You had recharged another account instead of my account. It was an online payment of rs. 1001. Here are the details of the transaction:

1. Correct vc no. - [protected]

2. Wrong vc no. - [protected]

3. Date - 09/04/20

4. Transaction id - vt[protected]

5. Contact no. - [protected]

I don't know that whose mistake was it-myself or your company. I had contacted the customer care but no solution was found. 3 days extra were given in which i recharged my account with rs. 502. Please solve my problem.

    I tried multiple time to deactivate Movie active channel, but when ever i am trying to do it is saying its locked even though i used it for more then a month, could you please deactivate Movie active channel

        3 channel thriller active, music active and comedy active are added to my pack but i didn't active them and don't want them.please remove them as much early as you can and correct my recharge and switch off date.

            Hello,
            My dishtv vc no [protected]
            I got a call from dishtv they said can i activate games active and i clearly denied and said no but they activated games active value added services it cost 45₹ per month i'm middle caste person and i cannot afford that, then i called and mail dishtv but they didn't answer and from app and website i'm unable to deactivate games active value added service.
            I didn't said to activate but they activated it forcefully and now i'm not able to deactivate.

                    My dishtv with the vc number is [protected] not working since 07/04/2020. I still have balance in my account and recharge done on 07/04/2020. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.

                            MHone shraddha is non availabe in dish TV, but it's free to air channel and every DTH company should have to provide this channel as per trai regulations.

                                Why is there the lock-in period for the channels or services (30 days minimum) however it is nowhere mentioned in the TRAI guidelines for such type of lock-in by any service provider. Competitively, the other service providers (Airtel / Tata Sky / D2H) are not levying such type of obstacles. That is why their customer base is greater.

                                I am consumer of DishTV for more than last ten years.
                                I am able to see all channels except DD National.
                                However, I am not able to find channel no. 193 or channel no. 4030 on my dishtv connection.
                                I tried to contact dishtv, however they are non-responsive.

                                      I am unable to view tv9 channel.
                                      Previously 1259 channel was working but now channel is not working.

                                      I am a consumer of dish tv since many years. All channels are running good except tv9 channel.
                                      My complain is that i am unable to watch tv9 channel although its part of my pack.


                                      Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.
                                      Please try to solve my problem

                                        I recharged my dishtv vc no. [protected] yesterday at about 21:01:48, my saving bank account is debited with rs 219/- but dishtv is still not recharged. Transaction no. Was not generated, it was showing some error. But transaction no.in my statement is i-ccavenue[protected]. Kindly do the needful as recharge date of this vc is over yesterday.
