    I have 2 dishtv connection in my family at 2 different places. On 22nd april i made a request via twitter to deactivate my second account as there is nobody at that place.

    Inspite of providing exact & clear details your customer care guys messed up and instead deactivated my primary account which is at the location where all of the family members are currently.

    Please rectify this and activate my dishtv connection immediately with vc no. [protected]

    DishTV has did nothing except the usual "We've forwarded your issue to the concerned department" rhetoric. Why have you mark this issue resolved ? Its still not resolved.

    Complaint got resolved over telephone. They put me on long hold several times & finally my patience paid off. But I'll never ever forget this horrible experience. After the lockdown ends and after my current balance gets exhausted I'm gonna throw this pathetic service out of my house.

    Unable to add any paid channel. Stuck to only free channels like Doordarshan. Upon contacting them they're repeating same thing over and over that we can't do any further help and wait more for resolution.. Really fed up now.

    My complaint has still not been resolved despite several emails & numerous phone calls & social media messages. And the funny thing is that I'm still being charged everyday for the service I'm unable to avail(i.e account balance keeps deducting everyday).

    I give up for now.

    Once the lockdown ends I'm gonna register a complaint against you in consumer forum.

    Finally my complaint has now been resolved. I don't know if it is due to this forum or one of numerous other places where I had registered my complaint for the same.

    Anyway, thanks for the lesson. I'll now never ever invest large amount of money (in the form of advance recharge) for any such service.

        I have dish tv connect, with vnc number [protected], now i would like to change my package from tamil to titanium malayalam hd since my current subscription is expired a few months back, for that i was instructed to go online or through the mobile app to change my package, unfortunately, am a new user so i would like to register while registering as a new user when i input my vnc number it gives me an error {oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575).
        Yesterday i send a msg from my mobile to update my new telephone number [protected]

                As per guideline of ministry of broadcasting, all doorsarshan channels are free and some other channels are also free. So without recharge of dish TV, free channels suppose to be functional but itstead Dish TV is asking for recharge even for the free channels.

                    I am Ch Sudheer, My V C No: [protected]. I am facing lot of problems in transmission. Asper my selection Channel list is HD Telugu channels, HD Star MMA, HD star sports & HD Sony sports. 20th March 2020 all HD channels deactivated, immediately I contacted customer care people, but they did not gave proper answer. Earlier also similar problem faced and complained to CEO DISH TV. Again same problem is repeating. Till date no service person visited the site. while recharging, they are charging asper HD channel price and their transmission is SD only. Kindly help in this regard.

                      Problem highlighted as follows ..
                      1. Your Product is inferior on terms of auto activation post recharge.. every time you need reminder by call but you don't forget to deduct daily rental charges .learn from Tata Sky..what your six sigma guys are doing to improve the services just come to office and do nothing to improve satisfaction level and quality standards.

                      2. You ask Rs. 200 for technician visit as per (Monimi )your customer care executive . .She was rude and teaching me professionalism when highlighted the problem that Tv is not recieving signal .Why should I pay for signal correction, Any accessories you are changing its fine with me to pay .. why charge when I m paying daily rental for signal.

                      3. Least bothered to improve services I have been highlighting the lapse multiple times.

                      4.When ask to disconnect and give refund of the remaining amount on the account your customer care executive tell me that you can't refund money also as per your policy.

                      5. Customer care take six minute to come on the call when a customer calls.

                      6. no record of past complaints in your customer data base.
                      6.cheating on monthly subscription deduction.

                      You guys are causing harrashment to cusyomers at all level.

                      Now because of your ineffective resources and resolution what is left with customer to do other than frustration ..

                      .Don't forget that every customer is important and one dissatisfied customer talk to 10 others and one satisfied bring 6 others..ask you quality expert (Six Sigma )What a customer expectations is and how it is changing and how soon you will be out of business ..

                          I have recharged my dishtv on 16 march 2020.
                          At the time of recharging they have shown some of the active services namely aayush active, shorts active and rangmanch active to be free (Rs.0/-).
                          Then after 3 or 4 days i have got a message regarding the charge being deducted for those services collectively being 163.56 rupees.
                          When i tried to to remove those services, they have been put in under lock-in period of 30 days.
                          When i tried after 30 days i. E on 20 mar 2020, still i cant unsubscribe or remove those channels.
                          This is absolute fraud and they wont accept any complaints or wont reply when mailed the same.

                          Along with this complaint here, I have also filed it on NHC portal(national consumer helpline). I got a call from DishTV within hours (in response to the complaint on nhc portal) and I got refunded for the extra amount charged and all the 3 active services have been de-activated instantly.

                          As the country is under lock-down, DishTV worked with less man power. So the delay in resoution and it is the reason of me complaining here so that they would communicate faster. As usual they conntacted me within hours and issue has been resolved promptly. good customer service from DishTV.

                              Hello Team,

                              Below points regarding my DishTv account need immediate attention for resolution:

                              1. TOPPER active service is activated on my account without my knowledge. I already tried to remove but it is in locking period even i recharge my account then also it shows as in locking period, please remove it asap.Before recharge i already escalated here but no actions taken so far.
                              2. While recharge i have selected my pack but Star Gold is not working kindly do the needful.

                              I hope DishTv team will address/resolve my above 2 points without any further delay.

                              After sharing my registered mobile number with Customer Care team through email, my concern is partially resolved as TOPPER active service is now removed from my pack.
                              Only issue left is my Star Gold is not working as i subscribed the same while recharge my DishTv account last week. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue so we can able to watch Star Gold channel as well.

                                        I'm registered as ramwati, vc no:[protected], last payment on:11/04/2020 of rs. 258. My current plan is of rs. 245. (Which includes 7 alacarte channels, 1 add-on and bst north and dd mandatory bouqet)
                                        I activated it 3 days ago now today is 15/04/2020 it still shows 101. Channel not subscribed also i have asked dishtv customer services for help 5-6 times. But it hasn't worked. They also said company doesn't have refund policy. Covid-19 lockdown makes it more hard without any entertainment and this dishtv sercices are frustrating.
                                        Please help me get my refund atleast. That would be 245+258=rs.503
