Hi,
I am using DishtV services and I am fed up with Dish tv IVR system or personal calling me 4-5 times everyday in spite of my phone being on DND. I have requested them not to call me unnecessarily but no one seems caring.

This is pathetic service and forces customers to churn or leave dish tv service and choose another service provider. I request you again to stop calling me unnecessary as it harasses me mentally otherwise
I would be forced to file this case to the consumer court
I would also switch Dish tv to another service provider, I am also using Tatasky and they never called in my 7 years of tenure but dish tv has called me more than 1000 times in 3-4 years.
I hope this mail will not go into the deaf ears and some action would be taken on this.

      Hi,

      I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

        I am using DishTv service from more than ten years.My VC No. is [protected].

        I am facing a lot of problems from their side in getting proper services from two or three years and now they have piled up in total and I am now totally fed up with the services provided by them.

        Listing below some of the problems faced by me on regular basis:

        1. Too too much frequent calls from DishTv customer care regarding new services ( I am so much frustrated I would have abused the executive)

        2. Frequently getting plate o[censored]nsubscribed channels even when I have paid for those channels.

        3. Continuous network problem on channels of Sony, Colors and Star sports channels.( Even after getting the troubleshooting done many times and also the help of service executive is also taken many times.)

        4. When called for help to customer care executive- either they connect after a long period of time or if connected they would hardly be able to solve the problem.

        Theses are major problems among many that I have faced with their services.

        So now I decided to stop taking services from DISHTV(the worst service provider).

        So the main point is that now I don't want their services and I want their team to give my remaining amount back as soon as possible.
        For remaining amount they can check in details with your team with the help of VC no. [protected].

        I have complained this several times through their customer care number and email I'd but getting no response from their side and facing the same problem again and again.

          I am using dishtv & in that all other channels can be viewed but sony sab hd... Sony sab & discovery science can't be seen.

          It's written that this could be due to heavy rain... But there is no rain from last 3 days in my city.

          Now they are asking extra charge to resolve this issue.

            Hello,
            I'm repeatedly getting promotional calls from dishtv on my registered mobile number. Blocking the numbers as and when i get calls, still that doesn't help as they call from multiple numbers. Sometimes i have got calls at mid night, that too with high frequency like 2-3 times per hour. I am literally scolding the people to add my name to dnd list and i get only answer is "ok sir, you won't be getting calls like this again", but i get the call from different number in another half an hour.

            Please help resolving this issue.

              I am having dish tv connection with registered no [protected] vcn no: [protected]
              I have done transaction on 23 sep from my dish app of my account for rs 1188 (Through credit card), till date the amount not reflected in my dish tv account. Regarding my concern issue, i have already mailed to dish tv customer care. I am calling to customer care since 23 sep 2020.
              Nobody reply properly regarding my issue.
              I have already fed up from dish tv service

                But unfortunately the amount has been recharged to vc number [protected]

                          On 20 sep 20 i was recharging for dish tv monthly subscription from sbi online while doing the amount deducted for rs 500 did not got in my dish tv account but my sbi account was debited transaction id :[protected]igajldmkc4. Kindly refund the same

                          Dear Sir/ Madam On 20 Sep 20 I was recharging my Dish TV  for Rs 500/-account with VC NO:[protected] same is registered with Mobile NO: [protected] ( Moutusi Bhattacharyya)The system asked for VC No which I gave correctly but unfortunately the mobile no which I gave was not registered with Dish TV ( [protected]) that  might have caused failure in Credit to my  DISH TV account . However my SBI S/B account was debited For Rs 500/-Transaction details is hereunder for your reference

                              I had recharged my package on 4 september 2020 amount 241 and after 10-15 days it’s automatically switched off and shows 102 error. Since 15 september it is switched off. Now i had complaint someone after that today is switched on so basically my switched off date is shown on 3 october 2010 but i want to extend my package date for further which i had lost. Kindly extend my switch off date.

                                    I have my DND activated since 23 Aug 2019 via registration number:[protected]. Despite that i keep getting calls from Dish TV. I have told their customer support so many times to not call me. Finally they stopped and now their automated calls keep coming.

                                    Isn't this illegal?

                                    Kindly instruct Dish TV that i want NO CALLS from their side, whether automated or by their employees.

                                      I recharged my dishtv but didn't get that pack which i recharged, talked more than 10 times with customer care from the last 2 days, but they are not solving my problem, just saying wait for 15 minutes we updated.
                                      Such a headache service.

                                      If channels are not coming, i want my refund amount.
