    Active services have been activated on my account and it is charging me 150 rupees without any cause.
    I tried to delete or de-activate it but there is a lock symbol and it is not getting deleted.
    Help asap

        Hi,

        I have been constantly getitng calls from your call center. Almost 4-5 calls every day. Can you please help stop these calls and remove me from your promotional calling list. Please confirm once done.

        This has been happening from the last 3-4 weeks since the lockdown was taken back.

          I am dheeraj kumar, from past month i am getting too many calls from dish tv telemarketing team for offers and subscriptions on my no. [protected]

          I am job doing person. I have very busy job profile and at that time i can work or attend calls from diah tv.

          The calls are about very annoying and idiotic things. Sometimes they activate any service without my consent and charge me heavy amount..

          Kindly please resolve my problem and stop calling me. I will be highly thankful to you.

            I had two connection one is parent and child connection. On parent basic connection was running and on child connection titanium hd pack was activated from last 6 month. Since then my recharge date was showing 4 august 2020. But day my on 23 june i call the customer care to reduce my pack on child connection to lower level by removing cartoon channel and sports channel. He told me its not possible he will remove only one set. After removing some of the channel the dish tv has deducted huge amount from my deposit and reduce recharge date to 10 july. I try to explain them that is ws mistake from there end writin n call them but nothing they took action and increased rechage date to 13 july and 100 rupess off.
            This is the last option they gave me i requested them to reset all mistake n make it to 4 august.

            Now i am using kover family hd pack and unable to see all channel.

            I want to know hy double charge is deducted from my advace rechaged

                  I am getting unstoppable spam and promotional calls from dishtv and it is like mental harassment. They call from10-15 times a days due to which i sometimes skip my important calls.                     I have registered a complain regarding signal not found on 21th june 2020 having complain number[protected]. But still it is not resolved. Neither any technician contact us even after repeated follow up with customer care.
                    Corona virus cant be the excuse as here in my area we have unlock 1.0 so any technician can visit before 7pm.

                    If it is not resolved this week i am going to file a complain in consumer forum for this kind of third class service. Later on i will replace dish tv connection with some other connection. I am really frustrated by the service provided by dish tv.

                      I have recharged my dishtv( 11/3/20) 2868rs phone pe app.he said that u r no recharged this that.nd told me 29/3/19 recharged 5005 one year .i have many complains nd mail.call.u r not proper answers me.i have send all recharged pictures nd complains no response for me customers care nd change by statements again to again. At last yesterday complain against consumer court.he said ur dishtv no recharged nd transfer balance anther connection. I have oly one connection my pho.my vsc no.[protected].                             Daily iam receiving so many calls which is really irritating me. When iam in driving iam receiving back to back calls from different numbers. Kindly please stop reminder calls. I dont want single reminder also. I already gave complaints many times to customer care. If it repeats again i will stop using dishtv. Please do it asap.

                              I'm facing the same problem since month's, I have recharged my account for 6months but the dish tv next setup box is not working, it always shows 303error . I have been complaining about the same in the dish tv app, I have even requested for the service and call me services yet my problem haven't resolved yet.

                                I have done advance payment/recharge of my dish tv [protected] for subscription of channel, but we have facing 301 error while tv on and not any channel show on tv for 36 days.

                                I have done many complaint and ph calls to customer service but they have not response.

                                Please carry forward my balance for next 36 days and do not charge any amount foe those days.

                                    My vc no ([protected]) has been recharged r/s 467/- on 12/06/2020 . Balance was added to my account and switch off date showing on the screen is 16/07/2020(please refer attached photo )
                                    Since Yesterday night message flashing on the screen "Account balance Low " and tv is not working . We tried all customer care no but no response at all.

                                      Dish tv charged me for 3 month valued added services (Vas) without my permission and notification for my dish tv vc no. Is [protected].

                                      When i call to dish tv customer care they told me that they activate the vas because they apply an offer without notification and without my permission. Total 2 vas services was added to my dish tv account on 26th march and there was no notification was given and neither they ask me. They deduct the vas charges from recharge amount. Before 3 days when i get got recharge reminder within 20 days from last recharge then i check what is wrong. Then i got they are charging me 117/- (Inducing gst) per month for 2 vas services.
                                      When i complaint against it they are giving me only 50/- like i am begging from them.

                                      This is totally cheating and fraud by dish tv and i want my full money back.

                                        Three complaints regarding rf remote not resolved..
                                        Balance deductions in name of remote, engineer visit and services.
