      I never requested to activate a few Active services. Still those packs were activated in my recharge and I was charged for it.

      It happens every month and I needed to pay extra sum of Rs. 100 or more.

      Upon requesting to customer service executives, they pretend the service to be down (due to COVID 19 !) and do not admit my complaint.

        Hi,

        I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

                      Hope you are doing well in this competitive market but your customer like me not satisfy at all due to unnecessary 40+ call from your side in a single day today itself.
                      I have recently call and talk to Mr Ravi Kristi reference no for the same is[protected].
                      I'm working man will not be able to attend unnecessary call as much (40+) in a single day which felt mentally disturbed.
                      Kindly look into the matter positively.

                        Hi my name is g. S. Dhende. My vc number is [protected] i have been receiving unlimited promotional call from dishtv from diffirent number. I am a night shift guy and this calls awake my everytime because of this i am not able to complete my sleep and as a result i become seek. Its really a harrasment by call. Yes i know my recharge is going to finish or else its finish but why you keep calling 100 time to remind me and its my wish whether i will recharge today or tomorrow why are you forcing me by calling again and again. Please help me to get rid of this calls. Even they send messeges but after that they keep calling. Because of this call someone might meet with an accident literaly i stopped my car many times to pick a call.

                            On 07/09/2020, i remitted through net banking of hdfc bank rs:1983, being the recharge amount for three months, but the channel is displaying that it will be disconnected 0n 10/09/2020 inspite of receiving the amount as recharge for three months.

                              On 7/9/20 I made payment of Rs 160 via dishtv app.
                              No recharge was done, but money was deducted. Received a "
                              "https://www.justrechargeit.com/dishtv/dtran/DTccavResponseHandler_Instant.aspx " error at the very end of a payment.
                              I do have a screenshot of the failed page and money deducted twice on 7/9/20 as i have attached.
                              I had to make a payment at that moment so i did again.
                              It was successful, but i want my ₹160 money back or a free next charge as soon as possible.
                              I am leaving this complain at evey other platform of dishtv.

                                Dishtv has charged me for all the opted-for channels and none of them are working properly.
                                Now it is a money making business that due to their set top box being faulty they are asking me to pay ₹200+gst for a technician to visit my residence to try and rectify this issue.
                                They lied further by saying that we were told that none of the items are covered under warranty, the stb itself would be ₹250+gst. The stb is their own product so why should i be made to pay for their faulty box?
                                They did not wait to charge me instantly for my connection but are making me wait to rectify this problem.
                                Kindly assist.

I am one of your oldest customers i am facing set top box problem from last 3 months till than i already paid rs. 400 after 30 days your time validity set top box stop i paid amount from 2 months and now 3rd time my set top box stop now they provided me faulty set top box your guy also told me they provide second hand set top box and they also told us pls. Change your connection to videocon because they are no.1 now meanwhile i am so disappointed because this problem is also face my brother in law name sumit gandhi his registered mobile no. Is [protected] they also your one of oldest cutomers he also paid twice for their set top box actually he recommend me to take dish tv now i want to take a serious action against you because your service is so poor below then a cable tv operator i feel so shameful to connect with you pls.                                         I have been sick of calls from dish tv. They literally call every half an hour.in a day i get 8-10 calls. Please stop these spam calls otherwise i may have to cut my connection.
