My dish tv channels were not coming from 10.02.2020. I raised compliant on 10.2.2020 at 4:30 PM. As per Dish TV conditions it should be resolved with in 24hrs. But even after three days also it is not resolved.
While calling to customer care they said that it will be resolved soon, but they are not giving proper information....

Hi team,

I called to convert hd channels to sd and copy vc. [protected] channels to [protected] vc.

But done incorrectly and when i checked all channels added individually with 30 day lockin.

Last month also i called to update but they said cant update, this month also same issue.

Who will pay for your choice of channel.

There are too many promotional calls from DishTV everyday from different numbers to my registered mobile number even after i had DND activated on my number.
They don't even listen to you i[censored] refuse for any pack or promotion they just force you to take there plan anyhow.
They are very good at harassing the customer mentally. They don't know the meaning of DND too.
Please help me if you can.

I have been facing an issue with frequent restart of my hd set-top box. This happens more than 15 times most days. This has been happening since 6 months. I took Dish TV connection in March 2018.

I had reached out to your customer care few months back but they said that it's a problem with my TV. Today i bought a new TV and the issue is happening on my new TV as well.

I am getting non stop promotional calls from dish tv for my vc no [protected] even after getting my number listed in their do not call list.
After complaining i don't get calls for 2 weeks but after two weeks they start calling your number again for different promotional offers.
It's happenings every two to three weeks from last 18 months.
If you dont pick the phone they call you every 30 minutes.

I havegetting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I get atleast 5 calls daily. It's equivalent to mental harassment. Please take action against such stupid activities.

Free channels like doordarshan which should be there in every tv arena irrespective you pay amount of any package or not can't be denied of. This is one example, if i had paid amount of innumerable channels, it never display. There is always a page of 109 channel unsubscribed though we have paid the prior amount....

Dear Team,

I had raised an complaint one week back on January 12, 2020 due to not able to view any channel and it's showing error on screen. We are fed up with calling customer care, they committed to resolve the issue in 24 hours by sending the technician to home. But no technician came to home and issue also not yet resolved and even when we are trying to call customer care they are telling that they will arrange call back...

I am getting non-stop calling from DISH TV customer care from a Vadodara number. My VC number is [protected]. The callers are so persistent that they do not even hear what I have said and it seems they just keep reading from their script.
I have been getting almost two to three calls everyday and it is just harassment....

I want to share my worst experience with DishTV they are saying free o[censored]pdated but they excutives taking money. From 13th january 2020 dish tv stopped services and when raised an issue with them, they have said their alignment with satellite is changed and executive will come and align as per the new alignment.

Till date no executive has turned out and we are continuously calling the customer service and daily they are making excuses and...
