My concern is that dish tv company is making customer fool..
Because the the free channel never visible on my dish tv when i paid for hd channel those channels are completely visible my concern is that why only free channel are not provide by dish tv when i called customer care they said there is a network issue let me tell you about my signal strength is 80+
And signal quality is 84+
And customer care executive said me singnal problem, if i have a singal problem so how i am able to watch all my hd channel without a glitch and only free channel are not visible... Listen me dish tv you are scamming us you are not providing us the free channel or dd channel just because you want customer paid you for all paid channel

As i already provided my no. To you in my complaint form let me tell you i never had a network problem in my house... My phone is always reachable 24*7, i had a word with your customer service the lady to whome i had a word she was just trying to make me fool i have told her ma'am my signal qulaity is more than 80+ and signal strength too. I have no issue with the hd channels for which i have paid. But i have only problem with the NON HD FREE 182 CHANNEL non of them are visible on my tv. She said you have call a tech he will check... And i have to paid for that technician visit, , ,
Now sir please tell me what is this... If i am able to see HD channel without a single disturbance so why there is a problem with FREE channels only... She said it is a hardware problem you have to pay for the fixation what rubbish she said me... You can call me i believe you never had tried to call me thats why my no was not reachable only for you.. because i have raised a complaint. Against the scam which going on...

    I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

        I recharged my package of rs. 365.16 on 16/05/2020 on 9:56pm with phonepe (Transaction id - p2006162156438088858988). Recharge successful was shown in phonepe but the session expired on dishtv and i didn't get any recharge successful message. But money was deducted from my account. Kindly recharge my dishtv as early as possible or refund money.

          My vc no [protected] has been recharged r/s 1200/- on 9/06/2020 at 1.20 pm. But it was not add to my account. Again r/s 500/- recharged at 4.20pm and it was added. First time recharge transaction id no is[protected]. So you are requestd please do the needfull and arrange the same amount to my acount.

                1) it should be consumer's right that when to recharge there account, but dish tv giving 3 paid extra days without taking permission. And fees 9f 3 days deduct it from consumer's payment, although they do not want it. And also when to recharge, it should be sole right to consumer. But dishtv taking penalty of rs.25 rupees. Its a very unfavourable for customers because many wants to temporarily disable there tv to travel or something other reasons. But dish tv infringing the rights of customers. So, in lockdown period tv is the sole hope for those who are at home. So that action must be taken against dish tv as early as possible.

Itni ghatiya service khahin nhi hai jitni dish tv me hai... Roj bol rahe hai ki jaldi ho jayegi pr 1 saal ho gya pr abhi tk smasya solve nhi ho payi..

                      Dish tv is fraudly activating their active services and add ons.
                      Then refuse to de-activate by saying lock-in period of 1 month.
                      They are doing this with my vc number since january.

                        I am using a dish tv connection since october 2017 but in april 20 my set top box not working properly and made a complaint about my faulty set top box on 22.04.20 and the same was changed on 23.04.20. But the change set top box also not working even a single day and i had again made a complaint. On 25.04.20 technician came and installed dish hd + instead of dish tv nxt hd+ recorder set top box. I complaint him about this but he assure me that due to lockdown shortage of set top box kindly bear with us and i will change when i get. But till date set top box was not change. Kindly take necessary action against the technician as well as the dish tv company.

                                    As i have registered complain for 301 signal not found showing in my tv on 22/05/2020 but still no one technician come to see the issue till now. Its 13 days running but problem still not resolve.

                                      Hi, This is Palash Chakraborty and VC No- [protected]. My Dish TV service is not working from last 15 days apx even after putting a compliant at customer care. One technician came home 1 week before at my home and checked the issue. He told, signal is fine, but set top box is not working and it needs to be replaced. He told me that he will inform the same to company and somebody will again come with a replacement of set top box. After that, no body came as of now. I called so many times to customer care. Few unprofessional fellow talks without any information and just saying it will be fixed very soon. Now it is became painful for us to follow up everyday with dish TV and finally no solution. I am putting my concern here to get solution. Please help.

I also paid Rs 200 yesterday to the technician who came and replaced the set top box. Please give me a permanent relief from the pain.

                                      I have never seen such bad company in service. My last compliant closed. Yesterday I again raised a compliant. More than one month, the issue is not fixed and you also stopped updated here.

                                        I did recharge on 17/05/20 to subject mentioned vsc no. With a value of rs.1479/- for 3 months subscription added with 7 days extra for long term recharge benefit.

                                        After a day's gap, all of a sudden, i get to see that my super family bangla hd pack has changed to family hindi rg and switch off date has extended from 22nd august to 25th september.

                                        Post that, i connect dish tv & raised a complaint. Post that, i got to see that pack has changed to actual one, but switch off date has set as 4th august, 2020 compare to actual 22nd august.

                                        Post that many a times, i have enquired & raised my concern... One guy, by the name of nikhil, everytime reply back with an answer it will be done, allow for some time... From 19th may to today 4 th june, 15 days over, still it has not changed.

                                        Seeking your help, so that service provider can't harass customer like us. Then can not play foul, after receiving full payment. These kind of tricks need to be stopped...
