Dish tv is taking extra charges. I have recharge for a month, before a month in 20 day it is showing a message your tv is going to switch off within 2 or 3 day. If i have recharge on 1st day of months it will show the message on 20th day. If i have recharge then it will not consider this 10 days. Again same problem after 20 day it will show the same message. Means they are taking extra charges for 10days per month.

    I have been getting continuous promotional phone calls from DishTV inspite of telling them a number of times to not call. I have even got more than 20 calls in a single day. This is clearly mental harassment and being an advocate by profession, if this does not stop soon, I will have to resort to legal remedies. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and make it stop.

        1) the recharge of my dish tv has ended on 31st october since then i am getting at least 10 calls per day for recharge of my dish tv.
        2) at the start of the dish tv they 10 seconds banner of advertisement which is the waste of time of customers.
        3) there are a number of channels for commercials between other important channels on dish tv which is very inconvenient.

          Last thursday morning set top box threw a 102 error in spite of the actual switch off date being. 23rd dec 2019. Once issue reported to customer service they started harassing me saying i must pay service charge of 250 rupees to get the issue detected and fixed. Finally i agreed and asked for service men to come before 11am on fri else on sunday as i have old mom who doesn't know things. Service engineer forced entered my house at 2pm on friday and replaced the set top box charged me 450 rupees. They also took away the old box. Though even the newly replaced box looks as dirty as the old box. Funnily the newly replaced set top box has stopped working today sunday at 6pm. Called customer care they said their system not working so cannot help and hung up.

          Dear Dish TV just to let u know one technician visited my house last night...yes night AT 10:00PM IST. I have a 72 year old mother at home, i was in office and hence requested them to come in tje morning before i started for work. They said they will come. Night 20:00PM my mother called me and told me one technician was standing at the door scolding her to open the door and allow him inside. And mind u this is in Chennai where no one speaks hindi or mostly would not even help Hindi speaking ladies because North Indian people are HATED in CHENNAI.

These calls are disturbing because they come at any time such as while driving, while having food etc. Also these calls when received tell about some plans which are not at all my requirements but those dish tv callers go on telling about there plans without my needs.                 As per their add package Rs219/-pm channal star plus, color, Sony set zeetv and many more... After recharge the CC says Sony set is in pack, they deducted Rs19- as old dues from my account which is not acceptable.

                  I have been using dish tv services (Vc no: [protected]) since two years. I suddenly started facing issues with the connectivity (301 signal not found) and to resolve this issue dish tv service providers are asking us to pay rs. 200+ charges as technician visiting charges.

                  We are already paying the service provider for the services provided at regular basis and it is there responsibility to provide seamless service and resolve any service issues with out imposing addional charges on us. I believe this practice followed by them is completely unethical (Especially for antenna alignment issues etc)

                    As discussed on call with disth tv customer care multiple times got the feedback that box issue was observed and will be replaced within 24 hours, however as per the check set up box was in warranty and told that techician charges will be taken as 200/-and the same has been agreed to proceed further to resolve the issue and wil be resolved next 24 hours. But till now we did not received any callbacks from technicians and from customer care. So pleae close the issue on priority.

                      Hi customer care,

                      Highly disapponted from the servicecs provided by you, first of all you have tendancy to upgrade your technoloigy and promote it to the customers to forcely adopt it.
                      Customer just suffers for that and even dishtv does not have any resolution and credibility for their products. Pleasae find my below details regarding dishtv account.

                      1. This is strange but hopeless that during 07:15 pm to 8:15 pm we dont get any broadcasted signals for paid channels as well free channels which are already subscribed
                      In our dishtv account since one month. We have called many times to customer care but certified customer executives dont have habit to help the customers after being in long
                      Waiting queue.

                      2. Many times happens that whatever channels are subscribed in our dishtv pack, suddenly stops and we can not keep on jumping from channel to channel to check which channels
                      Are coming and which are not.

                      3. Your so called customer execurives are so over trained, they are not able to find which vc number is currently in use and transfers amount paid to dish tv on old vc number,
                      And again the endless saga of calling to customer care, disputing, wasting time and mental harrasment inplace of peaceful enjoyment.

                      4. We are fail to understand that when we have validity in our account which is obiously activated and from our subscribed channels why we dont get channels no. 107, 108, 117, 607, 729, 812 from the time of installation.

                      5. You people should understand the value of the customer in order to treat him politly and resolve his querries to make him satisfy, to save your company from current competition
                      Era.

                      Hope you people can understand the pain we are suffering from and solve it as soon as possible to avide furthre next level escalations. Request you to keep noth the email id in loop while communication with (The one from which email is sent and the second which is kept in cc)

                        Please help me i, m subscriber of dishtv dth service provider my old set top box is replace new one last 15 days ago., but replace new one box unable to change parental lock password this service remove from the service provider without any information to customer.

                        This feature not available on this box due to my child watching cartoon channels whole day. Then loss of my child educational year. So kindly request to you please see the attached mail received from my dishtv dth service provider.

                        I, m simply request to service provider if you are not resolved my problem refund my money & old set top box also.

                        But he is not ready to do any refund his attached mail customer care writing me 29 oct 2019 is deadline for resolve my issue but till time & date my issue is not resolved.

                            MY dishtv has balance and I recharged for three months switch off date is on Jan 2020 but in my TV it is showing 102 no account balance and ntng is working in remote also I contacted customer care they told to they refreshed my account but from.four days onwards not working and my vc number is [protected] ... Please give me a solution for this...

                              Dear sir i got a week back a call from dishtv saying that they are going to activate "ayushmaan active" to my vc no [protected]. I asked him not to activate the service because i rarely watch channels other than marathi channels. They activated this service free of charge for one week and told me to deactivate whenever i wish.
                              After receiving a message from dishtv regarding revised switch off date i contacted customer care on 26th oct 2019 to stop this service. They registered my request and assured that service will be stopped in next 4 hours. Till today i. E. 27 oct 2019 they haven't stopped the service but deducted additional rs 40 plus gst from my balance.in this way they are looting us. Please restrict them to activate unwanted services and penalize.

                                No channels are being telecasted since 23oct'19 [vc no: [protected]]. On asking the cc they told that it's because of the distv - videocon merger and the dish needs to be aligned to a new direction. Cc registered a compliant after my call (They should have proactively assigned a technician) and said a technician will be there within 24hrs.
                                After calling daily to cc, they will transfer the call to a senior supervisor, and that supervisor will say hello after 30 mins. And still after that issue didnt resolve.

                                Dishtv switch off the services if we didnt recharge on time. Now we are not provided with the service for the last 3 days, are they going to refund the amount or extended the service that charged for these 3 days? No right!!

                                Frequent calling to customer care didn't escalate anything. After I wrote the feedback twice to the CEO(dishtv has write to CEO option on thier website) the real escalation happened. Technician visit happed after 6 days. But if you know any local technician even they can align the dish but with the service cost.

                                Distv has an option called 'write to the CEO' for the customer feedbacks and complaints.
                                Even after writing to the CEO and receiving a call back from the service expert the issue has not been resolved.

                                So what's next, should I complain to the PM!!

                                  I have recharged dish tv on oct 14, 2019 with 903rs but the channels are showing up. As i am going to office i didn't got time to contact customer care for next 4 days and on 18th oct i have called them and explained the issue as i am still seeing the 102-no account balance error since 4days and the response is they did initial troubleshooting like switch off the tv and switch on back, but no response and call got disconnected after 2 days i have called back and the they did the same troubleshoot and nothing new happened, then i have asked them to connect to their supervisor, after keeping me on hold for 15min call got disconnected on next day i did a call back and asked them to connect supervisor after having the initial troubleshooting the cal got disconnected and then i called back and again i had to make cc to connect to supervisor he did intial troubleshoot and then said he will trnasfer call to service team, he kept me hold for 10min and said service team is not available they will arrange a call back from service team, but nothing happened, next day i have called again the cc and again i have to explain every detail and the response from supervisor is he did refresh and asked me to check the channels and the error is same. Then they suggested to have a technician visit to home which charges 200rs. Its been almost 11 days that i have recharged my dish tv and channels are not showing up and balance got deducted for these 11 days and now i have to pay extra 200 to them for this to get solved. Problem is from their side and i have to pay for it.
