I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different chennai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they...

bad signal

Im a customer of dish tv since more than 6 years. All channels are running good except dd national.
Sir my complain is that i am unable to watch dd national it appears bad signal on the screen. While other dd channels are running good. Please help us

Myself Sunil Gund, Mobile No.[protected]V.C.no.[protected].since last one month they activate three active service but I called many time that I am not interested in this offer but they do not deactivated this pack Please deactivate this channel as soon as possible and please correct my next recharge date and switch off date....

101 channels not subscribed error

Hi,
I'm following up with dish tv team for error 101 channel not subscribed error. No one responded even after one week the same error is showing i am requesting for for my recharge money refund.
I have escalated to nodal officer also. Still the refund is not initiated. Now iam force to try for leagle actions/consumer forums to sort this out i can share chain of emails also where no response from dish tv. My 500+rs is going...

money deducted but recharge not done

I recharged my dishtv account of vc number [protected] and money got deducted, i got a receipt saying recharge pending although money got deducted from my bank account.

I tried checking the recharge status with the transaction id they gave me but using the track recharge option, it showed no results as it said there is no such transaction id. I have paid 1730 rs from my bank account. I either need a full refund or a recharge...

Hi,
I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

continuous call from dish tv

I am Getting 5calls/hr from dish tv.
I blocked so many numbers still problem not solved.
It is really horrible experience from Dish tv.
Please resolve this issue.
Dish tv customer care is not picking my call.

wrongly deactivated my dishtv connection

I have 2 dishtv connection in my family at 2 different places. On 22nd april i made a request via twitter to deactivate my second account as there is nobody at that place.

Inspite of providing exact & clear details your customer care guys messed up and instead deactivated my primary account which is at the location where all of the family members are currently.

Please rectify this and activate my dishtv connection...

I cant register my connection online

I have dish tv connect, with vnc number [protected], now i would like to change my package from tamil to titanium malayalam hd since my current subscription is expired a few months back, for that i was instructed to go online or through the mobile app to change my package, unfortunately, am a new user so i would like to register while registering as a new user when i input my vnc number it gives me an error {oops! Yesterday (23 April) at 12 noon I recharged my dishtv account vc no. [protected] for Rs. 371. Till now my dishtv account has not been activated. The customer care people are saying that they cannot help us due to this lockdown . So it is my request to kindly refund my money back .

As per guideline of ministry of broadcasting, all doorsarshan channels are free and some other channels are also free. So without recharge of dish TV, free channels suppose to be functional but itstead Dish TV is asking for recharge even for the free channels....
