Dear sir/madam
My self Manojit Sarkar one of your customers since last 4year.my vc no is [protected]-5 . but in last 4days my set of Box not working, i already given complain to your customers care on 13 April my Complain no[protected], they commitment to me that my Complain will solve with in 24h. But till today there is nocall form your technician.. When i call on your customers care they are talking like what can i do..
Sorry sir but Once upon a time dist tv known for there best customer service but now i think they loose there goodwill.
Please do something think otherwise i will give a consumer Case for your poor customer service..

    Please note the problem and kindly solve the same at the earliest.

    Yesterday on 15th april 2019, after logging in your website, i have selected the channels that we wanted the monthly charge showed is rs 189. We recharged for one month.
    But on the tv screen in 'my account section" the switch off date is shown as april 30. We recharged for one month and the amount rs 189/- is for one month including 18% gst. You can check it from your end. Then why it is shown as switch off date is april 30?
    The company is cheating.

    Kindly update the same.

    We called from our Registered Mobile Number to Dish TV customer care and call is not getting connected to that number. We received message from dish that a refreshment message has been sent by them and to switch off set top box and then witch on and keep on channel number 96 for 15 minutes. We did the same. But even after keeping it on channel 96, for 30 minutes, account information is not updated.

      I raised a request as per trai selection on 02 - feb-19. When i called executive they are telling like dish antenna need to align. Still today 16-apr-19 dish alignment is not happened. Everyday i am calling they are not responsible and not fixing my issue.
      I ask them to disconnect/close my connection and pay the amount that also they are not doing.
      Since 15 days i am not using the connection and there is no response.

      executing is telling like supervisor will connect but he is not connecting and they are telling like arrange a call back.they called back and no response from them waiting time is more than 25 to 30 minutes after that also not getting connected.
      there is no request tracker, deadline nothing is there.
      no option to escalate issue to higher people.
      useless and worst service providing by dish.

      Everyday I called customer care today I also they said with in one hour call back will be arranged with superior.got a call as system generated holding call more than 30 mins after that again I need to explain everything still no progress since two months

        I am using d2h services since july 2015 but in dec 2018 there was fault in setup after complaint they changed and charged rs. 400/- for the same after that same thing happened after around 40 days so after complaint they again changed it and charged rs. 200/- after that same thing happened again within month they changed it again and now the same thing happen again and when i complained they want to charge me for the same. So they are making us fool and looting our money by giving us faulty set up box. Mobile no. - [protected]

              Incidence: while recharging with upi to dishtv, by mistake i made an excess payment of rs.3946/-
              I immediately complained & got the reply from dishtv..

              Response fm [protected]@dishtv.in :
              "we have taken your request for payment reversal request for the
              Payment of rs.3946 which you did on 30/03/2019 against vc no. [protected].
              Your request number is:[protected]."

              "as per our records our team told that amount will be
              Refunded in customer source account within 7 to 10 working days."

              But it's already 15 days, i ve not got d refund. They r not responding by mail.
              Over phone they say, they ve escalated d issue & will refund shortly. But no refund has been done..
              Looks like they r doing an organized fraud..

                Daily I receive 20-30 promotional calls from DishTV even though my number is in DND. There system should have functionality to see how many times they have already disturbed the customer in a single day. If this continues, I am planning to switch to other service provider.

When i want to renew the subscription onlinre, the old diconnected vc number[protected] p0pup. I made several complaints to dishtv to deactivate the vc number[protected] but invain. It is a nuisance to deal with this.

                    I have recharged rs. 400 after some I checked the balance it showed Rd. 351.. Then I call customer care they said it was wrongly detected rs25 and late fee of rs. 25 daily charge of rs. 9

                    I don't know why new rules are implemented for late fee and extra customer amount eating why its happening..

                      Dish TV is not providing Movies Now HD channel in its HD Times network pack costing 20 INR while it is there in Times M.A.N (movies & news) HD pack. On contacting customer care, they are saying it is in SD pack of Rs13 but not in HD pack while TRAI & Times website says it is there.

                            I was not able to see any of the paid channels i complaints to dish tv on 10th april complaints no[protected]
                            They close complaints on 11th april without sending any technician to my residence. I have not received any call from the technician.

                            I asked them to open again on 11th april. No[protected]
                            Again no technician called me or visited my residence. Again surprisingly they close the complaints on 13th april. It looks very strange dish tv has people who do not want to do their work. Until today no one visited me. I am not able to see channels which i paid.

                              I have purchased non stop pack for three years . And still having validity approx .one more year .But dish tv stop many channel like zee anmol cinema, sony wah, star utsav movie, rishtey cineplex etc. When i complaint customer care they said you have to pay for these channel as per TRAI .Why should i pay when i have still validity for one more year.Ticket no. for complaint is[protected].                                 Hi,
                                Since 3-4 weeks i have been following up with customer care & service in-charge for Signal alignment to opt channels I preferred. Daily I am calling and waiting for almost 30-40 mins to get the call connected. Every time I call they will say that they escalated they spoke with service in-charge to that area and issue will resolve by today or tomorrow. same response all the time. It is Still pending.

                                Daily routine task for me is to call you guys as such you are my girl friend.

                                I have opted for 1 year plan and due to this TRAI changes that is stopped working now and by default it choose some pack which I am not all interested. I am anot able to change the plans and for that signal alignment has to be done. You guys will take months to do it and simple charge Rs 500+ which is of no use. You guys are not giving option to cancel the connection too. I am having balance of Rs 3000+ in my account and I was told that these cannot be refund. You are not providing service, will not refund my money back nor wont pay any penalty. what you guys thinking. simple charging as your wish.

                                Giving false commitment till now and I am not going to accept anymore.Get it resolved ASAP with penalty/close the connection with refunding my amount. I have received one more commitment today that by tomorrow morning it will be resolved by escalation manager. I have demanded it through email, I was told to drop an email to do the same.

                                I also raised my concern through "Write to the CEO". I am going to twit the same in social media.
                                Don't play with customers.

                                  I am have a dish tv account and as per new rule i wanted add on the channel which i want, but dish tv is not able to add on due to technical issues. They day they want to align the dish for which i have given complaint on 10.04.2019, but even today my problem is not solved. I receive call from centres which is if no use to me. They give only assurance but the problem is not resolved.

                                      Good evening, this is to get to your notice on the total frustration that i am goin through for last 3 months. Pls find the detailed description of same & also the way how dish tv is cheating customers.

                                      1. I have proactively called up dish tv in january/ feb’19 way before the launch of trai regulation & brefied on my channel requirements & the same was mentioned would activated by customer care.
                                      2. This was noticed by me in feb19 again that the channels were not activated, i had to call back & customer care mentioned previous agent had not activated my request & took my fresh request
                                      3. Again frustrated of not activating my plan, called back & the call was escalated to senior department they mentioned some technical changes are not made to my set up box due to which they had not activated.
                                      4. Then i asked senior agent why was this not informed to me in past, he upfront told me that this will not be possible. I confronted him to listen my calls & see if this was informed and get back with pay back for impact caused.
                                      5. He checked & confirmed the issue was with dish tv and not from my end, he was supposed to give my a refund of 400₹, but he gave me maximum as per policy is only 200₹ (Audacity of dish tv is even if they are at fault, they still want to give what they can & not as per customer impact).
                                      6. When i mentioned this is not right on there part, the senior executive told, i am open to do what i want to do, but they can give this much only.
                                      7. With sheer frustration i let it go thinking it is one off case & mentioned senior executive to activate my plan which was worth 300₹ per month as per trai policy
                                      8. He confirmed he will do it, now i thought atleast my issue would be fixed.
                                      9. Today when i check my connection was activated with 750₹, i with frustration called customer care to confirm why this was activated & with whose permission.
                                      10. He mentioned this is recommended plan for me?, i told why was i not activated with the plan i wanted, he told againmy alignment is not done... You guys tell me what more should i do.. I called almost ten times n still my plan is not activated.

                                      Every time i call they tell alignment should be done, but they do not do..

                                      I am literally frustrated, pls listen to all my calls that i called from january 19 & understand the issues.

                                      Iam left with no options other then escalating this issue to trai & consumer forum.

                                      My expectations: need dish tv to act responsibly & do what they are supposed to do as per ground of law defined. Refund all the amount & take a visible actions against all the people who are responsible in not implementing the actions.

                                      Trai team, pls help the customers from these kind of issues & guide me what all actions i can take again these companies who are against customer rights...

                                      Note: i am a normal working guy who spend time in office most of the time, i call when i get frustrated & these companies are torturing me as for this alone issue i had to loose my patience and under go immense mental torture talking to multiple people on same issue multiple times..

                                      Dish Tv, has just confirmed they will revert by checking the damage caused. However today they called again & confirmed that it’s there issue but they can provide only 150₹ as refund.

                                      This was spoken by backend team “AKIF”.

                                      Cheaters to the core, accepting as there fault but not ready to refund.

                                      I want a strong action to be taken against dish tv

                                        I have choosen the pack as per trai regulations. Comes to 380/ month. With free fish realignment. No body contacted for alignment even after 8 days and i was migrated automatically to a pack at 730/month which i didn't request. Called customer care several times. No resolution till now. Very bad service from dishtv. Iam very much disappointed.
