So i complain raised to dish tv customer care executive 04, 07, 2020:1140 am.

I day to day follow up till date, but no any body resolve my complain.

Hi i had done recharge on 25/7/2020 - vc no [protected] which is wrong after that i recharged in rmn [protected] that is right so pls refund my 400 rs...

I am a dish tv consumer from last june 2019. During warranty period my box damaged for 4 times. Last time dish tv provied me a set top box with a damaged viewing card for which i am unable to watch my tv properly. Every month i pay for recharge but due to dish tv's worthless hardware i can't enjoy that recharge.

I have been getting unwanted promotional / marketing call's from DISH TV on my registered mobile number. Now it's too much, it's almost 7 to 10 calls a day. Can't even block the number as it's always different number. If you are frustrating a regular customer with this unnecessary call's I would seriously consider to change my DTH operator. I have attached the screenshot with date and time mentioned of the said complaint. Please look into...

My customer id is[protected] and mobile number is *73. I ordered d2h stream set top box last week but nobody contacted me so far and i didn't receive any sms regarding this. Such a worst service. I don't need it anymore. Refund the amount.

I asked to change my address and i received mail stating it's done but that's also not updated in my account. Experiencing worst service with d2h on recent days....

I'm receiving calls continuously to recharge my dish tv account. I know whether my tv is working or not and i will recharge only if i want. But calling from spam numbers every 10 mins is crazy.

I m a dish tv customer and that was a black day when i chose dish tv as my dth provider.
I m fed up of receiving several irritational calls sometimes 10, 11 times in a day, from dish tv call centre. I have told them several times not to call me or block my no. But they dont listen.
I want these calls to stop immidiately. You guys really dont have any knowledge how much you are irritating . my mobile [protected]...

Dishtv keeps on calling for promotion about their new channels and keep disturbing. They call unlimited times in a day. They are v annoying....

There is a very weak signal always going network and when we are calling they say will send a technician which was charging the visiting charges. We can give that amount but we are facing the same problem in every three months. We cant effort every three month ₹300 every 3month although we are paying ₹600 monthly subscription. So please receive my complaint and there customers service executive not responding and giving a proper informtion...

I have on my television set and there is showing a massage of recharge by amazon pay and you should credited 100% cashback up to rs.50.
When i saw that massage i was credited my amazon pay account by rs.1000 and recharged dist tv rmn [protected] recharge was successful but cashback was not credited. I was contacted with senior officers of dish tv they told me that cashback will credited after 24 hours.

Now they says...

I am receiving non stop promotional calls from dish tv and every time they call from different number. This is mental harassment. I cant even block the every number. Some times they called me 20 times a day. This is a torture. I work in private firm. Dish tv promotional calls disturb a lot at working place.
If they don't stop calling me then i re think to continue with dish tv and switch to other d2h service.

Worst Experience with Dish Tv

I have recharged my account on 11 july 2020 with Rs.5256 pack Hindi Annual 2 yr pack But after recharging it is Showing zero channels in my dish tv account and after making several complaints technician visited our house but no solution he said that it is a package problem as it is showing zero channels.

On telephonic conversation with dish tv they are simply denying the fact for forceful activation and also telling that these vas services not activated from dish tv
So please tell me i am a dish tv user and in my dish tv account some services are subscribed forcefully and if i want to complain regarding that so...

Dear sir,

I am using dishtv connection which vc no is [protected], i was facing sbt problem many times and i have switched to another company, now i want to permanently deactivate my vc on dishtv, and they are not doing this, instead they are forcing me to deactivate the box temporary, kindly do the needful to deactivate my account on dishtv permanently.

Faced very bad experience with dishtv.
