Hi my dish tv set-up box not working with vc number [protected] registered mobile number [protected], service person not responding well and dish tv also not responding. They are closing the compliant with out solving, december 1st 2019 onwards iam sending so many requests they are not responding well. Service person asking previous set-up box to solve my compliant but the company persons says don't give the box. Both are saying in different ways and no one solve my issue.

    I have been getting upto 6-7 promotional calls per day from dish tv. I have already activated dnd but it didnt work. I tried to block these calls but they call from different no. Everytime. I called to dish tv executive but nothing happened.
    I have to stop this connection. These people torture you like nothing. Please suggest if there is any legal way to stop this nuisance.

      I get calls on a daily basis, and not once or twice. More than that. I have blocked probably around 10 numbers of them. But still i am getting calls. Different numbers every time. It starts with 1246*
      The numbers are [protected], [protected] etc..
      I get calls when i am in the office, when i am sleeping.
      It is really disturbing and pathetic. And even after denying to take their offer and asking them not to call, they don't stop

      They should have a record of who they called and who they haven't. Because it's a different person every time

          I rohit sadana, recharged my 2 dishtv connections for one year on 5th november 2019... Since then getting one and another problem.. From last one week getting 301 problem on my television, complaint about this to dish, resolved problem by paying 550rs without getting any bill... Now again getting same problem as i recharged for one year and i have to obey dish tv rules policy...

          Dish TV is the worst service provider ever. I have recharged my dish TV account with Rs. 5520 in January'19. Since then I m getting worst service from dish TV. Their customer care is also worthless useless. Dishtv have cheated us not providing us with good service.
          Can you please guide me how I can get my refund back from dishtv.

            Sir, few days back i bought a dish tv from a distributor. He has registered my account with an another number which is not mine.
            Now when i am trying to register my account in the official website of dish tv with the vcc no. For log in, its shows that wrong number for recieving the otp.

              Hi,
              My last payment against dish tv was on nov 30, 2018 for an amount of rs. 1812 against offer "pay 12 months get 60days free". Pack name - joy pack; add on - sampoorna malayalam (Rs.110+51)/ month. Switch off date is[protected] as per their auto mail confirming the receipt of payment which is correct. But since last 2 weeks, i am receiving automated reminder mails& calls for renewing my subscription against the vc no. 0152xxxx449. I have already explained to the calling staffs and they don't want to listen. I have also send mail to nodal officers 2 days ago and there is no response. And they have already disconnected since from morning its showing no signal or bad signal.

                I had dish tv hd box installed at my res.in october end i got it changed by dish tv smrt hub under the scheme of dish tv
                Schemes offered by dish tv were as follows:
                For fresh connection rs 4000
                For exchange (Where only box would be changed no dish antenna or cable would be changed) rs 2499
                Sir this is bad since they took old box and gave new box for 2499/- which should cost less for exchange.

                Secondly they did not mention that if i do not subscribe to dish tv the set top box (Smrt hub) would be useless and will not work.

                Dear person, this is bad since we had paid and purchased the dish smrt hub why should it not work if we do not subscribe to dish tv
                Sir, help us out from this malpractice of dish tv

                    As i have recharged of ₹ 400 because dishtv have send me sms that if i recharge ₹400 i will get ₹ 200 cashback but till today i haven't got the cashback and dishtv executive are telling me there was no offer for me on 29 october 2019 so i have the snapshot of sms dated 29th october 2019. They told me to send that mail to there mail id later they are saying they have not got any kind of mail from my side.

                      I am using dish tv, due to some reason i was not able to recharge my dist tv at month end, when i am trying to recharge after 1 months they are charging extra 25 rs so called as proccessing fee. This is totaly against the rule. They can't force me to do monthly recharge. Can you take a look at these fraud company dist tv.

                        Despite of purchasing and having paid 3 times more money for installation of dishtv i am still getting 301 errors and the dish tv guy who installed doesn't reply. The dishtv says they can arrange the techinician again for rs 150 but i have already paid it 3 times now and each time the guy comes and takes around 300-400 for same issue without having it get fixed. I am really pissed with the service. Can anyone help in this regard.

                          I have been receiving promotional calls from dish tv operators non stop, multiple times a day. They keep on calling non stop.
                          I am a doctor working in a busy hospital. I dont have time to either receive calls or talk to them. I even asked a operator if they had any options of donot disturb facility or opting my number out of this call list, he had no idea.

                            I have recharge my dish tv connection on 26 oct-2019 with an amount of rs.304. Still now i did't get the services. I have given so many reminders by mails and calls to customer care. No one responded properly and can't get the services restored. Almost 20 days been completed. We have complained several times out the same to the costumer care service and received many calls from customer care, but they have done nothing rather than just wasting my time.                               In this diwali there was an offer of rs.7176 for 2 year family hd 290+ channels and second offer was rs. 8376 for 2 year sd and hd family and cricket 335+ channels, naturally i opted for rs 8376 plan as i will get 45 channels more than family hd, what i got was 252 channels, after much persuasion with customer care mr. Manish kumar that a south bst promo of 150 channels has been added (And i am a north indian), the added south bst are already a part of my package, tally still is 252 channels. Now after paying 1200 rs extra i am getting lesser channels, no english movies, a south bst pack for northerner, i am thoroughly dismayed. I have been a customer of dish tv for for 10 years, this is a let down. Please refund my money or shift me to a package where i get english movies, and infotainment.

                                  I am sikander. My complaint is that dishtv logo is too bold and dark that cricket scores and news headlines hides behind it on the screen. My vc no.[protected]. I have made complain about this but no response from them. The logo should be applied wisely so that no one face problems while watching tv. I am paying money for watching channels and cricket but cricket scores hides because of there bold and big logo. I am not against their logo but logo should be applied wisely. Please do something.                                     My name is sathishkumar s. On october 14, 2019 i was planning to buy dishtv using internet. I have ordered and prepaid for a new connection directly from dishtv website. I used net - banking (Paytm) to make the payment of rupees 1490/-.

                                    Phone no: email:[protected]@gmail.com online payment rs.1490 paytm dish tv set box online booking request no: not install. But this request was canceled. Reason customer want other offers/product of dish tv.

                                    I want a clarification and prompt installation (Request no:) in this regard. I have book a complaint regarding a request no: more than 25 days passed no response from dish tv. And custumer care is saying [protected]@dishtv.in.

                                    Number of times i made followup with customer care: 5 (At time of writing)
                                    Number of callback requested: 15 (Received none)
                                    Their service manager is not available for call in case of escalation.
                                    Their customer care is polite to accept their fault & assure you to get this done at the end of the 10 days but nothing happens.

                                    But it's already more than 25 days, i have not got and refund. They are not responding by mail.

                                    I had spended more than 30 percent of the actual cost of device over phone call itself.
                                    I am not sure now if they are ever gonna refund it.

                                    Please note:
                                    I am writing emails & putting complaint continuously for my refund and justification for the not installation (Request no:). But without any written confirmation they are keep on calling me from call center by a new name every time and disturbing me unnecessarily even though i have told them to send your inquiry by return mail. Please solve the issue as quick as possible otherwise i will take the help of other media.

                                        My vc no [protected], i am a dish tv customer. Since past few days kappa tv, safari tv, vasnth and seithigal channels, all of which are free have been removed from my viewing.

                                        When i enquired with dish tv, they told me that to view these channels you will have to reallign your dish but aftet which you will not be able to view northern channels

                                        Sir, i chosed their packages as per trai guidelines and how can now they decide which channels i should watch and which channels i should forego

                                        Sir, please bring these rogues to book and give justice to me, everywhere common man is made to suffer, whether it is pmc bank scam or dhfl scam etc

                                        No fear of law has made big companies to act in this irresponsible manner.

                                        They think they are answerable to none.

                                        Once again i request you to take up this matter and give justice to a common man.
