My vc no -[protected]. Ive done recharge of 264 rs recently but still it is showing that channel is not subscribed, as because of covid-19 customer care help is not available, as i'm trying from last 10 days, but not getting solution from anywhere, as i've 853 dish tv account balance also, but still not working. Please give me solution for it.

Sir my complain is that I am unable to watch DD National it appears bad signal on the screen. While other DD channels are running good.
Several times I tried to contact DishTV to solve the problem but I didn't got any response.
