Request you to please look in my complaint. I had already logged complaint on 8/4/19, service request no.[protected], i was informed that i would require a confirmation call regarding the visit of your technician in 1 hr, and my problem will be resolved in 24 hr, but as of now no confirmation call is received plus my problem is still unresolved, i had repeatedly tried to call your customercare again but receiving only ivr for the same that a callback will be done from our side once the customer care executive is free. I had been approached by jio company for gigafiber connection which had already been started in our premises, seeing poor received from your side i had been tempted to go for jio connection after receiving such humiliating service from your side, presently i am refilling 639/ month after change done by trai which comes to 12*639/month= 7668, the only reason for going for your dth service was proper reception of channels and a good service, otherwise i would prefer to go for jio fiber connection that cost me as of now for 4500/- refundable deposit with reception of all dth channels plus internet connectivity plus primemembership for all the webservices provided by them free of cost for 1 yr, would it not be good enough for me to churn and go for jio connectivity, pls resolve my issue today itself as my switch off date is 12th apr 19, if not resolved i would be forced to discontinue your service and go for jio connection.

I am requesting for the refund of my amount.
Installation of dish TV was not done after repeated calls and your representative refused to install it in my area.
Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
