I had made a payment of Rs. 1, 500/- from my HDFC bank account on 16th July for recharge of my DishTV connection. The amount has been debited from my account and HDFC has also confirmed this over a call.
However, DishTV states that they have not received the money and are demanding my bank account statement as proof that the money has been debited from my account and I had very clearly mentioned that I shall not share my account statement with anyone. Despite repeated mails, there is no response from DishTV till date. I had to subsequently make a second payment to recharge my connection.
I want my Rs. 1, 500/- to be returned immediately.
