For the last 2 weeks, due to the super cyclone "amphan" occuring in kolkata, we are unable to view our dish subscription channels. We have raised a complaint but no action has been taken yet. On repeated enquiring regarding the progress of the complaint raised, the customer care executives of the dish tv are ignorant to take any actions.
We as a subscribed consumer are not getting the requested services from the dish tv service providers. Kindly request to resolve the issues as earliest as we are unable to view our television.
