Asper my selection Channel list is HD Telugu channels, HD Star MMA, HD star sports & HD Sony sports. 20th March 2020 all HD channels deactivated, immediately I contacted customer care people, but they did not gave proper answer. Dear sir/madam
I am trying to add my phone number [protected] when i send sms from my phone number as dishtv rmn [protected] to 57575 i get a reply back saying (You are not a zing subscriber)
Please add my phone number, so can register for add more channels and etc.

Also i was to call customer care number but no one answer.

to get my refund

I'm registered as ramwati, vc no:[protected], last payment on:11/04/2020 of rs. 258. My current plan is of rs. 245. (Which includes 7 alacarte channels, 1 add-on and bst north and dd mandatory bouqet)
I activated it 3 days ago now today is 15/04/2020 it still shows 101. Channel not subscribed also i have asked dishtv customer services for help 5-6 times. But it hasn't worked. They also said company doesn't have refund policy. Covid-19...

I recieved call from customer care they gave me a service at rate 1 rs for 28 todays . They tolled me after that if you want carry it wii charge 1.5 rs per day if don't then it will be removed
Now after 28 days i try to remove but i can able to remove it so i call customer care service to remove now they toll it can't be removed . Please help this is giving me lots of tension by mentally...

101 error in dishtv

Address:8/10/79f hanumat nagar naka faizabad

I have recharged 300rs and activated swagat hsm pack yesterday
But in my tv a message is showing on all channel "101 channel not subscribed"
I have already contacted too many times to customer care and they only refreshed my account
And am still facing the same issue from 2 days
So please either activate the channels which i paid for or refund my balance as soon as possible...

dd national not showing on my dishtv account

Hi,

I am not sure whether this platform is help to resolve the issues we register here. So far i am disappointed as i register complaint regarding dd national channel not coming on my dishtv account but no response from dishtv received yet. i have recharged my dish tv with amount of Rs. 272 after reacharge i wait 15 minutes but not able to see any channel on screen it showing Error 101 channel not subscribe i call many times to customer care they said that wait 15 minutes but still my problem not solve.
