Please refer to my earlier complaint to which no satisfactory reply or resolution.
Today, your technician mr. Shankar mondal has visited & sent you pix of substandard set top box connecting with adapter vidocon. He is also of view that this is cause of damage to my old tv panasonic.
You are neither changing set top box nor compensating of gross violation of faith of customer. Innumerious complaints have had no effect on you.
Further you want my to pay you rental for not viewing or using your setvices.

Kindly let me know what the company has finally to say... After which i shall be compelled to take action as advised.

Now today 28/08/2019 your technician from Kolkata ( Mr Pratap) called for changing set top box.He wants back old set top box to remove evidence of installing sub standard set top box connected with defective adapter which has caused damage to my TV made it damaged beyond repair. The company is silent & has not bothered to reply. Also they want me to charge child TV without viewing to recharge parent TV .My both TV are now disfunctional cortsey DISHTV.
Awaiting reply from company to initiate further action.

However, you want New STB on swapping for which we denied but you do not want any assistance. We have also confirmed that your TV does not get faulty due to faulty STB.

Finally you have agreed to swap the set top box knowing fully well that TV has been damaged beyond repair.Inspite of damages to closure of TV you have been charging me for your charges.
Strangely you are offering assistance, as if you are doing a favour.
Please note no gratis is sought from your company.Kindly compensate for damage caused to TV set ( Panasonic)
Refund the charges you been taking without giving any services .
Early action on your part is desired.

Dear Mahendra,

We would like to inform you that we cannot provide any compensation as per your demand because your TV does not get faulty due to fault in STB. Moreover, there is no refund in case of account closure. However, if you want a technician visit, we can arrange the same but you will be getting refurbished STB, not a new STB. Also, we have already agreed for the FOC visit and waiver of STB charges of Rs. 250/-.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have bought dish tv connection three months back. Now there are some disturbance in some channels. And to resolve it they are saying antenna will be reinstall and asking for re-instation charges. Why i will bear these charges as this is not my fault as their engineers are not competent enough. What is the guarantee it will not happen again.

    On this portal too, they are saying the same thing what I informed them on their customer care centre. Kindly help to resolve it as just after three- four months old. This is not my fault rather their technician's incompetency. If the problem persists I will have to move consumer court.

    As per our telephonic conversation on the number [protected], you were getting Signal issue and Reinstallation is required as New Telephone Tower installed in front of Dish Antenna. Hence, we have told you to Deinstall the Antenna by self to save De-installation charge.

      Dear sir,
      My d2h id is[protected]. I have replace my set up box of d2h rs 450. Product warranty is one month for replacement & 3 month is free service. 2nd day of replacement setup box is not working. I have compliant to customer care & product replaced within 2 days from compliant date free of cost because product is in warranty period.. After 10 day of replacement setup box again not working. I have again compliant to customer care regarding set up box problem again my setup box replace but this time my rs 450 deducted from my account. So i have register compliant regarding 450 rs deducted for replacement of setup box during warring period on 12th aug. To customer care compliant no is[protected]& will get resolved till 15th aug. But till date i have not resolved this problem.
      Sir, i did call to dish tv every day. But problem is not solved till date. I have not received rs.450/- which was deducted on 12 august.

        I ordered new connection of dish tv online on ' my dish tv' app on 11th august 2019, but no installation is done and payment is done online of ₹1, 590. Now the installation is cancelled by dish tv technician but no request of cancellation is done by my side then also a message has come from dish tv that consumer has cancelled the order. I called dish tv call centre and tell my problem but as they said they will refund money. Till date no money is refunded. Please refund as soon as possible

          Before 15-20 days channel Ayushman active had activated without my knowledge. When I got the message of activation I complained at customer care & the executive said it will deactivated today. But when yesterday I logged in on my mobile application I found Ayushman active is active & the value is deducting from my a/c. I haven't activated the channel & even I don't know about the channel. I complained at the customer care yesterday & the executive told that it will be deactivated within one hour. But 24 hours has passes & the channel is still active & I am paying for it. It should be deactivated immediately & I have to get refund the amount has charged for the channel from beginning. My regd. Mobile no [protected].

          As the channel has automatically activated by you without my knowledge you have to return the amount charged for this channel from the date of activation.           As I hadn't activated this service you have to return the charges charged for this service from the date of activation. Further you should be careful about how no channel will be automatically activated from your side without my knowledge. Your customer care executive should hear the complain & provide the solution instead of sharing false information.

            Registered a complaint on 17th august 2019, which was showing 301-signal not found
            5 days have passed. No response from anyone. Paid amount in advance and not able to view any channel.
            Please fix it as early as possible. Or tell me that you cannot.
            I will take alternative measures.
            The customer service is very pathetic, they say they can only register complaint.

            Everything is described in complaint on 17th aug 2018 on VC number = [protected].
            Nothing more to say.
            It took 6 days already and no response from any technician. Nobody visited home or made any calls.
            Never had such an experience from any other product in India.

              This has reference to teletalks with your senior executive Mr.Asad today (20.08.2019 at around 18.30 hours) who has informed that they supply reconditioned set top box without knowledge of customer & the DISHTV is not responsible for cause of damage to the TV . I have strong objections to this.My TV has been damaged due to this faulty set top box supplied to me
              Further after complaints of over heating you choose not to replace the set top box even.in warranty period .
              I would be happy to know the companies policy & clarification if any .

              For last 2 days the company executive have been calling on phone & trying to wiggle out of their warranty putting illogical arguments.
              Today about 18.30 ( 22/08/2019) one Mr Kaushik called asking to supply refurbished set top box at cost of Rs 250/-, for which i should pay Rs 250/- which they shall recharge my tv.
              I told him i do not want refurbished set top box as it damages my TV set. He said to that they donot supply new set top boxes( even though i expressed desire to pay for that) .I fail to understand how they want customer to take risk of new tv for faulty substandard refurbished set top box connected with adaptor.?
              Please clarify the companies position & reasons why you cannot give new set top box certified as per ISI regulation.

              You donot give any bill nor any receipts of payments made to you in cash to your technician.
              No favours are sought from you. It was only stressed that the company honours their committment, which you obviously don't.
              I got nothing to add only to say I am not happy with your representative talks who are sarcastic & unduly rude .Nor i find company adhering to their promise.

              Thanks for your reply . Today your technician Mr.Shankar Mondal has visited us. He has sent you pix of your faulty set top box & connected with adapter d2h which is obsolete he said causing trouble.

              Further a request was put in on phone to deactivate child connection yesterday ( 23/08/2019)evening to Mr. Sharma & inform the recharge amount of parent tv with vcr number so it could be recharged. He failed to do or book complaint.

              Today Madam Shandha said you cannot recharge only parent tv, you got to recharge both. I fail to understand why I should be paying for tv which is not working due to faulty set top box installed by you. This set top box has fully damaged my Panasonic TV beyond repair.
              You have no responsibility of damage caused to my TV sets...by your defective set top boxes so how can you ask my to risk my new TV to your defactive set top box .
              So my both tv are deactivated.

              Kindly clarify your companies policy as regards willful causing damage to TV sets .On receiving your reply I shall be constrained to take action as advised.

              I have been contacted by Mr. Kaushik of your co. over phone around 14.30 hours .He accepted that on 10 may 2019 he had arranged visit of technician on 11 th may 19 .He was informed yes that he did visit & saw overheating of set top box & advised to ignore. Subsequently set top box damaged the power board of TV & other parts beyond repair.This has been confirmed by engineering of TV company ( Panasonic).You have instead of replacing the faulty box SUO MOTU closed case whimsically.
              Now agrieved with your deficiency I look to you for replacement of TV within a week hereof failing which shall be constrained to take action, as advised.

              Your reply is really amusing.If your set top box is alright why you agreed now for swap? After all these delay ! Probably you know due to these prolong use TV is certainly going to be damaged.
              Do you make TV set ?? How & why you say your refurbished set top box connected with second hand obsolete adapter shall not cause damage to TV set?

              Lastly, I find you as habbit flout all TRAI regulations.
              1) You don't give any bills or receipts of money you take in CASH.
              2) You claim Rs 200/- visit charges for replacing faulty set top box in gross violation of TRAI guidelines.
              3) You don't honour your varantee making frivolous illogical excuses.
              4) You don't make good lossses caused by your substandard set top box connected with obsolete faulty adaptor.
              5) Your executives call on phone offer help but they don't register complaints.If only you do your work as per TRAI guidelines it shall solve all problems of customers . Nobody needs help from company who violate all business norms & flout all TRAI regulations.
              6) Your business thrive on addiction of customers to TV & you take them for a ride using this strategy.
              7) You are in habbit of stopping services whimsically & claim money for services not provided.

              Finally, I hereby call upon you to compensate for my TV damaged by your faulty equipments supplied & installed.

                Mera setup box vc no [protected] yeh box 2007 se acchi condition se chal raha hai. Dish TV vale use Juna kahakar free aur pay channels band kar dete hai.
                Abhi abhi aaj ke date me bhi mera tv kuch channels dikhata hai aur baki channels band kar diye hai. Usme free aur pay channels ka bhi samavesh hai. Inke khilaf action Liya jaye.

                  In their software for selecting tv channels, dish tv is forcing us to take basic combos containing 100 + channels that are not required (apart 25 dd channels ) for customers. Even help line of dish tv is quoting TRAI for the mess. pls go through dish tv channel selecting software and straighten them up.

                    I had already paid rs. 1500/- and my current balance is around rs. 2200/- in the website.
                    My dish tv account is still in deactivated state. I spoke to customer service after miss call and they refreshed my account and still it is not activated and can't see any channels at all for past 3days. They asked me to refresh and i did many times, still the same issue.
                    Please activate my dishtv account properly and give all the channels for viewing as promised. Or else repay my balance amount i will look for another better dth service. Dishtv you are cheating many customers by taking away our money and not activating our accounts properly from your end and show all the channels as per the agreement.

                      I have registered complaint that my setup box is not working on 14th aug, 2019. Their executives assured me that complaint is sorted out within 48 hours. I have called them too many times but they were just making fool and not giving proper answers. As per trai tweet dated 14th jan 2019 if tv connection is faulty then there is a provision of call centre. If connection is not restored in 72 hours, then you do not have to pay.

                                      Mobile no.[protected], v. C no.[protected]. I got a message from dish tv on 28/7/19 stating fitness active has been activated and we can opt out by calling on [protected].
                                      On 4/8/19 i got a message in which they automatically pushed back recharge date and switch off date after deducting the money.
                                      Despite our efforts of calling and messaging on [protected] the customer care lady was very arrogant and she was instead blaming us and said she can't do anything to deactivate it.
                                      Upon requesting to know her name she cut the call.
                                      Also the free to air channel channels like republic tv are not shown despite calling on your customer care no.
                                      Pl. Do the needful and deactivate the channel as soon as possible.

                                        I complained on 12 aug about no signal, after trouble shooting was advised to take technician visit. Still till now no response. Called customer care more than 10 times, but found only irresponsible behaviour, no resolution
                                        Wrote to customer care, nodal officer but no response.
                                        Plz send technician soon or let me know that you cant help me so that i can move on to some other dth operator
