I am dish tv customer with vc no. [protected] from kerala. Recently after 1 april 2019, my package has been changed with some additional paid channels and raised my monthly subscription charges. I complained to dish tv phone and email services to change my plan to basic plan with two paid channels as i am not viewer of additional channels imposed by dish tv. The main attraction is that as per trai there are free channels no need to be subscribed. Unfortunately "flowers tv" channel is free channel not available in dish tv, showing message on channel number as "not subscribed" (Attached picture). I checked this issue with dish tv customer service and not receive proper explanation. The are telling foolishness answer that need to change dish position to change package. I replied currently all channels subscribed can view except "flowers" tv channel. But they dont have clear explanation and today my last day of dish tv subscription expiration date. I didn't recharge subscription as i am paying for useless paid channels imposed by dish tv.

Dear Dish TV team,

My registered number is [protected], which is currently using by my mother. I am currently out of India. So better you can arrange customer service from regional (Malayalam) team to talk with her else you can provide your contact number to touch with you from my side. But you can resolve the issue without contact us.

I have only two concern, which you can resolve from your end.

1. Enable free Flowers channel (Getting message on Channel number on TV as "Not subscribed)
2. Make my package with Free channels + 2 paid channels (Asianet Plus (Malayalam) & Sun TV (Tamil) and unsubscribe all other paid channels from my package.

For past one month Dish TV working on my concern. I believe that Dish TV not reading my emails properly. They are not trying to provide solution, which I express and telling something else. How many more days you need to remove imposed package by Dish TV and implement my request to add channels as I requested.

When I inform the Customer care team about my issue (Change my package). They are sending technician to my home. I will inform the technician that no issue with signal and I can view channels. Again I describe my issue to Customer care and repeat same task. Past one month I am paying for useless channels, which imposed by Dish TV without my permission.

    Hello sir, my name is baldev singh my dish tv vc no. Is [protected] which shows no signal in 30th march on the same day i had registered a complaint with dish tv complaint no[protected] which was closed reason given to me that your no is not reachable ok.
    On 5th of april i call your customer service no for query regarding my earlier complaint the respective call operator add remarks to my complaint that it will be solved by 6th of april which in this case doesn't resolve i tried calling again on 8th april which response was that it call be resolve on 9th of april 2019 ok which is again not resolve so i call your customer care service no. On the same day registered a new complaint that my old complaint is not resolve and your service department in case of resolving of the respective complaint are just giving excuses so i just want you to look for my complaint and kindly resolve my complaint and the respective dist tv service operater didn't write the compalint of lack of interest of solving my complaint. My new complaint no is[protected] kindly look into it and give my proper resolution to my complaint and mental touture face by not doing of your work which is mention on your company website regarding terms and service.

    Dear DishTv your technician change my box vc no [protected] to [protected] from his office at 12:30 Pm but could not reach my home for dish box change physically your technician had ### 7 hours to change my box but he didn't come and asking me to wait for another day for the actual swipe of dish box my first complain had registered with you on 30th of march i had to wait 1/2 month its 12th of april now your company 3 day home visit policy had gone to god known day's and it's take you one day to reply to my CONSUMER COMPLAINT please teach you area manager and technician some policies of your ### company

      Hi,

      English Movie HD Channel - "Movies Now HD" is missing from Times Network Bouquet - "Times Bouquet 1 HD" on Dish TV Platform.

      Dish TV has excluded that channel from the Bouquet and is charging customers extra by providing that channel on La Carte basis.

      That channel is part of the Bouquet as per TRAI Guidelines and Times Network Broadcaster website.

      I have attached following screenshots for your reference:

      This is a clear case of Cheating. I called Dish TV customer care multiple times and wrote them also buy they did not resolve my issue.

            I have taken dish tv dth and annual subscription paid.in the meantime trai regulations came into. Now they till march 2019 to finalise their plan.
            When selecting online, only few channels are available as alacarta. Balance are all put in packages. Some packages put together to a main package.
            Present there anantham package that covers doordarshan pack, kannada pack, telugu pack, tamil pack, malayalam pack further some channels in the anantham itself.
            There are option for selecting any one of above other than anantham. When you select dd pack, all other will not be available and if you select malayalam pack other packs including dd pack will not be available. There are some bouquets of dish and the broadcasters also.

            Please advise dish tv to give option of all required channels in alacarta and provide liberty to customers to select their own channels or bouquets.

              Our dishtv connection is on the name of mr. Surinder singh and our vc number is [protected]. We have multi connection. We did a recharge of rs 7999 on 28th nov 2018 which has all hd and sd channels working on it. Suddenly on 5th march 2019 our pack and switch off date got changed. On which we called dishtv customer care and told them about this. They said that it is not possible that our pack and date will get changed like this. They told us that it was us only who changed our own plan to only hd channels from all hd and sd channels plus got our switch off date cut off my 4 months. I mean why would we do that? We are not stupid to only get hd channels and get our switch off date down by 4 months. After 10 days they said we have checked call recording and found that it was their representative who made a mistake and changed our plan by mistake. So they agreed to fix our issue and provide us with wavier but it has been 34 days and nothing has happened till date. Everyday we call them about same and they say it will be fixed within 24 hours. We have talked with their senior managers aswell (Sonu, prabhas and kajal) and none of them was able to provide us with any solution. They keep saying that we have updated mail for same and waiting for approval. First of all they made this mess and now they mentally harass us for over 30 minutes over phone call after making us wait for atleast 25 minutes everyday and still unable to provide any solution. We just want all our hd and sd channels working with our switch off date back to normal i. E. 27th nov 2019. Kindly look into it and take strict action. Hope for a positive response from your side.

                Maine dish tv self made pack banaya tha jisme divya tv include kiya hua tha par wo aa nahi raha tha to maine customer care par sampark kiya customer care walo ne bataya ki divya tv apke pack mai shamil or agar aaap nahi dekh pa rahe hai to apko ghar par technician visit karwani padegi uska charge alag se lagega sath hi customer care walo ka behaviour bilkul sahi nahi hai chalu call mai wo mujhe ignore kar rahe the jo ki bilkul galat hai. Mera dwara pack ka pura paisa diya ja chuka hai to mai technician visit ka paisa kyo du jabki ye technical mistake dish tv ke dwara ki gayi hai or iss tarh se technician visit ke paise customer dwara lena upbhogta niymo ke virud hai iski janch karayi jaye. Mere pass customer care par ki gayi baat ki call recording hai jissay jarurat padne par upladh karwa diya jayga.

                  Request you to please look in my complaint. I had already logged complaint on 8/4/19, service request no.[protected], i was informed that i would require a confirmation call regarding the visit of your technician in 1 hr, and my problem will be resolved in 24 hr, but as of now no confirmation call is received plus my problem is still unresolved, i had repeatedly tried to call your customercare again but receiving only ivr for the same that a callback will be done from our side once the customer care executive is free. I had been approached by jio company for gigafiber connection which had already been started in our premises, seeing poor received from your side i had been tempted to go for jio connection after receiving such humiliating service from your side, presently i am refilling 639/ month after change done by trai which comes to 12*639/month= 7668, the only reason for going for your dth service was proper reception of channels and a good service, otherwise i would prefer to go for jio fiber connection that cost me as of now for 4500/- refundable deposit with reception of all dth channels plus internet connectivity plus primemembership for all the webservices provided by them free of cost for 1 yr, would it not be good enough for me to churn and go for jio connectivity, pls resolve my issue today itself as my switch off date is 12th apr 19, if not resolved i would be forced to discontinue your service and go for jio connection.

                    Sir,
                    with due respect, I would like to bring following facts to your notice.
                    According to TRAI rules I have selected my channel and enjoying them. But from 06/4/19 all paid channels stopped and many times I contact to Dish TV customer care & tell them my problem but they are not solving they are making me fool by saying" 15minute me hojayega".
                    I am also having customer care call recordings if required I will project.
                    Monthly money deducted continue and we are not enjoying the channels.
                    I would like to request you to look into the matter and solve my problem.

                      Dear sir,
                      My Dish TV (VC NO : [protected] ) Antenna need to allign inorder to get south zone channels due to new rule came.its a free of cost service and service team have to come here and allign the same. I already paid of Rs 300 to the new channel pack but I am not able to use it till now because of this allignment issue. I called more than 10 time subsequently for the same to customer care for past 2 weeks but nobody came. They are providing the worst service a service provider can give. Every time they will tell that it will resolve in 24 hrs..but nothing happens. Iam fed up with their services.

                        Since Last December 2018 onwards i was able to get 4 channels in my dish Tv and i have given compliant in Jan and Feb 2019 regarding technical help every time i give a call to customer care they take complaints or escalate to supervisor.or taking complaints regarding technical promising in 24 hrs issue will be resolved but after 24 hrs our number will be blocked for the next 1 week .so we can't even call back regarding the status, every month we cant charged of 300 for 4 channels.

                            For New connection DishNXT HD setup box which can be purchase only ONline as per Dish, On doing online payment 3 to 4 times transaction gets failed as after that on 4th transaction my amount gets debited and i have not received any message from Dish tv if it is booked or again failed, On enquire from customer care there executive saying that they don't know regarding this executive name ( Rakshit, Neeraj) they transfer call to there senior and then after the call gets end. i tried 8 to 10 times on paid number but they don't want to solve the problem. If they are doing fraud they just get the amount on there account and not taking the booking then this is serious issue. As me how many customer who pay online and facing this type of problem that customer care are not even there to here the customer problem.

                            Till datevi have not received any call from executive. I dont want any dushtv connection. Now when i am calling for refund amount no any executive replying me regarding this.. Now i want my amount Rs 1749 as i dont want any connection from dishtv..
                            I again advice all not to go or even try for online transfer from dishtv web site as ur money will get block as my. I am waiting for waiting for refund but till date tge refund is not process from dish tv..

                              I have been struggling to get the new package updated after changes based on TRAI guidelines. I have raised request 5 times but the package does not get updated as there is a technician visit required for device alignment. Even after raising request for 5 times there is no technician visit. The last request was raised on 2nd April and after 6 days I have not received any update. When I call customer care the server will always be down and they will not be able to fetch my account details and ask me to call after sometime and same thing continues.

                                  I recharged my dish with sufficient amount but channels were not activated till now. Even though i called to customer care they were not responding properly. They said that they will rectify it but they didn't. I nearly called 13 times but poor response from them. They always telling that they will arrange call back from supervisor but no response.

                                    Today (8-apr-2019), dish tv through its 'sms' platform sent me a message saying that i/we have been migrated to their new plan (Without seeking our consent!) as per the trai guidelines with revised monthly plan/package for rs.728/- per month. We are not in town for the next few months and without considering whether we want or not they have done what suits to their business. Please guide us where we should escalate?

On 31st january i had talk with company representative over my registered mobile [protected] & was offered a package of rs 177/- p. M which i agreed to & i was given to understand that the company shall transfer me to this & renewal date shall be extended pro rata.
                                      I have subsequently asked for extension of renewal date which company os yet to do. Kindly extend renewal date immediately (Should be somewhere 15 june 19.) this is urgent, please.
