Hi team,

My vc number [protected]

In spite of following up with you from past one month my issue is still not resolved.

1. Before merging with d2h my dish tv was functioning well.
2. After merging my dish tv stopped working.
3. When i contacted and also sent a mail to customer care on 18/11/19 i got to know that there should be an alignment has to done to my setup box which is free of cost.
4. Then this process has carried for couple of weeks then i come to know that i have to write a mail to then only my problem will resolved.
5. So i did that also finally one day one technician will come he some thing and say your setup box and adapter has to change for which they have taken 800 rs and told me that next day my tv will function as usual.
6. Next day it start working but on every 20 or 30 min of gap it starts loading mode and it starts form channel number 96. Which i told the dealer (Manikanta music center) he promised that he will send any one today or tomorrow.
7. After couple of week i myself reached dealer place told whole story in return he told me bring your setup box we will see. I did the same.
8. He told everything is fine may be adapter is not working properly so i have changed the adapter now it will work.
9. But still the same issue is coming. Now when yesterday (23/01/20) i raised complaint again then the same dealer call up me and ask if i pay 200 rs then only he will come and check.
10. Today morning (24/01/20) he the dealer called up and said i am cancelling the ticket because you are not paying 200 rs.
Hope to see a positive resolution to continue my services further.

    My name is lalinbith a sangma, i have recharged my dishtv on 22nd jan 2020 with rs. 802 twice i. E. Total rs. 1604 on www.dishtv.in instant recharge page through my net banking and it showed succesfull on the page but did not get any confirmation message still the amount has been deducted from my account. Today is 3rd day, i have already done my complaint multiple time on dishtv customer care, they told me to wait for 24 hours but it had been more than 24 hours now and nothing had happened, neither the recharged updated nor refunded. They told me recharge on www.dushtv.in in spite i have been making recharge on the same site. I got twice deduction when contacted and checked bank statement from my account. They call instantly when recharge is about to due but when such problems occurs they tried to avoid it. They replied recharge amount did not recieve by dishtv!!! When did these amounts go then? Please resolve this issue.

      Regret to inform you that every month i'm recharging by instant recharge of vc no [protected] last month rs.600.00 on 26th december2019 ref: id igahsvqzt4 uptill now idid not get my money back then again pain on 29th december 2019 rs.600.00
      Again yesterday 22/01/2020 i recharged rs. 607.00 ref: id igahyegaz5
      My money is deducted but i couldn't get updated!
      So everymonth i'm loosing my money please help me as soon as possible
      My all above rechrged was by net banking state bank of india which ihave lost it rs.1207 in two months!

        Dear Team,

        I had raised an complaint one week back on January 12, 2020 due to not able to view any channel and it's showing error on screen. We are fed up with calling customer care, they committed to resolve the issue in 24 hours by sending the technician to home. But no technician came to home and issue also not yet resolved and even when we are trying to call customer care they are telling that they will arrange call back but we had not received any call from dish TV customer care people. Really the service of dish TV is too worst. Hope this email Will understand our situation and resolve the issue as soon as possible

          I am getting non-stop calling from DISH TV customer care from a Vadodara number. My VC number is [protected]. The callers are so persistent that they do not even hear what I have said and it seems they just keep reading from their script.
          I have been getting almost two to three calls everyday and it is just harassment.

              Hello sir/madam

              This is madhu and we have dth connection from
              Dish tv.
              From 13th january 2020 dish tv stopped services and when raised an issue with them, they have said their alignment with satellite is changed and executive will come and align as per the new alignment.

              Till date no executive has turned out and we are continuously calling the customer service and daily they are making excuses and finally told that they don’t have executives in our area to solve the issue.
              The same problem had been with us many times.

              Hence we wanted to switch to another service provider as this service provider is not giving satisfied service. The problem is dish tv is denying to refund our balance existing in the account.
              They are not providing the service and denying to refund my money. Kindly help me in resolving this.

              my dish tv properly not working . i requested customer care on [protected].on 13th january 2020 they given me compliant no-5475 till dated no one react my problem. i called so many time to customer care and tell and recorded call for legal proceeding.

                Hi,

                I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers on my registered mobile number with them which is on dnd. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.                   Hello dishtv team,

                  My monthly subscription was about to expire on 11th jan 2020.
                  I tried to recharge through app. While recharging, i saw an ad if i recharge for rs.8, 376 i will get 335 plus sd & hd channels for 24 months.
                  I find it attractive offer. I called the ivr number couple of times just to confirm if i will get both english and hindi channels to watch with the said package.
                  I was ack that i will be subscribed for both english & hindi channels for all genres.
                  Hence, i went ahead and locked the package, paid the amount rs. 8, 376.

                  After paying the amount, i don't see any english (Sd or hd) channels in the list. I was disappointed.
                  I called the ivr to complaint this. I was told this was only for hindi and cricket. Which i am not interested in.

                  When i asked for the refund as i am not interested with the given channels subscription, your associate is saying, it is non-refundable amount as i subscribed to a package. I will take this to consumer court if i am not refunded with my amount or given all the english & hindi channels.

                  This is a bad experience for me from dishtv like comapny.

                  I do recharge of 699 under offer of 7 day free that time it gives me sweetch off date 24/04/2020 but on date 17/01/2020 I Got Message in that message the give me new sweetch off date which is 14/04/2020 when i investigate about that they give reason off addition of new channel which i wnot selected

                    I have recharge with package given amount 305(250+gst) for amonth but dish tv charging 450 huge margin i have all details in dish tv app it clearly shows 250+gst but they dont want to understand please take it as possible as they do as this earlier also refund my money and loss they charge as earlier many time i did complain it but no response they charge 450 instead of 305 and also harrased as not providing channels very bad service dish tv

                        I have recharged my dish acc for 3months. But it was showing no account balance. Hence i approached customer care several times, dropped mail to nodal officer, all said i will recv a call back in next one hour, since morning 9.40am... But still now there is no call i recvd. I'm really frustrated because of this service. A complete day i was spending time in call with dish customer care and infront of tv.

                          I have 2 dish tv co nnection vc [protected] and [protected]
                          I have taken connection of dish smart hub
                          Recently on one of my tv. I was told that my subscribtion of 847/- will remain the same. But when i took the connection my subscribtion raised to 900/-. And i was also told that i will be getting all hd channels free for a month.. After sending emails and taking to their customer care for 4 days. They said you will get your promised rate 847/- but you won't be getting hd channels. If you want hd channels added your subscribtion will rise for 1 month because you are on a particular plan i had to accept whatever they wanted me to do i did not take take any hd channels which i was suppose to get for free and i got 847/- rate. Now all of a sudden my subscribtion rose to 863/-. I was told i will be paying 847/- every month. They are increasing the subscribtion when ever they want and then calling me and telling me to remove channels if i want me in lower rate.
                          I request trai to look into the matter because dish tv is harassing customers like this.

Broadcasters have discontinued the offer and hence old prices have been restored. The revised complete 1-month recharge amount is Rs.864 per month, including GST and the switch-off date is 10/Feb/2020.

                              Dear sir, my dish tv vc no is [protected] and i'm the customer of this since last 10 years. I registered complaint on dish tv on 5 th jan, for channels not available and said that it will solve within 24 hours.. From that i'm calling to customer care every day nearly 3 to 4 times.. And saying that sorry for delay will solve in next 24 hours.. Sir it was nearly 200 hours and the problem remaing the same... Getting irritation to call customer care.. Plz take necessary action regarding this.. Tq

                              Sir sorry to being rude but it should be my choice to recharge my dish tv. So stop calling me for recharge everyday. I can't even block you guys because you are calling me everytime with different numbers. Stop harassing me guys otherwise I have to take some legal step.I am sending you my call logs with this. See how difficult to handle these things. Plzz stop it

                                I have received a call fro. Dish tv on 9th jan 2020 at 12:21 pm, telling me that i have a offer, the topper channel (No :133) is free for me for 1st month as i am a valuable customer. Then from 2nd month it will be chargeable. Initially i said no.. But he insist me to take that channel as free. Then i agree. After sometime i received a sms that it is activated and the amount has been increased to 70rs and the end date get reduced.

                                I called again to raise a complain and deactivate the channel but they are saying that this channel has 1 month lock period. After telling this they agree to deactivate.

                                O want to raise complain against the person who called me and give me wrong information to activate the channel.

It's so disturbing, and i can't even block them because they use to call with different number every time they call which so so frustrating.                                     I have some issue in dish tv service that my opted channels are not working from 2 and half months and i gave compliant to dish tv on december 24 2019, and i have talked to dish tv customer care perons 5 times, and they simply say ' sorry for inconvenience and our technical team will approach you in one day and rectify your problem' but the fact is they didnt come yet, its been 15 days from registering my compliant, and i tried to contact dish tv dth supervisor, but every time i call he/ she is super busy and never lifted my call, and once i waited up to 10 minutes in phone line to talk to supervisor but i cant contact, so please take some action on dish tv management and rectify my problem, and please let me know about my compliant status

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am subash chander and am attached with dish tv for tv viewing. I have selected various channels out of the list and there is no problems with the channels other than channel number 602. I have complained to dish tv on customer care many times. The executives sitting at dish tv customer care are telling that a technician has to be arranged to re-tune this channel. They too told that this is a paid service and the subscriber has to pay for it. My contention is that for so many years i am paying to the dish tv for this channel. More so dish tv is deducting @ rs 19/- per month from my account for this particular channel every month. As such the technician services are supposed to be provided by the dish tv and not the customer. May request the trai to instruct dish tv to retune the channel at its own cost

                                        I have subscribed for super family hd pack. But there are few channels which are not working, like star gold hd, sony max2, star sports first etc. For star sports first there is a message on screen that i have not subcribed the channel. I have talked to the customer care and they are insisting me to request a technician from them for which i'll be charged. And the point is that why will i pay for a technician if i have already paid for the subcribed pack. Kindly help.
