I have dish tv connect, with vnc number [protected], now i would like to change my package from tamil to titanium malayalam hd since my current subscription is expired a few months back, for that i was instructed to go online or through the mobile app to change my package, unfortunately, am a new user so i would like to register while registering as a new user when i input my vnc number it gives me an error {oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575).
Yesterday i send a msg from my mobile to update my new telephone number [protected]
Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575 still i was not able to activate
