Address: Kherdi(ashok nagar), terav road, tal.chiplun. dist.,ratnagiri

With every recharge i am forced to pay extra money. I don't want to see the ayushmaan active channels which costs rs.40 or more. Every month i am forced to pay extra for the channel i don't wanna see. Please deactivate this channels and refund me my money. Also another complaint is about every month my recharge amount get increases please tell me more about that why this is happening.

      Please note there is permanent logo being displayed on right bottom corner of my tv screen which block/ hides that part of picture.
      I request dish TV to remove their logo from my screen as I'm paying to watch channel .
      that I can be able to view complete frame of channels for I'm paying you.

          Hi,
          I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number ([protected]). Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
          I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

            Recharged ₹ 714 but did not get 7 days free. On 3 month recharge and when i am checking my monthly recharge, only ₹ 238 is showing in my account balance. But still i did not get 7 days free. Why?
            Monthly package is ₹ 238. The same rate is shown in the account balance shows on my tv, which was also called in the call received from dish tv. Now tell me if i spend money and i will not get angry if i do not get benefit.

              Hi, i am subscriber of dish tv.. And i was watching b4u channel since longer time on channel number 456. But from last 8 days channel was removed from list without any reasonn... I am very disappointed with the service of dish tv in this condition.. My id number is [protected].

                Respected sir, i want to bring to your notice that this is second time i am complaining about the same problem that channels are not broadcasted on regular basis for example no news channel except 'aaj tak' since last week, all other channels are broadcasted as per their will, it seems as if we are being reduced to a mere puppet from dish tv subscriber and will see whenever and whatever they will broadcast. It's a request to look into the matter and solve our grievances because it's a frustrating experience, the mental agony that is associated with it can't be described because again and again same problem, if they can't show such number of channels then they must clarify why do they boast of their packs, showing amazing offers, on the one hand they show startling offers and on the other they frustrate by their stubborness of not showing any channels.
                If someone has promised such no. Of channels then they must adhere to it otherwise their will be widening of trust. It's a request to look into the matter as early as possible.

                        I have been calling them for signal issues. Rather resolving it they are charging me more extra money for techinian support regularly. Earlier i have paid and they took extra money for signal setting as well their techinians are thieves who don't do the installation property so that it will stop working again and you have to call them again and to pay extra money.. It has become the habit of this company for charging unnecessary money to fill their pockets. I want to change my operator now, but when i am calling they are not responding.

                          My dish tv id [protected] and my monthly rent pack is 160.00 and today my pack 348.00 why i am surprised iam not any subscribe why my pack is convet. But till last 20 days i am so in happy to your dish tv customer care representative/service.4 times i am face problem 101 channel not subscribed but i am call to your customer care representative tell to me 15 minutes wait on tv running condition. But today am wait to 4:30 to 8:20pm my tv not any channel seen. So i am so unhappy to your dish tv customer care representative/ service so i want to solve to my problem and quick running to my channel nothing i am new set up box another company installed to my home.

                                  I did not start any new plan in myself. Customer care people started a new monthly plan in my dish tv without my permission, i want my old one whose name was (Bharat combo win back monthly) pack it back in me. Be turned on
                                  (Bharat combo win back monthly) plan i will not close dish tv set top box forever if i do not restart!
                                  I hope you do not commit such fraud. No interference will be made in my dish tv set top box without my permission.

                                  Did not solve my problem yet and I have not been contacted yet, to know the problem, understand and solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise Dish TV set top box from 1st June 2020 Will stop

                                  But Sir Family Hindi Pack, I have not activated nor sent any request to get it done, you have forcibly activated someone in my dish TV setup box, it is not my fault in this.
                                  You want the pack which was running in me from April 1, 2020 to May 15, 2020, I want the same pack to be re-activated in me, that same pack will be activated again on my Dish TV set top box account.
                                  Because I did not activate the Family Hindi Pack, you guys have forcibly activated my account, without my permission and have changed my monthly plan, please return my old monthly plan from April 1, 2020 to May 15, 2020. Walking between

                                      Dear team,

                                      Please note that, the dish tv providers use to activate unwanted costly tv channels in my dish tv account without my permission. It directly increases my monthly charge.

                                      After this when i call to dish tv customer care they say ayushmaan active locked for 30 days an not be dis-activated.

                                      They also saying that it never be activated without my permission. They are telling lie on my face.

                                      I need proof of my permission.

                                      It really feels like robbery.

                                        Unwanted promotional call received on this number by dishtv even after complaining to customer care several times, calls every hour and calls continues till 10 o'clock at night very much disturbed...

                                        I have already called customer care several times and activated DND but didn't get any resolution I even get calls after 11 night...
