    Most of the free channels have stopped suddenly without informing. After the recharge for 2 months iam not getting any malayalam news channels.

        Would like to complain you regarding my D2H service problem, I am not been able to view Bengali Channels which I am watching for years, I have contacted customer care but no one did solved my problem, none of them have enough knowledge to guide, I need my services immediately because I have already paid for it, please do solve this matter immediately and do contact at my email ID [protected]@gmail.com.

          Mera set-up box work nahi kar raha h or 4 dino se mai lgatar complaint kar rha hu lekin koi bi action nahi kiya ja rha h. Apki traf se appointed engineer bhushan singla[protected]₹ ki demand kar rha h 250 set-up box k or 200₹ service charges, vo bol rha ki main apke ghar par visit nahi kar skta apko shop par aake vox change krvana padega. Plz take a action against bhushan singla and solve my issue. Thanks.

            I am chandrakant Chitragar I want give a complaint against Dish TV, because they don't polit on there aims what they are giving promise before purchasing that promise giving best service in time. But I am not agree to Dish TV service, Dish TV service is totally worst because service request No.[protected] Dt:27/07/2020. In this service request Dish TV made changed set of Box due previous set Box got problem. dish TV taken this service resolved after two days of complaint. With service charges taken from us. without extended expiry date.
            Second complaint given on 11/08/2020 service request No.[protected] this time also same problem we are facing that is set Box problem. Service technician telling they don't available now new set of box even also stand by. Technician not sure and ensure to new set of box when will available and my issue also when will complete. After that I am spoke one Dish TV service customer care executive, called on this No.[protected]
            He also telling same answer me that service technician had told me.Dish tv really don't want to resolve my problem as soon.i am very time facing this problem. Please take seriously action on Dish TV in future no one face a problem like me.

              I never seen warst service like Dish TV provider, I am thinking rise against to case file or complaint against you in TRAI.
              Because you people if our recharge date expired immediately switch our connection, but if I rise a complaint you people take two days for resolve our problem.two days we can't watch anything because of your warst service even also you people switch off our connection at that time expires date. But you people never add our lost two days in connection expired date. Even though I am requesting you please rectify my issue as soon as possible and don't take advantage of our patience.
              And please see below details when was I raised the complaint.

                I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime...

                  Recently i have paid 750 for change my set top box during the lockdown two times.
                  Company only grab money from customers instead of provide good product.
                  I request to trai kindly make ensure that dth service providers will bear the cost of changing faulty and refurbished product.
                  They always use refurbished product instead of new.

                    I have two vc no. Different no. Is registered on both vc no. I am sales executive. Dish tv calls me again and again from different no. They do calls till the client not recieved. Some time i am driving and think this calls is very urgent. This is totally harassment. There is no dnd service because dish tv calls me different no.
                    Without intimation they process the service. This is the totally harasment. Please look this case and solve my problem

                      I have a victim of more than 6th months from getting unwanted messages and automated phonecalls from dish tv... Some time even i drive i get calls... Some time even i am in meeting i get calls... The automated computer voice says useless messages... What the problem with this company... Why are you irritating your customers like this?😢 your useless calls is making me irritated... Several times i have been said to you... What i want to watch... I will be modified by your android application... But dish tv you and your employees never understood the customers problems...

                        Many of the channels that i have subscribed and paying for have been removed without any intimation, when logged a service ticket, i have been told that due to videocon and dish merger my channels have been removed and now i have to get it realigned by paying some money.

                        Can dish stop services abruptly after taking the money? Why customers have to pay money for some business changes at large?

                        How fair is it to ask customer to pay for not their mistake?

                                      Hi,
                                      I have been getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                                      I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.
