I am having vc number [protected], last year i done the recharge of rs. 3938 on 10/08/2019 as per my information switch off date is 10/08/2020 and 1 month extra but its showing that the switch off date is 01/05/2020, i talked to the customer care executive several times also they said they are not having complete information and no additional channel is added in the package. My dish tv is switched off...

I have recharged dishtv pack for six months 26/jan/2020 but it got expired yesterday. And this is due to the activation of Ayushman active and Shorts tv active channels without my knowledge. There is no message of activation and I complained at customer care & the executive said it will deactivated today. But today when I logged in on my mobile application I found Ayushman active and Short tv are active & the value is deducting from my a/c....

Har mahine me problem aati hai kabhi set up box change kabhi remote kabhi card kabhi cable tar kabhi nlt change bar bar kharcha roj problem ghar me vese hi problem hai abhi recharge karwaya fir ye problem aa gayi free change aa rahe hain paid channle nahi aa rahe channel par kabhi 102 likh kar aa raha hai kabhi 301 pareshan ho gaya hoon me paise laga laga kar...

My VC No.[protected]. Get constant promotional calls from different numbers. Please stop this immediately or else will go to court...

I have done recharge of 600 to a wrong dish tv number [protected] through phonepe on 31st may accidentally .
My mobile number of phoepe account is [protected]. And the reference id of transaction is AREC[protected] .

Please help in getting the amount back ....

Sir i am user of dish tv of 2 connections and every time dish tv is calling unnecessary which is mentally harrasing me even i have blocked their no but they are calling every time with another no, due to this i cant attend my official calls so you are requested please take strict action against them so that they cannot call unnecessary to anyone. We recharged dishtv but when i opened then recharged immediately message shown the tv screen again and again... Anytime show that the card of the box was damaged... But at some minutes automatically the channel was running... Problem was occoured...

My dishtv's vc no. Is [protected] but due to network issues the recharge of ₹1059 has-been done via airtel thanks app in other vc no. [protected]..

Toooo many calls, harrasing me any where and everywhere . I dont need ur harrasment calls spare my life . I have many other things than diah tv recharge ....

I logged into my account to see that I am being charged for the Ayushmaan Active since May 13 2020 even though I haven't ever subscribed to it. Now there is a 30 day lock-in period.
Also I had subscribed to another VAS Movies Active which is way past the lock in period of 30 days and now I want to deactivate but there is no option on their website to deactivate and no one is picking up calls.

I am not getting any response/status from you regarding my complaint, when it will be attended. Since after the cyclone, i am getting error code 301, dish tv should inform the time limit, in which my complaint will be resolved, i am in dark, not to decide either to leave you or i may explore other alternative, dish tv customer care executive told me to give an email with complaint number, even today i did not get any reply. With every recharge i am forced to pay extra money. I don't want to see the ayushmaan active channels which costs rs.40 or more. Every month i am forced to pay extra for the channel i don't wanna see. Please deactivate this channels and refund me my money. Also another complaint is about every month my recharge amount get increases please tell me more about that why this is happening....

Signal problem 301, but customer service does not solve the problem....

Please note there is permanent logo being displayed on right bottom corner of my tv screen which block/ hides that part of picture.
I request dish TV to remove their logo from my screen as I'm paying to watch channel .
that I can be able to view complete frame of channels for I'm paying you....

Hi,
I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number ([protected]). Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible. br...

Recharged ₹ 714 but did not get 7 days free. On 3 month recharge and when i am checking my monthly recharge, only ₹ 238 is showing in my account balance. But still i did not get 7 days free. Why?
Monthly package is ₹ 238. The same rate is shown in the account balance shows on my tv, which was also called in the call received from dish tv. Now tell me if i spend money and i will not get angry if i do not get benefit....

Hi, i am subscriber of dish tv.. And i was watching b4u channel since longer time on channel number 456. But from last 8 days channel was removed from list without any reasonn... I am very disappointed with the service of dish tv in this condition.. My id number is [protected].
Please do the needful and start my chanel again....
