When i want to renew the subscription onlinre, the old diconnected vc number[protected] p0pup. I made several complaints to dishtv to deactivate the vc number[protected] but invain. It is a nuisance to deal with this....

late fees of rs. 25 and extras rs. 25 taking customer money

I have recharged rs. 400 after some I checked the balance it showed Rd. 351.. Then I call customer care they said it was wrongly detected rs25 and late fee of rs. 25 daily charge of rs. 9

I don't know why new rules are implemented for late fee and extra customer amount eating why its happening.....

non availability of all channels in bouquet pack

Dish TV is not providing Movies Now HD channel in its HD Times network pack costing 20 INR while it is there in Times M.A.N (movies & news) HD pack. On contacting customer care, they are saying it is in SD pack of Rs13 but not in HD pack while TRAI & Times website says it is there....

They close complaints on 11th april without sending any technician to my residence. I have not received any call from the technician.

I asked them to open again on 11th april. No[protected]
Again no technician called me or visited my residence. Again surprisingly they close the complaints on 13th april....

channel is stopped

I have purchased non stop pack for three years . And still having validity approx .one more year .But dish tv stop many channel like zee anmol cinema, sony wah, star utsav movie, rishtey cineplex etc. When i complaint customer care they said you have to pay for these channel as per TRAI .Why should i pay when i have still validity for one more year.Ticket no. for complaint is[protected]. disgusting and pathetic service

Hi,
Since 3-4 weeks i have been following up with customer care & service in-charge for Signal alignment to opt channels I preferred. Daily I am calling and waiting for almost 30-40 mins to get the call connected. Every time I call they will say that they escalated they spoke with service in-charge to that area and issue will resolve by today or tomorrow. same response all the time. It is Still pending.

I am have a dish tv account and as per new rule i wanted add on the channel which i want, but dish tv is not able to add on due to technical issues. They day they want to align the dish for which i have given complaint on 10.04.2019, but even today my problem is not solved. I receive call from centres which is if no use to me. They give only assurance but the problem is not resolved....

I have choosen the pack as per trai regulations. Comes to 380/ month. With free fish realignment. No body contacted for alignment even after 8 days and i was migrated automatically to a pack at 730/month which i didn't request. Called customer care several times. No resolution till now. Very bad service from dishtv. Iam very much disappointed....

I have done a recharge of 3 months with offer of 30 days extra by doing recharge of 3 months i do the recharge through dish tv website by clicking the offer and pay the amount according to the dishtv but they did not give me 30 days extra and also not full 13 3 months give me only 2 months and 15 days my vc number is[protected]. If dish tv does not give my extra 30 days i will never recharge my dish tv again and recommend that you should...

I am a dish tv user and i activated my new selections as per trai’s new framework my tv got changed to some similar pack and i after login the website i have changed the package which i wanted to see. Then i got a message that the technician will come to change the alignment with free of cost. But this has done nearly 3-4 time now. Still no calls no technician has come.. And the issue is still existing. One of my selection is flowers tv....

The request was closed within 2 minutes by service team for which i have a message which says i requested for closure (First lapse).
