Dear Sir,
I am a dish tv customer for a long 10 years, but service provided me is very poor. Every month I recharge my account in due time but on every 2/3 days it is showing recharge not done. I call customer care and they switch refresh button but again in next 3 days same error is came. As advise by your technical team I also replace set up box. Now my question is that I change set up box, recharge on due time but suffering not able to see channel. Why should I call your customer care every time even after recharging my account. Please do the required and solve my problem at earliest permanently.
