I have registered a complain regarding signal not found on 21th june 2020 having complain number[protected]. But still it is not resolved. Neither any technician contact us even after repeated follow up with customer care.
Corona virus cant be the excuse as here in my area we have unlock 1.0 so any technician can visit before 7pm.

If it is not resolved this week i am going to file a complain in consumer forum for this...

I have recharged my dishtv( 11/3/20) 2868rs phone pe app.he said that u r no recharged this that.nd told me 29/3/19 recharged 5005 one year .i have many complains nd mail.call.u r not proper answers me.i have send all recharged pictures nd complains no response for me customers care nd change by statements again to again. At last yesterday complain against consumer court.he said ur dishtv no recharged nd transfer balance anther connection....

My regd mobile [protected] and [protected] promotional calls irritated me please stop call me....

Daily iam receiving so many calls which is really irritating me. When iam in driving iam receiving back to back calls from different numbers. Kindly please stop reminder calls. I dont want single reminder also. I already gave complaints many times to customer care. If it repeats again i will stop using dishtv. Please do it asap....

I'm facing the same problem since month's, I have recharged my account for 6months but the dish tv next setup box is not working, it always shows 303error . I have been complaining about the same in the dish tv app, I have even requested for the service and call me services yet my problem haven't resolved yet....

I have done advance payment/recharge of my dish tv [protected] for subscription of channel, but we have facing 301 error while tv on and not any channel show on tv for 36 days.

I have done many complaint and ph calls to customer service but they have not response.

Please carry forward my balance for next 36 days and do not charge any amount foe those days.

My vc no ([protected]) has been recharged r/s 467/- on 12/06/2020 . Balance was added to my account and switch off date showing on the screen is 16/07/2020(please refer attached photo )
Since Yesterday night message flashing on the screen "Account balance Low " and tv is not working . We tried all customer care no but no response at all.
So i request you to do the needful asap....

Dish tv charged me for 3 month valued added services (Vas) without my permission and notification for my dish tv vc no. Is [protected].

When i call to dish tv customer care they told me that they activate the vas because they apply an offer without notification and without my permission. Total 2 vas services was added to my dish tv account on 26th march and there was no notification was given and neither they ask me. They deduct...

Three complaints regarding rf remote not resolved..
Balance deductions in name of remote, engineer visit and services.
Rude and arrogant behaviour of customer care even nodal officer mumbai failed to resolve my complaint....

I need dishtv to stop calling me every hour for promotions. This is getting serious now.
I already posted the same complaint and no response. This is literally harrasment.

Because the the free channel never visible on my dish tv when i paid for hd channel those channels are completely visible my concern is that why only free channel are not provide by dish tv when i called customer care they said there is a network issue let me tell...

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call...

I'm getting 3 - 10 calls from dish tv network everyday, and i can't stop or block it somehow....

I recharged my package of rs. 365.16 on 16/05/2020 on 9:56pm with phonepe (Transaction id - p2006162156438088858988). Recharge successful was shown in phonepe but the session expired on dishtv and i didn't get any recharge successful message. But money was deducted from my account. Kindly recharge my dishtv as early as possible or refund money....

My vc no [protected] has been recharged r/s 1200/- on 9/06/2020 at 1.20 pm. But it was not add to my account. Again r/s 500/- recharged at 4.20pm and it was added. First time recharge transaction id no is[protected]. So you are requestd please do the needfull and arrange the same amount to my acount....

In this connection it is submitted that i have deposited the rs 1002
On may 6 for family pack but same had been adjusted against the annual
Pack

After making several call to customer care of dish tv no action
Has been taken to replace the pack.
Hence it is requested to transfer...

1) it should be consumer's right that when to recharge there account, but dish tv giving 3 paid extra days without taking permission. And fees 9f 3 days deduct it from consumer's payment, although they do not want it. And also when to recharge, it should be sole right to consumer. But dishtv taking penalty of rs.25 rupees. Its a very unfavourable for customers because many wants to temporarily disable there tv to travel or something other...
