Sir i have dish tv set top box. Last one month i have problem regarding 301 signal not found error. I called dish tv customer care. He said we will provide our service provider. Service provider come next day he saw dish tv box and nothing do anything and take rs200/- charge. After that same problem found. When i called customer care she also not give sutaible answer and cancelled my call without answering me. I am completely harrised by...

We have two connections and mistakenly we have recharged to suspended account[protected] on 7th may 2020 via: d2h website and amount got deducted from my hdfc account.

I recharge my Dish Tv during Lockdown but suddenly it show (NO ACCOUNT BALANCE) and suddenly shows (SIGNAL NOT FOUND ). I contact customer service so they told me that a technician came and charged rs. 200 for repairing it. Afterall, i repaired it 2 weeks ago and it blocks again....

I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc cnumber [protected]. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting regular calls. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

Since 4 months I haven't recharge my DishTV. On 2nd May I recharge it with Rs.200 but still all channels are showing that you are not subscribed. Only free channels are in view. Please kindly solve my problem....

I am a dishtv subscriber, and i get a lot of calls from them regarding promotions. I already had a talk with customer care executive regarding that but they didn't want to help, and changed the subject entirely to give information about a service i didn't want. I was told by sales department when installing the connection I would get 1 year subscription with Free installation of Sd set top box of internal device .
I was having external connection only Set-top box was changed.
Now after 6 months they have stopped my subscription....

Please note that my vc no:[protected] online recharging is done for the amount 719/-rs on 06/05/2020, but still the bill shows pending where as from my account already the amount has been deducted. The transaction id is:[protected]. cca[protected]

At my home i had been using dishtv from last ten years. From my registered mobile no when i recharged my dishtv the recharge money goes to vc no. [protected] which is not mine. This happened three times, i submitted all the details of these three transactions to dishtv customer care as asked by them. My vc number is [protected]. I have never faced such problem earlier from last ten years but now they are saying that my mobile...

The toll free no.[protected] (Missed call) service provided for updating the account after depositing money is showing as 'invalid'. Kindly let me know your new number. I have transferred rs.100.00 (Online) today i. E., 01/05/2020 and giving a missed call on the above mentioned number. I am receiving the recorded message as invalid number. Please update my account and provide your new number....

Ayushman active has been activated on my account without my consent and after several emails they are not deactivating the same and also I need a refund for the same they have charged for the past 3 months.Appreciate quick help and response.thank you...
