Dear all
Just three days before means before expiry recharge validity did recharge for my account after verifying channels details from customer care as per app
8337 recharge they are offering 335 sd & hd channels but after recharging they activated only pack who offer only
249 after sending mails & call also they have not activated pack on same day. I think they listen after writing on this forum & activate that pack.

    I have recharged of rupees 275/- for family cricket pack on 12th April, 2020. Till today i.e 15th April package is not activated 101 error is displayed on screen. I called customer service many times but they are giving same reply everytime. I want my refund.

          Why I need to disclose my Bank information,

            Dear team,

            Please note that, the dish tv providers use to activate unwanted costly tv channels in my without my permission. It directly increases 20-25% of my monthly charge.

            After this when i call to dish tv customer care they say it locked for 30 days an not be dis-activated.

            They also saying that it never be activated without my permission. They are telling lie on my face.

            I need proof of my permission.

            It really feels like robbery.

              Hlo sir
              As on 5th may 2020, i'm sending a mail to dishtv regarding removal of ayushmaan active channel but they said to me that this channel is not in my subscription list.
              Than i checked my dishtv mobile app and the said channel is not in the app.
              Today 13th may 2020 they automatically without my permission active the said channel and charged rs 40/- without gst.
              I call the customer care they said i'm confirming that activation but they have no any proof regarding confirmation because i didn't confirm it.
              Pls remove tha ayushmaan active channel immediately.

                Sir i have dish tv set top box. Last one month i have problem regarding 301 signal not found error. I called dish tv customer care. He said we will provide our service provider. Service provider come next day he saw dish tv box and nothing do anything and take rs200/- charge. After that same problem found. When i called customer care she also not give sutaible answer and cancelled my call without answering me. I am completely harrised by customers care. Please take my problem seriously. Because in lock down there is no other option to entertain. My mobile no is [protected]

                    I am residing in nagpur my vc no is [protected] & i have taken connection in aug 2019.
                    Recently last month i have activated value added services, but they are not getting deactivate from my pack. I have complaint to their consumer corner, customer care also but they are not responding to it.
                    I have email them on 08.04.2020, 10.04.2020, talked to customer care representative but not reply from there end. I have emailed on 06.05.2020, today also i have emailed but they are not deactivating the active services.

                    Please deactivate the paid active service (130, 135, 356). 356 - rang manch active, 135- shorts active, 130-aayushman active the chanels are not getting deleted from dish tv app also.                         I recharge my Dish Tv during Lockdown but suddenly it show (NO ACCOUNT BALANCE) and suddenly shows (SIGNAL NOT FOUND ). I contact customer service so they told me that a technician came and charged rs. 200 for repairing it. Afterall, i repaired it 2 weeks ago and it blocks again.

                          I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc cnumber [protected]. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting regular calls. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                          I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                              I am a dishtv subscriber, and i get a lot of calls from them regarding promotions. I already had a talk with customer care executive regarding that but they didn't want to help, and changed the subject entirely to give information about a service i didn't want. I still get around 4 to 5 calls a day and sometimes even more than that.

                              I don't want to receive any call from dishtv regarding any add-on service, activation of a new channel or anything of that sort.

                                  I was having external connection only Set-top box was changed.

                                    Last week I called to customer and said my few of the channels are not coming clearly and in reply they said they are arranging engineer visit and nothing will charge for visit, and any replacement.
                                    But engineer came and some some part of dish called as LMP for which he charged 200 and that part also not shown which was default and also not given any bill or any receipt of that LMP replacement.
                                    Although, At the same time I called to customer care that he is charging money but nothing happened and after two days again the same problem of that particular channels arises and even worse channels are not even coming properly and when I call to call centre they says just taking query and now they are not even responding properly.

                                        Sir, i m existing dish tv viewing holder no - [protected] since so many years, i m enjoying the dish tv without interrupting since yesterday. My last recharge date was 12.04.20 for one month and my next recharge will on 16.05.30 as per record showing. But since today morning i got a message from dish tv that, you have low balance and recharge immediately for disconnect the channels, after getting this sms in tv, i got panic and rushed to agency and recharge the amount of 500 immediately,. Soon i recharge my dish tv, i got the message of receving as well as the date of next recharge, although, the date of recharge extended from 16.05.20, next to 16.06.20. Then i m waiting to start up the channels, but after so many hour, i did not receive the channels,. Then i send to sms reg missed call then i got call somebody from vadodara, and i explain my problem, he insist thst, you just call to dish tv call center in no[protected]. Thrn i call to this no at 10.30am, somebody receive my call and he ask me that off your set top box and restart again after 15 minutes. I was doing same things but it was not solved. Again i call to same servicing no, for my problem, again mr. Asif by name receive my calls ang again he insist that from there he was done the refresh and it will stats within 15 minutes. So, again i was waiting for starting of my dishtv. But after an hour my problem was not solved, then my patience was ask me to look after the matter seriously, then i call again to the dtsh tv call centre, again one madam receive my calls and as k me the fact about that, my set top box has been remain as a terminnatted box, then i asked her that, how could you do this, without any written request from me, he just simply ask me that, she can't do any thing reg. This, you have to place your complaint in this regards. So. I here with complaint that - 1. With having of max. Balance as on 04.05.20, why dishtv required another recharge although my dishtv recharge date will on 16.05.20. 2.. Although, i was recharged the rs.500 again on today, received the sms about this, why not my dish tv was started. 3. With out my concerned who did my set top box terminated from service with having plenty of balance to continue. Finally, sir, go through all details about this descrimination as soon as possible, so during the lockdown period, i should enjoy all channel through dishtv. Hope for early execution and result orientated action. Thanx
