[Resolved] DishTV — problem 101 channel not subscribed complaint

I recharged my dishtv on 24 march 2020 with rs.580. But when viewed the channels it shows 101 error channel not subscribed. Even i have seen my account option on tv and it shows that dishtv is recharged. Free channels are available but not the subscribed ones. Even customer care seems very busy. Please sort out the matter quickly. I know everyone is busy amid covid -19 but at least some call centre must receive the call and sort out the problem.
