I had personally talked to the service guy before he changed the LNB and after he changed. He said now all the channels linked with Videocon satellite and hence need to change position and install new LNB, while I told him that issue or complaint I have is not related to channels; its regarding the offer package according to which I should get 2 months free subsrciption; after installing new LNB, he told us that everything is fine and working, only you need to recharge your card before you get to view the channels; also to pay for LNB replacement(Rs. 250/-). Then again I reminded him what I had mentioned earlier; I need that pending "2 months" free subscription which was mentioned when I had recharged last year. He then said it’s not within his control and he cannot do anything; he then fixed everything as it was initially and left. I told him to report my complaint to his line manager.
My account got de-activated on Nov 29, 2019 while actual expiry date was Feb 20, 2020. My request is simple, I need that 2 months free subscription which was promised when I made payment last year(NOV 30, 2018); details already attached in my first complaint mail, attaching again.

If everything is correct, then why switch off date is 25/JAN/2020 instead of 20/FEB/2020 as per my bill(already attached above, pls have a look inside); and why I am not able to view anything after 29/NOV/2019(exact 1yr from date of billing)??? Even if we go by your date(25/JAN/2020), why I am not able to view anything from 29/NOV/2019???
Please I need a solution to this asap; there are kids in the house and I have been patiently waiting to get your final response but things don't seem to change...
And, pls explain what is this "waiver for service issue has been provided". which service issue and what waiver provided?? As i already mentioned, your technician came, told that LNB needs to be changed, but it is NOT YET changed, cause after changing also we were not able to view anything. So, he again re-installed the old LNB and left...So, what is this waiver???
Pls let me have you final response; My complaint is that I have not received the "2 months free subscription over 12months pymt that I did".
