Dear Sir,

As per Subject we are facing the issue past more than 3 Months even we paid annual package amount.3449/-Rs.

We are unable to see the Paid channels & Free channels, their told Alignment have to do, we arrange technician, but not yet happened still now.

We are done lot of calls & E-mails to Dish tv Customer Care, but no response.

Please arrange from Dish Tv the 3449 + Connection Fee 3000/-, then we are going for another Service Provider.

    Everyday i am getting a lot of calls from dish tv .as i am studying i cant put muy mobile in silent .they are disturbing me a lot

      My Dist TV is automatically switch off in between after 2pm onwards. Actually when it starts in morning at that it work properly but after 3 to 4 hours it switch off in every 15 minutes. Please do the needful

        I am a Senior Citizen aged 75 yrs & due to this Pandemic situation, I had Recharged my Dish TV's BHARAT COMBO PACK on on 15/9/2020 for ₹ 109/-.Again on 16/9/2020, I Recharged it with ₹ 287/-. Both these Recharges were done thru Amazon Pay.₹ 287/- BHARAT COMBO PACK was VALID till 30/10/2020.
        Due to this Pandemic Situation, my Niece, who's also a Senior Citizen, aged 62 yrs.contacted DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE (CCE), on phone number [protected] @ around 15.03 hrs & after discussing with him about the Annual Cost of BHARAT COMBO PACK along with the ANNUAL SUBSCRIBTION OF 4 CHANNELS :- ZEE, SONY, STAR & COLORS, amounting to ₹ 3291/-made the said payment thru her GPay. By the time she completed her from her mobile, the said CCE, UPDATED my uAcount & told me that, according to my this ANNUAL RECHARGE FOR 1YEAR, IF ANY SERVICING TO MY SET-TOP BOX will be done FREE OF COST. A s also MY ANNUAL RECHARGE PLAN WILL NOW EXPIRE ON 27/11/2021 incl.of one month free Subscription of my Bharat Combo Pack. I did question him that my current BHARAT COMBO PACK is expiring on 30/10/2020 so, DO I NEED TO GIVE A CALL TO YOUR CC FOR ACTIVATING MY ANNUAL BHARAT COMBO PACK? His REPLYwas "NO"! AS SOON AS YOUR PREVIOUS PLAN EXPIRES, YOUR NEWLY RECHARGED PACK FOR₹ 3291/- WILL BE ACTIVATED.
        Three days prior to the expiry of previous BHARAT COMBO PACK, I WAS CONTINUOUSLY BEING GIVEN FLASH MESSAGES ON MY TV SCREEN THAT"YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE IS LOW, RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT TO AVOID UNINTERRUPTED SERVICES."so that time onwards i.e 27/10/2020, I & MY NIECE CALLED DISH TV CC & EVERY TIME WE WERE TOLD THAT UNTIL & UNLESS YOUR PREVIOUS PLAN DOES NOT EXPIRE ( i.e upto 30/10/2020), WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE YOU THE DETAILS OF YOUR UPDATED ANNUAL PACK. On 30/10/2020 you can contact us. AS PER MY TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION TO DISH TV CCE ON 17/9/2020, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION, RATHER, I WAS SURE THAT ON 30/10/2020, MY ANNUAL RECHARGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED, BUT ALAS, ON THE NIGHTOF 30/10/2020 @ AROUND 23.04 HRS, MY DISH TV SERVICES WERE TERMINATED WITH A " DISPLAY OF 102."
        IMMEDIATELY ON 30/10/2020, I TRIED ALL DISH TV's ALL TOLL FREE NUMBERS, CC NUMBERS. I COULD HEAR THEIR PHONE RINGING. AFTER 5-6 RINGS, MY CALL USED TO GET DISCONNECTED FROM DISH TV SERVICE PROVIDER. IN THE BEGINNING THEY WERE DISCONNECTING MY CALLS BUT, SINCE I KEPT CALLING, EVENTUALLY, THEY BLOCKED MY RMN.DUE TO WHICH, I WAS UNABLE TO FORWARD SMS ALSO.
        [protected]@ AROUND 23.04 HRS, MY NIECE MADE A CALL ON DISH TV CC NUMBER - [protected]. SHE WAS TOLD TO FIRSTLY MAKE A RECHARGE OF ₹ 287/- IN ORDER TO TALK TO DISH TV CCE. TILL THEN THEY WON'T ATTEND/ANSWER OUR CALLS. MY NIECE WAS ALSO TOLD THAT OUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED FOR THE REASON - 102. AFTER MY NIECE's QUESTION TO CCE, "AS TO WHY & WITH WHAT RIGHTS, THEY "BLOCKED MY RMN", THEY "UNBLOCKED" MY RMN & ONCE AGAIN, I TOO STARTED CALLING DISH TV CC.

        HERE, I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT, THEN ONWARDS, EVERY TIME A NEW CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CCE) WOULD ATTAIN MY CALL BUT... THERE WAS ONE THING COMMON IN ALL OF THEM. "1STLY RECHARGE & ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT & ALSO, THERE's NO ANNUAL RECHARGE DONE BY YOU." & THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALLS.

        IT WAS A HIGH TIME FOR US ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC SITUATION. My Niece is an CERVICAL+LUMBAR SPONDILYTIS PATIENT. SHE'S ALSO NOT ONLY AN OSTHOARTHRITIC BUT TWO YEARS BACK SHE HAD "STROKE". ABOVE ALL, SHE HAD DONE THIS ANNUAL RECHARGE FROM HER "PENSION ACCOUNT.", so then SHE HAS "RAISED DISPUTE" WITH GPay also.

        My Niece managed to get the CONTACT DETAILS OF DISH TV NODAL OFFICER. SHE CROSS-CHECKED IT ON GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE & WE TRIED THAT LAND-LINE NUMBER - [protected] BUT...THAT NUMBER ALSO KEPT ON RINGING & OUR CALLS WERE UNATTENDED. By this time, my Niece firmly decided to hire-&-fire these DISH TV CCE in LEGAL LANGUAGE ( SHE'S A LAW STUDENT AS WELL HAS COMPLETED HER "HUMAN RIGHTS PARA-LEGAL CERTIFICATE COURSE). AS SOON AS SHE STARTED TALKING TO THESE DISH TV CCE's IN THE LANGUAGE THEY UNDERSTAND, MANY OF THEM THEN ADMITTED THAT, WE OUR ACCOUNT SHOWS THAT WE HAVE DONE AN ANNUAL RECHARGE OF ₹ 3291/- BUT, DUE TO COVID-19, THEY ALL ARE DOING "WORK FROM HOME" & DUE TO THIS THEY ARE UNABLE TO SEE OUR DETAILED ACCOUNT STATUS.

        THEY ADVISED ME TO FORWARD AN "EMAIL" TO DISH TV & ALSO ASSURED THAT, AS SOON AS MY EMAIL REACHES TO THEM THEN, WITHIN 15 MINUTES, MY ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVATED., & EACH TIME THEY PROVIDED ME WITHA WRONG EMAIL ID & I GOT THE STATUS OF EMAIL AS "FAILED". " SERVER FAILURE" etc. etc. Finally on TUESDAY, 03/11/2020, ONE OF DISH TV CCE, MR. PRAKASH (as identified/introduced by himself), I GOT DISH TV EMAIL. ID. MY NIECE, CROSS VERIFIED IT ON GOOGLE & FINALLY, I SUCCEEDED IN SENDING/FORWARDING MY EMAIL TO DISH TV.

        LAST SATURDAY, 30/10/2020 @ AROUND 23.03 HRS TILL DATE, MY SERVICES ARE "DEACTIVATED" & ABOVE ALL ON WEDNESDAY, 04/11/2020 @ AROUND 17.03, ONE OF YOUR CCE - Ms HEMANI HAD CALLED ME & QUESTIONED ME THAT "HAVE I TRANSFERRED MY ANNUAL RECHARGED AMOUNT OF ₹ 3291/- TO SOME OTHER ACCOUNT? I WAS "SHOCKED". BY THE GRACE OF GOD, I DIDN'T GET AN HEART-ATTACK. TILL THE TIME, SHE ASKED ME THIS "SILLY QUESTION", I NEVER EVER THOUGHT THAT SUCH THING (TRANSFERRING ONE's ANNUAL RECHARGETO SOME OTHER "UNKNOWN" ACCOUNT CAN TAKE PLACE.). A "RAPID FIRE" QUESTIONER TOOK PLACE BETWEEN ME & HEMANI & SHE WAS MUM. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL VERIFY MY ACCOUNT & CALL ME AFTER FIFTEEN MINUTES. IT SEEMS HER FIFTEEN MINUTES ARE NOT YET OVER.

        ACCORDINGLY I HAVE MENTIONED THIS HEMANI's CONVERSATION IN MY "REMINDER" TO DISH TV.

        TODAY, IT's ONE FULL WEEK, MY DISH TV SERVICE PROVIDER HAS DENIED ME OF MY RIGHTS THAT TOO WHEN THEY HAVE OUR ₹ 3291/- WITH WHICH THEY HAVE MADE A "SCAM" WITH TWO SENIOR CITIZENS AS WELL AS " GOOD SAMARITANS!" ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC SITUATION WHEN THERE ARE NO OTHER MEANS OF ENTERTAINMENT TO SENIOR CITIZENS, ESPECIALLY ME.

        I, HEREBY "PRAY" THAT JUSTICE BE DONE TO ME.& I BE ABLE TO WATCH MY FAVOURITE PROGRAMS, ESPCIALLY DURING THIS HIGH TIME PANDEMIC SITUATION.

          This is to inform you that I'm no longer using dishtv since past 3 years and by mistakenly did a recharge of rs.2100 on 21 oct 2020 ...
          I reached the customer care of dishtv so they told me that I have to make a minimum recharge of rs 150 again so that they can revert the total amount of rs.2100 in my account. I did the same
          It has been 14 days from then they are not giving me a proper information.
          When I call to there customer care some are saying one thing and the other is saying other.
          They are not taking my complaint seriously and not taking any action.
          I'm fed up by there behavior they are not refunding my money and also saying that they will deduct my money from my account of dishtv and than return my money but as I told you we are no longer using dishtv .I cant understand why are they doing so.

                    I have a DishTv connection at my home. I have been receiving calls from Dish Tv non stop every 20 minutes on my registered mobile number. This is mental harassment. I cannot even block the calls as they call from different number every time.

                      I have recharged my dishtv VC no [protected] on 26.10.2020 at 19:34:53pm transaction I'd CCAVENUE[protected] of amount Rs339/- through canara bank internet banking but dishtv not recharged it showed as "session expired" but my saving bank account was debited.

                        I have placed complaint on 08th Oct 2020 complaint No. 58165315 for resolving the issue with the setup box, after doing 10 - 12 follow ups a technician from dish tv services visited my location on 18th or 19th Oct 2020 and found that the set box is faulty and recommended to change the same, even aft er doing 'n' number of follow ups i didn't get a positive response nor my issue resolved. I am totally lost my patience in doing follow up with those people. Every time a new person will spoke to me and say issue will be resolved as early as possible. its been 19 days still my issue not get fixed. Hence I am requesting you place a complaint against Dish TV (DTH) services.

                          For your information, I have been facing several trouble even after recharged for long period. In every year there will be a technical problem and other thing is message for viewing card damaged, insufficient balance, bad weather etc.
                          Now, I have decieded to surrender my connection No.[protected], Registered Mobile No.[protected].
                          Therefore request you to refund my advance subscription which have been paid upto 25.12.2020, with any other refundable amount there. Also note that my connection is not working from 10.10.2020 due to some unknown reason.

                            I have subscribed the same Bouquet and recharged 3 months before with 199 per month including GST. Couple of days before i.e. 20th Oct 2020 for the same bouquet for same channels after recharge Dishtv showed 212 per Month and deducted with this price including GST. Tried to register a complaint in their portal, without message it goes back to channel selection page but not registering the complaint, tried with many times many time frame. No hike in any channels price then why this hike? and also they have a different plan like most channels for about 130 rs but when I login with my VC, they are not showing that plan. why this cheating and looting? TRAI please look at these cheaters please..

                              1.comedy active
                              2.movies active
                              3.music active
                              4.korean drama active
                              these all channels are very costly and i am totally not interested in it.
                              it is totally the violation of trai.

                                I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from on my registered mobile number which has DND activated. Many times I have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers every time.

                                  My complaint number[protected] my complaint issues tell to last month that company not solve problem and pay full month charges but channel not come and also Avery day star 12am but dish TV collected charges full day but switch off 10pm but customer lass 2 hours in television but iam telling issues but company not respond take action in dish TV

                                      I had done recharge of rs 177 on 20-OCT-2020 at 7:30 p.m. but still account is switched off. I am complaining on customer care since 20 Oct but they always says it takes 24 hrs to update. I called everyday since but I get the same response. I had raised complaint for this still no response. I had write them mail with message I had received and bank account statement but still not get any response. Request you to please look into this matter as they are not doing or trying anything to resolve issue.

                                        I am getting so many unwanted promotional calls and recharge reminder calls from Dish Tv. Even if i block from one number, next call comes from another number. This starts from morning and continue till late night. Please stop calling me for Dish Tv offers and recharge reminders. I know when to recharge my connection and if i dont, dish tv will anyways disconnect the service. So there is no need to call 100 times a day and remind it. When i am in between some urgent meetings, i get a call from unknown number and if i pick up, its from dish tv. Its so frustrating. I work late night till 5 AM and these unnecessary calls start disturbing my sleep from 8 AM onwards. Please STOP THIS!
