My self krishan gopal chawla vc no [protected] my registered mob no. Is [protected] and address 85-b madhuban enclave lig flats madi pur new delhi 63. I am one of your oldest customers i am facing set top box problem from last 3 months till than i already paid rs. 400 after 30 days your time validity set top box stop i paid amount from 2 months and now 3rd time my set top box stop now they provided me faulty set top box your guy also told me they provide second hand set top box and they also told us pls. Change your connection to videocon because they are no.1 now meanwhile i am so disappointed because this problem is also face my brother in law name sumit gandhi his registered mobile no. Is [protected] they also your one of oldest cutomers he also paid twice for their set top box actually he recommend me to take dish tv now i want to take a serious action against you because your service is so poor below then a cable tv operator i feel so shameful to connect with you pls. Take action as soon as possible

    I have been sick of calls from dish tv. They literally call every half an hour.in a day i get 8-10 calls. Please stop these spam calls otherwise i may have to cut my connection.

      I made an annual subscription (Swagat hd odia [protected]@ rs256/) of my dish tv vc no-[protected] (P) of rs 3072/ on dt 28.08.2020 at 10.24pm. With switch off date 04.10.2021 and with offer of 30 days extra credit in my account. But latter i realized the mistake of choosing wrong package. Actually i need all the odia channels along with the hindi entertainment pack @ 212/. If possible please change my subscription what i need

      I request your authority to revert my amount so that i can resubscribe with my right package.

            I have never subscribed ayushman active channel on my dishtv but they automatically added that channel and now locked it maliciously so that i can't remove from by subscriber page. Their customer service people aftee i complained said thag they have removed it but it is still showing. I am paying for something which i don't want at all. It's like a daylight robbery.

              I am really fed up with continuous spam calls from dish TV. I have VC number registered against my mobile number.

              I have already registered for DND and dont know how they can call in such cases. I have even asked them to stop calling me each time. When I asked support why they keep calling - their customer support talked rudely

              This is really a mental harassment. I am even tired of blocking the numbers because they call from different numbers every time.

                Hi,

                I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai/bangalore land lines numbers on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times I have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers because they call from different numbers everytime

                    I get around 30 calls per day from the dishtv although I have recharged the dish on time and still the call me and even don't talk. This is so irritating. I'm either thinking to disconnect the dish or to drag them to consumer court.

                      Dear Team,
                      Despite of requested multiple times dish TV to add my no in do not disturb list as I do not want any call from dish TV but still getting multiple call about offers .The height is if I could not recharge on time they do call 7-8 times in day from different different no.Even I discussed with their seniors and they confirmed that you will not get any call from us but again after some days they starting calling.

                        Ref : DishTV VC No. [protected]

                        I had made a payment of Rs. 1, 500/- from my HDFC bank account on 16th July for recharge of my DishTV connection. The amount has been debited from my account and HDFC has also confirmed this over a call.

                        However, DishTV states that they have not received the money and are demanding my bank account statement as proof that the money has been debited from my account and I had very clearly mentioned that I shall not share my account statement with anyone. Despite repeated mails, there is no response from DishTV till date. I had to subsequently make a second payment to recharge my connection.

                        I want my Rs. 1, 500/- to be returned immediately.

                            I raised a complaint regarding the signal issue on 17th August in my dish tv VC number [protected], and technician has been booked and he suppose to visit my place to check and technician name is Sagar called me and said he is coming as I am out side and said please come later, but for two days after continuous follow up he is not responding to my calls and not visited to my house till now, and I got a message on 19th stating that my case been closed or resolved saying cable violent area(complaint number[protected]

                            Please look in to this and take prpoer action

                              I have created a new plan for my dishtv using option of make your own plan on dishtv website. I received a request number but i didn't think it will be necessary to save the request number. Now some unnecessary channels have been added to my subscription, and i feel the need to check if i have actually added the unnecessary channels or it has been added without my consent and i have been charged for them. The customer care representative was supposedly not responsible for the information regarding this because it was a request generated on website and not by calling them. I want to get the chosen subscription details corresponding to my request number as saved at the time of generating request number. So that i can confirm that dishtv adds unnecessary channels to my subscription and bills for them.

                                Getting atleast 5 calls a day from dishtv, this is absolute harrasment.

                                        My dish tv connection is active. But someone activated addons without my permission or contacting me and we lost money in account. We ask who activated those addons, while taking to the customer care representative he said that dealer had activated. But we never contacted any dealer to activate channels.

                                        Dish tv now asking again to reachage my account to activate for month 629. But actually it should be 153 only.
