I had booked for a new connection on 17th april 2019 at 8.21pm. I have done the online payment of rs. 1749 through the www.dishtv.in site and digital transaction details received from dishtv. Transaction id is #656643. But till now no correspondence has taken place regarding installation. No call or sms received till now.
I had sent emails and spoken to customer care executive several times but there is no sign to solve the matter.
As dishtv is a reputed dth service provider, how could we expect such type of negligence as well as ignorance. Is this a proof of a good service to a common people like me?

DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is open loot and fraud and dishtv is not ashamed to give lame reasons in public forums. I demand an immediate update of my channels as per my online request, else i shall take up the matter with TRAI/consumer court.
