Sir, i m existing dish tv viewing holder no - [protected] since so many years, i m enjoying the dish tv without interrupting since yesterday. My last recharge date was 12.04.20 for one month and my next recharge will on 16.05.30 as per record showing. But since today morning i got a message from dish tv that, you have low balance and recharge immediately for disconnect the channels, after getting this sms in tv, i got panic and rushed to agency and recharge the amount of 500 immediately,. Soon i recharge my dish tv, i got the message of receving as well as the date of next recharge, although, the date of recharge extended from 16.05.20, next to 16.06.20. Then i m waiting to start up the channels, but after so many hour, i did not receive the channels,. Then i send to sms reg missed call then i got call somebody from vadodara, and i explain my problem, he insist thst, you just call to dish tv call center in no[protected]. Thrn i call to this no at 10.30am, somebody receive my call and he ask me that off your set top box and restart again after 15 minutes. I was doing same things but it was not solved. Again i call to same servicing no, for my problem, again mr. Asif by name receive my calls ang again he insist that from there he was done the refresh and it will stats within 15 minutes. So, again i was waiting for starting of my dishtv. But after an hour my problem was not solved, then my patience was ask me to look after the matter seriously, then i call again to the dtsh tv call centre, again one madam receive my calls and as k me the fact about that, my set top box has been remain as a terminnatted box, then i asked her that, how could you do this, without any written request from me, he just simply ask me that, she can't do any thing reg. This, you have to place your complaint in this regards. So. I here with complaint that - 1. With having of max. Balance as on 04.05.20, why dishtv required another recharge although my dishtv recharge date will on 16.05.20. 2.. Although, i was recharged the rs.500 again on today, received the sms about this, why not my dish tv was started. 3. With out my concerned who did my set top box terminated from service with having plenty of balance to continue. Finally, sir, go through all details about this descrimination as soon as possible, so during the lockdown period, i should enjoy all channel through dishtv. Hope for early execution and result orientated action. Thanx
