I have recharged my distv vc no.[protected] the amount has been deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting on my distv account. I had done recharge through dishtv.in the didin't send any transaction id now amount has been deducted but not reflecting on my dish account. I keep calling the dishtv customer care but it's not responding worst service ever i am going to change my dishtv account this keeps happening everytime even their website or mobile app doesnot work at all. I am calling the customer care no. Since past 40 minutes now.

    I've recharged my dishtv subscription online (Netbanking, SBI) on Dish Infra (dishtv.in) bearing transaction ref no.#IGAIIRAYC9 on 19/03/2020, 11.11 am for 3 months amounting Rs 867.00 but yet it has been switched off without updating my payment update. I did lodge complaint over phone but in vain.

      Sir i want to see ramayan going to be telecasted on dd national. I am big fan of devotional series such as ramayan and mabhabharat. But when i try to switch to channel number 193 which is provided by dishtv app for dd national it does not switch to that channel. Some other dd channels are showing but i think dish tv is not showing dd national. Please resolve this.

        Sir, i have recharged my dish tv upto 14 jun 2020 previously long before expiry of my package. But since 24 mar i am not getting channels and screen shows 102 error of low balance even though i have sufficient balance till mid of june. Again i recharged with 100 rupees my recharge date was extended to end of june but my problem not sorted out. I am contacting customer care but no response yet.         My name is Ali. I am using dishtv since 2013. I bought it from a different vendor so I don't have my personal RMN. I have zenega silver SD box. My VC number is [protected]. I recharged it in start of March 2022 and 3-5-2022 is its switch off date. It was working fine till 15 March 2022 but suddenly it stuck in a loop from 16 March 2022. First it shows unsubscribed channels then low balance and it is doing same now. Kindly provide me a solution for this issue as it is really frustrating that we are not able to view channels although we recharged it for 2 months.

          I recharged my dishtv on 24 march 2020 with rs.580. But when viewed the channels it shows 101 error channel not subscribed. Even i have seen my account option on tv and it shows that dishtv is recharged. Free channels are available but not the subscribed ones. Even customer care seems very busy. Please sort out the matter quickly. I know everyone is busy amid covid -19 but at least some call centre must receive the call and sort out the problem.

                            By mistakely i have done wrong recharge of my old dishtv vc no instead of my new vc no so i called your customer service and sent emails as i was told which was to be resolved within 24 hrs but here i am 55 hrs +. I do understand the situation right now but the thing is that day to day the amount is being reduced from my old vc no and my new vc no is shut down so please kindly transfer the amount as soon as possible below are the details and i have also attached a invoice file for your info.

                              Dear team,

                              On dated 24/03/20, i recharged my dish tv account number "[protected]" through their official website with idbi bank debit card. The required amount was deducted from bank account, but on the receipt under transaction status, it is still showing 'pending' and recharge isn't yet successful.
                              I refreshed the page many time and even tried calling customer care, but was not able to contact customer care executive.
                              Please help me as soon as possible. I am under house quarantine due to covid-19 outbreak and have no other means of entertainment.

                                With rs. 404 on 24th march 2020 with transaction no.[protected]. Amount has been deducted from my debit card ending 8598, but still recharge has not been done and i've got no refund from them. I am so disappointed from dishtv cuz this has happened to me twice. This is the second time dishtv has let me down. I need my refund from them or else i need my recharge done asap within 24 hours.

                                    Hi im dish tv user. I recharged wrong vc number. My vc number is [protected]. I wrongly recharged on vc number [protected]. L wrongly typed last digit wrong. I payed amount through amazon upi, i have attached receipt as proof below. It will be good if get refund or extend next recharge date. Please help with that. My regestered mobile number is [protected].

                                        We have recharged of rs250 after 3 months but not a single channel is responsing. It shows 106. Version Check.
                                        It is written that To update your STB software, plz switchboff and switch on your set top box from the main power supply.

                                        If you still face a problem, plz contact dishtv service center.

                                        Please help me and I hope it will be free.
