[Resolved] DishTV — Channels subscribed but abruptly stopped. No calls answered | |||
It is with great distress that I write this. I thought DishTV was a good DTH to subscribe to, but now I'm having second thoughts. Firstly, it is so, so, so difficult to get through the phone and when we do we are made to hold for a considerable time and then abruptly disconnected. Secondly, the Sony channels have been abruptly stopped, SonyTV, Sony SAB, Sony Max, and Sony Max2 have been stopped. I had also asked that the news channel a la carte be stopped which has not been done yet over a month. Please look into the matter or I will be forced to discontinue and look for another service provider. My VC no. [protected] and my RMN is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

If your representative will take several days to attend to my complaint what is the point in continuing with your services. I feel I should approach the Consumer Redressal courts.

My channel pack price is Rs. 320/-, In which all Sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/14, from my pack Sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. Please mail me about the Viewing the Sony channels. My
