I am Ch Sudheer, My V C No: [protected]. I am facing lot of problems in transmission. Asper my selection Channel list is HD Telugu channels, HD Star MMA, HD star sports & HD Sony sports. 20th March 2020 all HD channels deactivated, immediately I contacted customer care people, but they did not gave proper answer. Earlier also similar problem faced and complained to CEO DISH TV. Again same problem is repeating. Till date no service person...

Problem highlighted as follows ..
1. Your Product is inferior on terms of auto activation post recharge.. every time you need reminder by call but you don't forget to deduct daily rental charges .learn from Tata Sky..what your six sigma guys are doing to improve the services just come to office and do nothing to improve satisfaction level and quality standards.

2. You ask Rs. 200 for technician visit as per (Monimi )your...

I am trying to add my phone number [protected] when i send sms from my phone number as dishtv rmn [protected] to 57575 i get a reply back saying (You are not a zing subscriber)
Please add my phone number, so can register for add more channels and etc.

Also i was to call customer care number but no one answer.

I have recharged my dishtv on 16 march 2020.
At the time of recharging they have shown some of the active services namely aayush active, shorts active and rangmanch active to be free (Rs.0/-).
Then after 3 or 4 days i have got a message regarding the charge being deducted for those services collectively being 163.56 rupees.

I'm registered as ramwati, vc no:[protected], last payment on:11/04/2020 of rs. 258. My current plan is of rs. 245. (Which includes 7 alacarte channels, 1 add-on and bst north and dd mandatory bouqet)
I activated it 3 days ago now today is 15/04/2020 it still shows 101. Channel not subscribed also i have asked dishtv customer services for help 5-6 times. But it hasn't worked. They also said company doesn't have refund policy. Covid-19...

I am from dubai, uae. I did a recharge of rs 1644 today morning on april 14, 2020, from dish tv website for 6 month validity and amount also deducted (See attachment for details), but our channels are not activated yet. I sent email and chat messages...

I recieved call from customer care they gave me a service at rate 1 rs for 28 todays . They tolled me after that if you want carry it wii charge 1.5 rs per day if don't then it will be removed
Now after 28 days i try to remove but i can able to remove it so i call customer care service to remove now they toll it can't be removed . Please help this is giving me lots of tension by mentally...

I have recharged 300rs and activated swagat hsm pack yesterday
But in my tv a message is showing on all channel "101 channel not subscribed"
I have already contacted too many times to customer care and they only refreshed my account
And am still facing the same issue from 2 days
So please either activate the channels which i paid for or refund my balance as soon as possible...

I am not sure whether this platform is help to resolve the issues we register here. So far i am disappointed as i register complaint regarding dd national channel not coming on my dishtv account but no response from dishtv received yet.
