request is to stop this or i will complain for mental harrasment on dish tv.

                                  DishTV — getting non stop calls from dish tv
                                  Hi,

                                  I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different chennai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime

                                    My airtel DTH registration number is [protected]-001, one day i was engaged in airtel thanks app, by mistake Rs.247 value added service subscribe by me thearefor my DTH monthly rental is became Rs.600/- further tried to remove this service by me via airtel thanks app and also customer care but can not success in this matter ...so monthly rental Rs.600/- so much so please remove this value added service ...
