I am reciving these channels.Dd national and other national and fta channels...vc no-[protected].help me so that i can enjoy all the channels.and rate the dish tv.i want to see ramayan .but it is not coming so.plz help me...

As government has announced that ramayan will be aired on dd national but it has been removed.it is an free channel and it is not the cricket season also. What is the benifit of such a dth which is not even providing us the free government services.please restore the services.

Then why this channel no.193 is not there in my tv... Please solve my problem and available this channel on my tv... And if it's not possible then i want to know the reason please give me reply..

Paid inr 288.00 through online mode but recharge was not successful. Money deducted from my bank account.
It has been 2 days since i have done payment still, in my dishtv account it is asking to recharge.

Please check this asap and update my account. I have tried to reach customer care many time but never connected with a customer care executive to get help. It is rediculous to see how bad their customer service is. I need this case to be responded asap.

Hello,
We are using dish tv since last 10 years. Now, we cant watch dd national and my parents are complaining that they cant watch ramayan and other tv series specially telecasted by govt.
All other operators are showing it free of cost but dish tv is not showing it at all.
Dish tv is being some of the oldest operators and there is this issue, its highly disappointing. Please make it available.

Sir i want to see ramayan going to be telecasted on dd national. I am big fan of devotional series such as ramayan and mabhabharat. But when i try to switch to channel number 193 which is provided by dishtv app for dd national it does not switch to that channel. Some other dd channels are showing but i think dish tv is not showing dd national. Please resolve this.

All dd chnnnels like dd national dd sahyadri are missing. other channels like news 18 lokmat are also missing. they are not in my guide also. i mailed to you but no reply is given.. this is very frustrating

Sir,
Govt decision to broadcast ramayana mahabharata on dd national is good and same may plz be ordered to dish tv in view of corona lockdown to help the situation.
On the larger interest of nation, plz get it done urgent plz.

Else people will start visiting other houses for watching these famous serials.
Also advise other operators of tv to telecast these on free basis.

Dd national is not coming on my dish tv connection
dish tv vc no. [protected]

As we know that it is free channel and even then it is not coming/visible on my dish Tv connection. I am paying approx. 280 Rs/per month for family pack.
I have also tried customer care, but they are not picking the phone even after waiting for approx. 1 hour.

DD Bharti is coming, but DD National channel is not coming.

I have recharged my distv vc no.[protected] the amount has been deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting on my distv account. I had done recharge through dishtv.in the didin't send any transaction id now amount has been deducted but not reflecting on my dish account. I keep calling the dishtv customer care but it's not responding worst service ever i am going to change my dishtv account this keeps happening everytime even their website or mobile app doesnot work at all. I am calling the customer care no. Since past 40 minutes now.
