Hi customer care,
Highly disapponted from the servicecs provided by you, first of all you have tendancy to upgrade your technoloigy and promote it to the customers to forcely adopt it.
Customer just suffers for that and even dishtv does not have any resolution and credibility for their products. Pleasae find my below details regarding dishtv account.

1. This is strange but hopeless that during 07:15 pm to 8:15 pm we dont get any broadcasted signals for paid channels as well free channels which are already subscribed
In our dishtv account since one month. We have called many times to customer care but certified customer executives dont have habit to help the customers after being in long
Waiting queue.
2. Many times happens that whatever channels are subscribed in our dishtv pack, suddenly stops and we can not keep on jumping from channel to channel to check which channels
Are coming and which are not.
3. Your so called customer execurives are so over trained, they are not able to find which vc number is currently in use and transfers amount paid to dish tv on old vc number,
And again the endless saga of calling to customer care, disputing, wasting time and mental harrasment inplace of peaceful enjoyment.
4. We are fail to understand that when we have validity in our account which is obiously activated and from our subscribed channels why we dont get channels no. 107, 108, 117, 607, 729, 812 from the time of installation.
5. You people should understand the value of the customer in order to treat him politly and resolve his querries to make him satisfy, to save your company from current competition

Hope you people can understand the pain we are suffering from and solve it as soon as possible to avide furthre next level escalations. Request you to keep noth the email id in loop while communication with (The one from which email is sent and the second which is kept in cc)

my one recharge has been successful in wrong vc number ([protected]), I wanna my refund on this transaction id, given blow n provide me my refund soon otherwise I will take action against your dishtv
