I am residing in nagpur my vc no is [protected] & i have taken connection in aug 2019.
Recently last month i have activated value added services, but they are not getting deactivate from my pack. I have complaint to their consumer corner, customer care also but they are not responding to it.
I have email them on 08.04.2020, 10.04.2020, talked to customer care representative but not reply from there end. I have emailed on 06.05.2020, today also i have emailed but they are not deactivating the active services.

Please deactivate the paid active service (130, 135, 356). 356 - rang manch active, 135- shorts active, 130-aayushman active the chanels are not getting deleted from dish tv app also. I hv complaint on consumer corner also but not yet deleted till 08/05/2020. Please ask your customers care executives to call & solve the issue. Also email send 06.05.2020
