I have on my television set and there is showing a massage of recharge by amazon pay and you should credited 100% cashback up to rs.50.
When i saw that massage i was credited my amazon pay account by rs.1000 and recharged dist tv rmn [protected] recharge was successful but cashback was not credited. I was contacted with senior officers of dish tv they told me that cashback will credited after 24 hours.

Now they says that this offer was closed at 30th june 2020

I am requesting that if this offer was closed at 30/06/2020 then why did you showing this advertisement on tv screen and creating new issues for customers when all over world is fighting against covid - 19 emergincy.

Fraud outdated offers showing Advertisement showing by Dish Tv like such as amazon pay 100% cashback up to
Rs.50 and recharge from home with upi card payment and phone pay google pay are very problematic in this Covid 19 Emergency when their income source is stopped.
please dont show fake advertisement to motivate peoples to recharge their accounts.

As per our telephonic discussion on the number [protected], it has been informed that 7 days extra offer on recharge of Rs 471 has already been credited into your DishTV account. Moreover, two offers cannot be clubbed together hence you have not received upto 50 cash back offer on Amazon pay.

    I am receiving non stop promotional calls from dish tv and every time they call from different number. This is mental harassment. I cant even block the every number. Some times they called me 20 times a day. This is a torture. I work in private firm. Dish tv promotional calls disturb a lot at working place.
    If they don't stop calling me then i re think to continue with dish tv and switch to other d2h service.
    Please help me.

        Worst Experience with Dish Tv

        I have recharged my account on 11 july 2020 with Rs.5256 pack Hindi Annual 2 yr pack But after recharging it is Showing zero channels in my dish tv account and after making several complaints technician visited our house but no solution he said that it is a package problem as it is showing zero channels.
        I have written several mails to dish tv but no response from their side
        I have called them they are asking me to keep STB ON FOR 15 mins i have did it so many times my account has been refrshed several times please update my package or else
        Please refund my amount Rs5256 and take your dish tv set top box not needed anymore worst experience in my life.

            I have checked my profile and found there are some vas services forcefully
            Activated in my account,

            On telephonic conversation with dish tv they are simply denying the fact for forceful activation and also telling that these vas services not activated from dish tv
            So please tell me i am a dish tv user and in my dish tv account some services are subscribed forcefully and if i want to complain regarding that so where i can do this.
            Also as per dish tv reply mail they are telling vas services activated on my another number [protected] which is not my registered number on dish tv since long time, my registered mobile number is [protected]
            Even i am login through this number and viewing the details also, so how can they subscribed services on my account from my another number [protected]
            That means its force ful activation, and i am asking to refund my total amount.

                Dear sir,

                I am using dishtv connection which vc no is [protected], i was facing sbt problem many times and i have switched to another company, now i want to permanently deactivate my vc on dishtv, and they are not doing this, instead they are forcing me to deactivate the box temporary, kindly do the needful to deactivate my account on dishtv permanently.

                Faced very bad experience with dishtv.

                    Channel 119 dangal is not showing in the my dishtv its removed. I don't know why sometimes dishtv removes fta channels, previously it was dd national now dangal.

                      I think dishtv is trying to fool the general public nowadays. They think that a common man doesn't understand the meaning of a setup-box so they can charge anything from them.
                      I raised a complaint with the company regarding issues with my setup box (Issues related to v. C. Card). The service operator said that the box is old and will need to be changed to the newer box and following charges will apply:
                      New setup box : rs. 250
                      Technician charges: rs. 200

                      2 days later the technician called me and said that as the box has a connected wire and new box comes with adapter, so i will need to pay rs. 320 extra for adapter.
                      I want to know is setup box is not a combination of modem and adapter. Do they charge it for new connections in a similar manner also, like that box is this much charge but we will charge extra for the adapter.
                      Even if the adapter required extra charges why was this not conveyed to me when i was registering the request. Tomorrow when technician comes he may say your wire won't work or the satellite antenna requires change, what will i do then.

                      I want to understand if the company technology changes in a year would i need to pay them again. I am seriously disappointed with how the company treats their customers.

                      I think i need to change to some other service provider if this is not resolved.

                        I am continuously getting more than 8-10 call every day from various mobile and landline numbers which is very irritating and annoying. I don't know what should i say them to stop this nonsense. It's really a mental harassment.

                          SPAM calls from DISHTV

                          Hi,

                          I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different chennai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers because they call from different numbers everytime....
