Had done the recharge 2 days back and amount debited from my account. But the account is not recharged. Transaction id is cca[protected]
Also online the status is still showing switch off date as 07/06/2020. I have recharged for 6 months.
Tried the on-line chat but it just keeps asking me to on-off the set box, wait for 15 minutes.
Also when i check the payment status with the transaction id, it says no record found.

    My consumer number: [protected]. Todayi have made the recharge of 671 rs for 3 months but unfortunately the setup box stoped working, the service boy confirmed that it’s not possible to service we need to purchase new setup box for 1500 rs and the the recharge what i made for 3 months is gone. The service executive has collected 200 rs for not doing anything

      Todayi have made the recharge of 671 rs for 3 months but unfortunately the setup box stoped working, the service boy confirmed that it’s not possible to service we need to purchase new setup box for 1500 rs and the the recharge what i made for 3 months is gone.           i am not seeing my channels

          Address: Dish tv

          Dear dishtv, from 3 days i am calling to customer care centre and telling my problem but it is not solved. My problem is that i am not seeing my channels on my tv. The signals are totally good then also the problem is occurring. Scan error 303 is coming on my tv.
          I want a technician to solve this problem. As soon as possible.
          Please, solve my problem as early as possible because i am facing lots of difficulties. Please.

            On 20 may 2020 connection lost bcz if storm. I hv raised a complaint. Tevhnician came after 5 days. Took money and marked problem resolved. As soon as he went found most hd channeks breaking and sone displayed blank. Again raised complaint. Called same technician, he gave false commitment to fix the issue but nxt day denied to come. After 4 days new technician came n told settop box need to be replaced and made me talk to his supervisor. Again next day different technician was sent by that supervisor who cane and replaced tge settop box but issue is stil not resolved. On calling the supervisor, he behaved rudely stating nothing more can be done and disconnected my cal. Again raised new service request. Constant followup with customer care by phone and email but still now no resolution. Its been 13 days now. Please help.

              Greetings of the day,

              I am having vc number [protected], last year i done the recharge of rs. 3938 on 10/08/2019 as per my information switch off date is 10/08/2020 and 1 month extra but its showing that the switch off date is 01/05/2020, i talked to the customer care executive several times also they said they are not having complete information and no additional channel is added in the package. My dish tv is switched off now. They are totally fraud and getting the benefit of lock down that they are not having the complete information

                I have recharged dishtv pack for six months 26/jan/2020 but it got expired yesterday. And this is due to the activation of Ayushman active and Shorts tv active channels without my knowledge. There is no message of activation and I complained at customer care & the executive said it will deactivated today. But today when I logged in on my mobile application I found Ayushman active and Short tv are active & the value is deducting from my a/c. I haven't activated the channel & even I don't know about the channel. I complained at the customer care yesterday & the executive told that it will be deactivated within one hour. But 24 hours has passes & the channel is still active & I am paying for it. It should be deactivated immediately & I have to get refund the amount has charged for the channel from beginning.

                      I have done recharge of 600 to a wrong dish tv number [protected] through phonepe on 31st may accidentally .
                      My mobile number of phoepe account is [protected]. And the reference id of transaction is AREC[protected] .

                      Please help in getting the amount back .

                        Sir i am user of dish tv of 2 connections and every time dish tv is calling unnecessary which is mentally harrasing me even i have blocked their no but they are calling every time with another no, due to this i cant attend my official calls so you are requested please take strict action against them so that they cannot call unnecessary to anyone.                           We recharged dishtv but when i opened then recharged immediately message shown the tv screen again and again... Anytime show that the card of the box was damaged... But at some minutes automatically the channel was running... Problem was occoured

                              I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different chennai
                              Land
                              Lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number
                              With
                              Them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal.
                              Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is
                              Mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from
                              Different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday
                              N today is attached. So please stop calling i am doing this mail second time after month and again same happened start non-stop calling it make me depressed i am thinking to take help legally

                                    I logged into my account to see that I am being charged for the Ayushmaan Active since May 13 2020 even though I haven't ever subscribed to it. Now there is a 30 day lock-in period.
                                    Also I had subscribed to another VAS Movies Active which is way past the lock in period of 30 days and now I want to deactivate but there is no option on their website to deactivate and no one is picking up calls.
                                    Please deactivate both the VAS with immediate effect and refund the amount of money charged

                                      I am not getting any response/status from you regarding my complaint, when it will be attended. Since after the cyclone, i am getting error code 301, dish tv should inform the time limit, in which my complaint will be resolved, i am in dark, not to decide either to leave you or i may explore other alternative, dish tv customer care executive told me to give an email with complaint number, even today i did not get any reply. Nodal officer also same reply of no use to me. Since i have balance in my account, i have no option but to wait, but question is that how much to wait. Ultimately i have to choose other alternative seeing no hope from dish tv, such bogus customer relation & service

                                      No to able to send mail Email id you provided .You can easily get my contact number from VC No. & complaint id.Since you have no intention to resolve the problem, you will not take pain to find it out.My contact number already shared with your Nodal Officer, in email; sarbani.[protected]@dishd2h.com, .Yesterday i got a call from your service provider.The man on other side wanted to know whether i am ready fix my problem today which i agreed instantly but till now at 6 PM, no one turn down .I called the number from which i got call but he did not answer my call.Oh what a pathetic service!
