Last week I called to customer and said my few of the channels are not coming clearly and in reply they said they are arranging engineer visit and nothing will charge for visit, and any replacement.
But engineer came and some some part of dish called as LMP for which he charged 200 and that part also not shown which was default and also not given any bill or any receipt of that LMP replacement.
Although, At the same time I called to customer care that he is charging money but nothing happened and after two days again the same problem of that particular channels arises and even worse channels are not even coming properly and when I call to call centre they says just taking query and now they are not even responding properly.
Need assistance please.

    Sir, i m existing dish tv viewing holder no - [protected] since so many years, i m enjoying the dish tv without interrupting since yesterday. My last recharge date was 12.04.20 for one month and my next recharge will on 16.05.30 as per record showing. But since today morning i got a message from dish tv that, you have low balance and recharge immediately for disconnect the channels, after getting this sms in tv, i got panic and rushed to agency and recharge the amount of 500 immediately,. Soon i recharge my dish tv, i got the message of receving as well as the date of next recharge, although, the date of recharge extended from 16.05.20, next to 16.06.20. Then i m waiting to start up the channels, but after so many hour, i did not receive the channels,. Then i send to sms reg missed call then i got call somebody from vadodara, and i explain my problem, he insist thst, you just call to dish tv call center in no[protected]. Thrn i call to this no at 10.30am, somebody receive my call and he ask me that off your set top box and restart again after 15 minutes. I was doing same things but it was not solved. Again i call to same servicing no, for my problem, again mr. Asif by name receive my calls ang again he insist that from there he was done the refresh and it will stats within 15 minutes. So, again i was waiting for starting of my dishtv. But after an hour my problem was not solved, then my patience was ask me to look after the matter seriously, then i call again to the dtsh tv call centre, again one madam receive my calls and as k me the fact about that, my set top box has been remain as a terminnatted box, then i asked her that, how could you do this, without any written request from me, he just simply ask me that, she can't do any thing reg. This, you have to place your complaint in this regards. So. I here with complaint that - 1. With having of max. Balance as on 04.05.20, why dishtv required another recharge although my dishtv recharge date will on 16.05.20. 2.. Although, i was recharged the rs.500 again on today, received the sms about this, why not my dish tv was started. 3. With out my concerned who did my set top box terminated from service with having plenty of balance to continue. Finally, sir, go through all details about this descrimination as soon as possible, so during the lockdown period, i should enjoy all channel through dishtv. Hope for early execution and result orientated action. Thanx

        In the month of march;20 while recharging of my vc no, i have put my mobile no [protected] which was connected with my old vc no [protected] is done @ rs 500 against the recharge in new vc no [protected] but later i recharged my vc no @ rs 500 but payment of old vc no is still pending
        Kindly transfer the payment @ rs 500 from old no [protected] to new vc no [protected]

              Sir/madam
              At my home i had been using dishtv from last ten years. From my registered mobile no when i recharged my dishtv the recharge money goes to vc no. [protected] which is not mine. This happened three times, i submitted all the details of these three transactions to dishtv customer care as asked by them. My vc number is [protected]. I have never faced such problem earlier from last ten years but now they are saying that my mobile number is registered with two vc numbers.
              I request them to transfer all my money from vc no.[protected] to [protected]. And i also want to know that who had registered this vc no with my registered mobile number because this issue has caused me a lot of trouble. They can check from their server and delete vc no [protected] which is not mine from my registered mobile no. I am complaining them from last fifteen days but they are ignoring me. Due to which i am feeling mental hrasment and financial loss.
              I know there is lockdown but my issue is not so big. I am also a computer engineer and know all the technicalty behind this process. This will add more mental stress to me
              Please help me and oblige.

                The toll free no.[protected] (Missed call) service provided for updating the account after depositing money is showing as 'invalid'. Kindly let me know your new number. I have transferred rs.100.00 (Online) today i. E., 01/05/2020 and giving a missed call on the above mentioned number. I am receiving the recorded message as invalid number. Please update my account and provide your new number.

                    I am from ahmedabad

                    I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different chennai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

                            101 channels not subscribed error

                            Hi,
                            I'm following up with dish tv team for error 101 channel not subscribed error. No one responded even after one week the same error is showing i am requesting for for my recharge money refund.
                            I have escalated to nodal officer also. Still the refund is not initiated. Now iam force to try for leagle actions/consumer forums to sort this out i can share chain of emails also where no response from dish tv. My 500+rs is going...

                            I recharged my dishtv account of vc number [protected] and money got deducted, i got a receipt saying recharge pending although money got deducted from my bank account.

                            I tried checking the recharge status with the transaction id they gave me but using the track recharge option, it showed no results as it said there is no such transaction id. I have paid 1730 rs from my bank account. I either need a full refund or a recharge done on the vc number given above for 3 months as mentioned on the website

                                  Hi,
                                  I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                                  I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                                    I blocked so many numbers still problem not solved.
                                    It is really horrible experience from Dish tv.
                                    Please resolve this issue.
