Dish tv is continuously calling me day and night by saying new offer for you, many times I asked to stop calling me am satisfied with my pack even I have blocked many numbers of dish tv but they are calling by different numbers. It is like mental agony to me in working hours they are continuously calling they don't care for coustmer privacy. My VC no is [protected], I request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible and provide some relief from this irritating calls

    I have a dish tv connection with registered no.[protected].
    Today i. E. 23.02.2020 mid night 12.00 my above mentioned v. C number has been switch off without assigning any reason. When i login dish tv app i found some new hd channels added in my connection those connection not added by me. Dish tv service provider added such channels without my permission and deducted my amount. Today on 24.02.2020 i had called to the customer care number [protected] for three times and talk with ms. Swati, ms. Rashmita. They continued denied to refund my amount.

    What is the reason that the service provider add the channels without intimating the customer and increase the price of the channel without publishing in the news papers as well as not informed to the customer.

    You are requested to kindly take necessary action to dish tv service provider and refund my deducted amount.

    yesterday i had received a call from number [protected], on this number the executive told me that they verified my account detail and no deduction has been done by the dish tv. But i want they provide me the detail when I am opted the HD channel, Discovery and Ten Sports Channel

    We would like to inform you that Ten 3 HD was activated on 14th July 2019 through IVR on VC [protected]. Moreover,   other channels like Colors HD, SET HD, Star Plus HD, and Zee TV HD has been activated on SD to HD migration process as per system on 31st July 2019. These channels migration will be for limited subscriber-only with no price change and the same has been communicated with you through SMS on RMN.

    Now tell me that my switch of date was 16 of every month. Now my switch off date has been changed from 16 of every month to 25. Where is my difference amount. Shame on dish TV. May I request to all the viewers pls check your account because they very claver. Buy Tata sky or other DTH instead of Dish TV

        I am receiving a unwanted calls from the dish tv customer care. Even though i have mentioned i don't want any updating regrading hd channels many times, they are calling several times and distributing. I am getting the call from the number [protected].           Vas music active (3 channels) and star bharat (Total = rs.58/-) were added to my account without my permission. I did not add any of these channels and vas in any way. Please refund this money for the period of active vas and channel.

          Moreover, i am not able to delete the vas music active (3 channels) from my active pack. I would like to delete it instantly.

            Hi,
            I have been getting non-stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There is no solution even by blocking these numbers, as there are different mobile and landline numbers.
            I'm mentally harassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

              Daily i am getting three to 4 calls from dish tv, i have started dnd service, call didnt stop,.
              I had too many time talk to dish tv executive.
              But worst customer service from dish tv
              There executive are totally rude and unprofessional..10th fail. I am muslim, they start with asalam alaikum. Sir we have new channel for you, kindly activate this will help you..

                Complaint regarding non issue of receipt-the connection provided by dish tv to me was not working for a few days. A complaint was made regarding it and in response to my complaint their customer care executive suggested that a visit of technical personnel needs to be made for which rs.200/- visiting charges will have to be made and additional charges of part replaced will also have to be made by me. I agreed and their service engineer visited yesterday and replaced my set top box and charged me rs.450/-. When i asked for a receipt of rs.450/- he showed his inability as he has not been provided with receipt book and that it may reach me on mail. Now that i have not received any receipt on my email, i made a call at customer care number [protected] from my other number [protected]. Their executives told me that company does not provide any receipt as it is not the policy of the company. As per law of the land, it should be mandatory for them to issue me a receipt of rs.450/- giving a break up of service and goods provided by them to me. Their service care executives have not been able to give me a satisfactory reply to my query and also are not agreeing to send me a receipt as stated above.
                You are requested to resolve this issue as a consumer stands nowhere if a receipt is not issued by any company.

                I have checked my Dish TV account, there is no mention of any service charges on my Account details by login on to Dish TV. I dont know what you people want to show me in my February statement, you are evading my simple demand that you have sold me a set top box for Rs.250/- without giving me any option of purchasing from the open market and Rs.200/- you have taken for visiting charges of your technician. Since than, I have been asking for a Cash memo/Receipt either hard copy or online but you are evading. It seems that you are breaking Consumer Protection Act and other laws of the land because you want to shy away from after sales service or you want to evade GST. Still waiting for your positive reply by sending me a proper cash receipt/bill.

                  Sir,
                  I raise a complaint against dish tv. Company provide a technician on sunday he said your cable is damaged and cut the cable and broken the dish tv adapter. Seek i all ready to say him wire and adapter are a not damage only dish setting is not set he can't under estimate my advice and do get our job. Complaint is not resolved and get back after evening is come back and repeat their process and miss behave with me and my family. Please take a action against dish tv.

                    My dish tv channels were not coming from 10.02.2020. I raised compliant on 10.2.2020 at 4:30 PM. As per Dish TV conditions it should be resolved with in 24hrs. But even after three days also it is not resolved.
                    While calling to customer care they said that it will be resolved soon, but they are not giving proper information.

                      Hi team,

                      I called to convert hd channels to sd and copy vc. [protected] channels to [protected] vc.

                      But done incorrectly and when i checked all channels added individually with 30 day lockin.

                      Last month also i called to update but they said cant update, this month also same issue.

                      Who will pay for your choice of channel.

                      Kindly do the changes as per customer, dont make fool. Else i have to switch to another dish.

                        There are too many promotional calls from DishTV everyday from different numbers to my registered mobile number even after i had DND activated on my number.
                        They don't even listen to you i[censored] refuse for any pack or promotion they just force you to take there plan anyhow.
                        They are very good at harassing the customer mentally. They don't know the meaning of DND too.
                        Please help me if you can.

                        I raised a complaint against the promotional calls I need to get from DishTV in large no. I was totally tensed with their irresponsible behaviour but after raising the complaint I got 3-4 missed calls from the DishTV care Don't know why but after that there are no calls now till date.                               Hi,

                              I have been facing an issue with frequent restart of my hd set-top box. This happens more than 15 times most days. This has been happening since 6 months. I took Dish TV connection in March 2018.

                              I had reached out to your customer care few months back but they said that it's a problem with my TV. Today i bought a new TV and the issue is happening on my new TV as well.

                              Since i didn't face any issue during the first 16 months, i think it might be an issue caused by a software update. Anyhow please resolve it at the earliest.

                                I am getting non stop promotional calls from dish tv for my vc no [protected] even after getting my number listed in their do not call list.
                                After complaining i don't get calls for 2 weeks but after two weeks they start calling your number again for different promotional offers.
                                It's happenings every two to three weeks from last 18 months.
                                If you dont pick the phone they call you every 30 minutes.
                                I am getting mentally harrase due to this.

                                      I have dishtv connection (Vc no. [protected]) at my home, i have recharged for a year in march-2019 and it is still 2 month's subscription remaining, even i am getting 402 faulty viewing card error and 102 low account balance frequently, then for error code 102, i have to call customer care for refresh account and wait for few minutes. For error 402, i have to remove and re-insert viewing card, this is frequent practice since past few months, recently after multiple try, error 402 was not gone, i have registered a complaint to the customer care, they told me that i need to swap stb and it will charge rs. 200. Why? As it is swapped once in october and again i need to pay for their faulty hardware.
