I want to unsubscribe from my all in one active pack but i am not being able to do so. My subscriber number is [protected]. Process the same at the earliest. I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe from the pack but i am not being able to do so. I had subscribed to the same on 10th of november, 2019. It is almost 2 months since that date. I am fed up with this kind of pathetic service.

    Hi,
    My last payment against dish tv was on nov 30, 2018 for an amount of rs. 1812 against offer "pay 12 months get 60days free". Pack name - joy pack; add on - sampoorna malayalam (Rs.110+51)/ month. Switch off date is[protected] as per their auto mail confirming the receipt of payment which is correct. But since last 2 weeks, i am receiving automated reminder mails& calls for renewing my subscription against the vc no. 0152xxxx449. I have already explained to the calling staffs and they don't want to listen. I have also send mail to nodal officers 2 days ago and there is no response. And they have already disconnected since from morning its showing no signal or bad signal.

    I had complained on NOV 29TH, but today while checking its showing as resolved, but its still NOT resolved

    Dear Team,

    I had personally talked to the service guy before he changed the LNB and after he changed. He said now all the channels linked with Videocon satellite and hence need to change position and install new LNB, while I told him that issue or complaint I have is not related to channels; its regarding the offer package according to which I should get 2 months free subsrciption; after installing new LNB, he told us that everything is fine and working, only you need to recharge your card before you get to view the channels; also to pay for LNB replacement(Rs. 250/-). Then again I reminded him what I had mentioned earlier; I need that pending "2 months" free subscription which was mentioned when I had recharged last year. He then said it’s not within his control and he cannot do anything; he then fixed everything as it was initially and left. I told him to report my complaint to his line manager.
    My account got de-activated on Nov 29, 2019 while actual expiry date was Feb 20, 2020. My request is simple, I need that 2 months free subscription which was promised when I made payment last year(NOV 30, 2018); details already attached in my first complaint mail, attaching again.

    If everything is correct, then why switch off date is 25/JAN/2020 instead of 20/FEB/2020 as per my bill(already attached above, pls have a look inside); and why I am not able to view anything after 29/NOV/2019(exact 1yr from date of billing)??? Even if we go by your date(25/JAN/2020), why I am not able to view anything from 29/NOV/2019???
    Please I need a solution to this asap; there are kids in the house and I have been patiently waiting to get your final response but things don't seem to change...

    And, pls explain what is this "waiver for service issue has been provided". which service issue and what waiver provided?? As i already mentioned, your technician came, told that LNB needs to be changed, but it is NOT YET changed, cause after changing also we were not able to view anything. So, he again re-installed the old LNB and left...So, what is this waiver???

    Pls let me have you final response; My complaint is that I have not received the "2 months free subscription over 12months pymt that I did".

      My registered number is [protected] in dishtv. I made online payment of 500/- on 29th dec 2019 to dishtv through their dishtv web link and 500/- got deducted from my hdfc account but dishtv sytem shows that session expired and not updated in their system. I made complain customercare with all evidences & bank account statement snap shot but they replied that due to their system problem, payment couldn't success. Now today again i made payment of 500/- but again same problem happened like transaction didn't success due to their system failure. On my screen, it's showing that your dishtv is just about to switch off shortly. It's very ridiculous that with this poor dishtv network how to proceed further.

          I m having dish tv connection no. [protected].
          Today i checked my account and found that the channel movies active is active for which rs.70 is being charged since june. I complained of this to the customer service and was told that this has been activated through call request. Then my call was transferred to the senior supervisor and i was told that this has been activated through website. However, none of the two have been done by my side. I asked to refund my money ; money has been refunded but only for one month and the agent denied to refund the rest. Kindly refund the rest of the amount as soon as possible.

          I mistakenly added some useless addon packs
          But now i can't remove them.
          I wanted to add only titanium hd pack but mistakenly some more addon pack got added. Now when i try to remove that. It shows that your request is submitted but nothing happens. All useless addon packs are still there, which i don't want.Please help me

            This is the problem to viewing channels still last 20.12.2019 but we complaint given 21.12.2019 but still today on words 26.12.2019customer care services was not responding my issue. Please take action immediately, solve my issue as soon as possible speed.
            Superviser was too busy all the time may be i call more than 50 times last i complaint date to.. but he will not talk to me one time also... Please respond my this issue. Other wise u will put to complaint file in consumer court.

              I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers & Mobile Number for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

                    Dish tv ka toll free no h [protected] koi problem hoti h to apne service operator se call karein pr call hi nhi lagta, or sms se call request kare to, aaj request ka sms send karte h to agle din call aata h, iska reason ye h ki dish tv valo ne apna side business (Dandda) chala rakha h,
                    Inka dusra no h [protected] is no pe call charge lagta h. Toll free no allow karein.

                      Dear concerned persons,
                      My complaint is against dish tv. My vc no is [protected] and registered no. Is [protected]. I have recharge on 23rd november 2019 of rs 489. Cut off date is 24 december 2019. Due to some connection issue i have lodge a compalint on 8 th december 2019 and the dish tv technician came and correct it and took the payment of around rs 300 on same day. On 10th the tv is switched off and giving messages that you need to recharge it. Your balance is finished. I called there and they said your balance got over as they have deducted the amount of the technician service and visit. We managed to make them understand that the technician took the amount from us. We called them for for about more then 40 time spoke to around more then 50 + executive of dish tv but they did not solve the problem. Everytime we spoke to them for about more then 40 min since last 11 days and everytime they just gave a same answer that your complaint is registered and will be sort our in 24 hrs.
                      We also managed to provide the no of the technician and also had a conference call to b/w us /technician and the dish tv executive. On that also the technician clear that he too the mony against the complaint so refund the money and start the dish tv but same answer the thye complaint is registered and will be sort out in 24 hrs. But no actvivate till today.
                      On 21st we got a call from the dish tv that they they will refund the amount but only if we recharge the connection by minimum. Rs 100 only. We did it by rs 200. Also received a thank you and a confirmation msg from dish tv for the payment we did. And got a call too that it will be activated in 1 hr. After 4 hrs we called them and said that it is still not activated they said you did not recharge the amount. Again we spoke to them for about 1 hrs then got a same ans that it will be done in 24 hrs. And till today 23 rd midnight december 2019 it is not activated. The dish tv people lied to us since last 14 days. They have stolen my acc money as well as my recharge amt. And not giving me the proper solution of it.
                      I have all the most of the call recordings of it. The technician no., his call recording too.
                      Till today morning it was not activated and our amount is not refunded in my acc.
                      So i request to the concerned authority to take the strict disciplinary action against them. And their executives.

                      Their lies to me regarding the complaint as well as they have stolen my aount from my dish tv acc. As well as not refunding. Also deactivate my acc since last 12 days

                        Hi,
                        I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 10 to 15 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                        I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                              I was using dishtv from last 5 years and meanwhile i changed setupbox many times too. However this time i noticed that after i did 3 months recharge very same week setup box gets hanged after 15 20 min. But after restarting it works again for 15-20 min. So i complained dishtv. Their man came and without opening setupbox he said this needs to be changed. I asked him what is the issue with my setup box. As a technical person i can understand if thers some short-circuit it may be damaged but there's nothing as such, still dishtv wants to replace that box with new one with extra charges. As they know that i have already paid for 3 months. This kind of cheating is done by dishtv.

                                I have been receiving calls from dish tv for some promotion related to their plans. I have said no every time, but i am still getting calls every 20 minutes or so. Worst thing is that most of the time there is no voice from their side and its just a blank call and hang up after 40 seconds. If there is someone speaking, then as soon as i start complaining, it goes on mute again from there side and then no response, until i disconnect the call. This is harassment. Blocked many numbers, but every time they are calling from a different number. Always i have been distributed by this calls when i am working because of these calls i am not able to receive important calls from my clients please put my contact number in dnd asap

                                      I have recharged my dishtv account with rs 1536 on 5th december 2019 via their website through debit card my amount is deducted but the recharge was not done. I am calling customer care from the past 4 days each time they tell me to call after 24 hours. My subscription is switched off by dishtv despite me paying 6 months money in advance. Again i have recharged today my account with 256 rs this time too the money is deducted and the dishtv subscription is not recharged. I request the concerned authorities to resolve my issue asap.
