I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers on my registered mobile number with them which is on dnd. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. My monthly subscription was about to expire on 11th jan 2020.
I tried to recharge through app. While recharging, i saw an ad if i recharge for rs.8, 376 i will get 335 plus sd & hd channels for 24 months.
I find it attractive offer. I called the ivr number couple of times just to confirm if i will get both english and hindi channels to watch with the said package.

I have recharge with package given amount 305(250+gst) for amonth but dish tv charging 450 huge margin i have all details in dish tv app it clearly shows 250+gst but they dont want to understand please take it as possible as they do as this earlier also refund my money and loss they charge as earlier many time i did complain it but no response they charge 450 instead of 305 and also harrased as not providing channels very bad service dish...

Dear sir, i am fed up with the customer care service of dish tv. I have contacted them for 15 times no necessary repair has been taken care. The executives saying that i will receive call back and i have waited for the calls twice and no single response from the call even i have waited for 10 minutes. My issue was not resolved and i am unhappy with the service...

I have recharged my dish acc for 3months. But it was showing no account balance. Hence i approached customer care several times, dropped mail to nodal officer, all said i will recv a call back in next one hour, since morning 9.40am... But still now there is no call i recvd. I don't have dishtv connection but i keep getting massages from dishtv. They constantly calling me for new offer as i said i don't have dishtv connection. They are sending massages like ' your plan is about to expire, please recharge it'. Also i keep getting annoying calls for promotional massages from dishtv which is irritating.
Please unlink my mobile number from dishtv....

Dear sir, my dish tv vc no is [protected] and i'm the customer of this since last 10 years. I registered complaint on dish tv on 5 th jan, for channels not available and said that it will solve within 24 hours.. From that i'm calling to customer care every day nearly 3 to 4 times.. And saying that sorry for delay will solve in next 24 hours.. Sir it was nearly 200 hours and the problem remaing the same... Getting irritation to call customer...

I have received a call fro. Dish tv on 9th jan 2020 at 12:21 pm, telling me that i have a offer, the topper channel (No :133) is free for me for 1st month as i am a valuable customer. Then from 2nd month it will be chargeable. Initially i said no.. But he insist me to take that channel as free. Then i agree. After sometime i received a sms that it is activated and the amount has been increased to 70rs and the end date get reduced....

I am getting so much of calls from dishtv regarding promotional offers. I just don't want that to continue. It's so disturbing, and i can't even block them because they use to call with different number every time they call which so so frustrating. If i wish to know about your any offer i can visit your website. So please stop calling me again again....

My last payment against dish tv was on nov 30, 2018 for an amount of rs. 1812 against offer "pay 12 months get 60days free". Pack name - joy pack; add on - sampoorna malayalam (Rs.110+51)/ month. Switch off date is[protected] as per their auto mail confirming the receipt of payment which is correct. But since last 2 weeks, i am receiving automated reminder mails& calls for renewing my subscription against the vc no. 0152xxxx449....

I made online payment of 500/- on 29th dec 2019 to dishtv through their dishtv web link and 500/- got deducted from my hdfc account but dishtv sytem shows that session expired and not updated in their system. This is the problem to viewing channels still last 20.12.2019 but we complaint given 21.12.2019 but still today on words 26.12.2019customer care services was not responding my issue. Please take action immediately, solve my issue as soon as possible speed.
