Dear sir/madam,

I have tried all possible ways to start dd national on dish tv, but unable to do so. This is really not accepted that we are unable to view the most wanted and india's own channel, which is all time favorite. I kindly request to start dd national immediately.

Also, requesting you to set up my dish tv after posting a channel.

Dear Sir, I did try it for several times before complaining, but it has not worked. But after complaining, DD National is started within 24 hrs. Still thanks to consumer complaints forum and dish tv team.

Dear sir i want to see ramayan going to be telecasted on dd national. I am big fan of devotional series such as ramayan and mabhabharat. But when i try to switch to channel number 193 which is provided by dishtv app for dd national it does not switch to that channel. Some other dd channels are showing but i think dish tv is not showing dd national. Please resolve this.

Sir i am a dishtv customer since last 10 years. All mendatory channels of dd are running on my dishtv except channel no 193 i. E. Dd national. I tried to contact customer care but no response. I gave missed call also on call back no but not received any call back. Now when i gave call to [protected] (To activate a channel) from my registered mobile number, i received a massage that 'cannot proceed your request as dd national is only available on mpeg4 please upgrade at only rs 999'. When theses are mendatory dd channels than what is the condition of mpeg4. I had a connection of hathaway also which is not mpeg4 and running dd national. My vc no is [protected]. Please help me sir.

Yesterday dd national hd (Channel no-4030) was coming smoothly, but today signal is fluctuating since morning. I gave a complaint about this but the problem is still continuing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Another thing is dd national sd (Channel n0-193) is coming blank. Dd national is a free channel it should come with good frequency.

This is free channel provided by govt and also your pack description showing dd national but same not active in my pack

The dd national service is showing bad weather conditions. I tried calling to the given number but it is still not starting the channel's services. I have tried every possible ways to recover the channel but it is still not showing anything. Every other dd channel is working instead of dd national. I have recharged my dishtv with the amount pf 300 rs, but after the recharge i am unable to watch any channels, i have also called to their customer cares huge number of times but they are not showing concern and hanging the call after some time, in this time of lock down television is the only source of passing the time, and we are also in distance from that, please help because we are unable to watch news also and ramayan series which has started on doordarshan.

Hello,
We are using dish tv since last 10 years. Now, we cant watch dd national and my parents are complaining that they cant watch ramayan and other tv series specially telecasted by govt.
All other operators are showing it free of cost but dish tv is not showing it at all.
Dish tv is being some of the oldest operators and there is this issue, its highly disappointing. Please make it available.

I have recharge my dish tv on 28.03.2020 through net banking mode but I received receipt transaction status pending with I'd no[protected]. But still it is not showing as recharged on my dish tv

Your request for DD National chnl cannot be processed as it is only available in MPEG4.
Plz let me explain what is this I am your regular oldest costomer still more than 18year with out stopping single day you will check in your system if you have changed any system why not update me.
If I will not see this dd national with this set up box change it with out any cost as per guidelines of tarai Or gov.
Immediately solve this issue.. I hope you will do better for oldest costomer faith...
Otherwise I will go consumers foram..
