Dear team,
On dated 24/03/20, i recharged my dish tv account number "[protected]" through their official website with idbi bank debit card. The required amount was deducted from bank account, but on the receipt under transaction status, it is still showing 'pending' and recharge isn't yet successful.
I refreshed the page many time and even tried calling customer care, but was not able to contact customer care executive.
Please help me as soon as possible. I am under house quarantine due to covid-19 outbreak and have no other means of entertainment.
