I am a consumer of dish tv since many years. All channels are running good except dd national.
My complain is that i am unable to watch dd national it appears no signal on the screen. While other dd channels are running good.
Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.
Please try to solve my problem.

I am a regular user of dish tv set top box since 2010. It is always in a active status from 2010. I search the whole channel available on my set top box but it is not showing dd national channel despite of making compulsory to show the dd national to the all providers we are not able to view the channek on our tv. We request to dish tv provider to kindly look in our matter and find out a proper solution for it.

I have subcribe the super family pack under which dishtv must show the channel dd national (193) but it cheat me and showing unsubscribe channel. As i want to see the ramayana telecasting from 28. And i feel cheayed by dishtv. As dd national is a mandatory channel. But it does not showing me. And also not take my calls and resolving the problem.

A few days back DD National was not even showing on DishTV SD now its available on channel no 193 but its showing error 101 and when i tried to subscribe by giving a miss call on the provided number on the screen. I recieved the following msg
"Your request for DD National chnl cannot be processed as it is only available in MPEG4."
I think my settop box is MPEG2 but the free channels are present on both frequency so why DishTv is Not providing.

I am a consumer of DishTV services.

DD National is not coming on our TV.

It is showing that the signal is not found and the weather is bad from where the channel is telecasted.

And it is showing the same message for days.

When we tried to call the service, even then there was no good response.

My dish tv is recharged but d d national is not available. The channel is expected to be free at channel number 193. I wanted to watch ramayan and mahabharata that were supposed to be run on this channel by the government.in my pack i have d d national as one of the channels in the list. I checked in google and i see lots of complaints from different customers having same issue.

In these times of lockdown ramayana seems to be our only hope of passing quality and constructive time usage.

Sir, i m not watching any dd channels on dishtv because there are not showing in channel list of dishtv. I have complain many times to dishtv through their customer care and mail but from dishtv side, they do not give any solution of this problem. Even the customer care number is not working. Ramayan, mahabharat are favourite program of my and my other family but dishtv is not showing these programs.

I have been trying our local agent about non activation of my combo pack and subscribed channels, but he is unable to resolve the issue. He says as per web your connection are activated same is been informed by customer care number. I want to state that, inspite of activation i am not getting the channels. The message is kindly switched off your set top box and restart. I have done hundreds of time but no result. I am not even getting mandatory dd channels, which is again the policy. Senior citizen at home is missing ramayana and mahabharata.

You requested to kindly intervene and do needful.
