I did recharge on 17/05/20 to subject mentioned vsc no. With a value of rs.1479/- for 3 months subscription added with 7 days extra for long term recharge benefit.
After a day's gap, all of a sudden, i get to see that my super family bangla hd pack has changed to family hindi rg and switch off date has extended from 22nd august to 25th september.
Post that, i connect dish tv & raised a complaint. Post that, i got to see that pack has changed to actual one, but switch off date has set as 4th august, 2020 compare to actual 22nd august.
Post that many a times, i have enquired & raised my concern... One guy, by the name of nikhil, everytime reply back with an answer it will be done, allow for some time... From 19th may to today 4 th june, 15 days over, still it has not changed.
Seeking your help, so that service provider can't harass customer like us. Then can not play foul, after receiving full payment. These kind of tricks need to be stopped...

DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now sir please tell me what is this... If i am able to see HD channel without a single disturbance so why there is a problem with FREE channels only... She said it is a hardware problem you have to pay for the fixation what rubbish she said me... You can call me i believe you never had tried to call me thats why my no was not reachable only for you.. because i have raised a complaint. Against the scam which going on...
