Mene jun 2019 se dish box change karane ke liye complaint kar rha hu pr 1 saal se uper ho gya pr mera dish box abhi tk change nhi huwa. Itni ghatiya service khahin nhi hai jitni dish tv me hai... Roj bol rahe hai ki jaldi ho jayegi pr 1 saal ho gya pr abhi tk smasya solve nhi ho payi.....

Dish tv is fraudly activating their active services and add ons.
Then refuse to de-activate by saying lock-in period of 1 month.
They are doing this with my vc number since january....

Regarding the different set top box installed

I am using a dish tv connection since october 2017 but in april 20 my set top box not working properly and made a complaint about my faulty set top box on 22.04.20 and the same was changed on 23.04.20. But the change set top box also not working even a single day and i had again made a complaint. On 25.04.20 technician came and installed dish hd + instead of dish tv nxt hd+ recorder set top box. I complaint him about this but he assure me...

Hi,

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Please stop calling me immediately...

I recharged my account on **/**/**** According to which my swich off date must be on **/**/**** but i got the message that my dish tv will switch off on **/**/****.I tried many time to contact to customer care but they don't resolve my issue......

As i have registered complain for 301 signal not found showing in my tv on 22/05/2020 but still no one technician come to see the issue till now. Its 13 days running but problem still not resolve.

I have mentioned complain no.in subject line. Complain no.[protected],[protected]

Please send one technician as soon as possible and i also claim 14 days compansession.

I did recharge on 17/05/20 to subject mentioned vsc no. With a value of rs.1479/- for 3 months subscription added with 7 days extra for long term recharge benefit.

After a day's gap, all of a sudden, i get to see that my super family bangla hd pack has changed to family hindi rg and switch off date has extended from 22nd august to 25th september.

No connection

For the last 2 weeks, due to the super cyclone "amphan" occuring in kolkata, we are unable to view our dish subscription channels. We have raised a complaint but no action has been taken yet. On repeated enquiring regarding the progress of the complaint raised, the customer care executives of the dish tv are ignorant to take any actions.

We as a subscribed consumer are not getting the requested services from the dish tv service...

Payment made but not recharged

Had done the recharge 2 days back and amount debited from my account. But the account is not recharged. Transaction id is cca[protected]
Also online the status is still showing switch off date as 07/06/2020. I have recharged for 6 months.
Tried the on-line chat but it just keeps asking me to on-off the set box, wait for 15 minutes.
Also when i check the payment status with the transaction id, it says no record found....

made the recharge of 671 and it's not useable

Todayi have made the recharge of 671 rs for 3 months but unfortunately the setup box stoped working, the service boy confirmed that it’s not possible to service we need to purchase new setup box for 1500 rs and the the recharge what i made for 3 months is gone. The service executive has collected 200 rs for not doing anything...

i am not seeing my channels

Dear dishtv, from 3 days i am calling to customer care centre and telling my problem but it is not solved. My problem is that i am not seeing my channels on my tv. The signals are totally good then also the problem is occurring. Scan error 303 is coming on my tv.
I want a technician to solve this problem. As soon as possible.
Please, solve my problem as early as possible because i am facing lots of difficulties. Please.

Unable to view channels for 13 days

On 20 may 2020 connection lost bcz if storm. I hv raised a complaint. Tevhnician came after 5 days. Took money and marked problem resolved. As soon as he went found most hd channeks breaking and sone displayed blank. Again raised complaint. Called same technician, he gave false commitment to fix the issue but nxt day denied to come. After 4 days new technician came n told settop box need to be replaced and made me talk to his supervisor....
