[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge not done successfully but account debited

Dear sir,
Yesterday i was trying to recharge my dish tv through your payment navigation, but my account debited rs 766/= and the recharge is still to be done. The amount debited vide txns no[protected]igafxroia9 through inb. Please reverse the txns at the earliest. My contact no is [protected]. Today is the last date of my recharge date otherwise my dish tv will be swith off.

I have asked for some channels and I am not getting those channels ... really got to know such pathetic service of dish tv. For the past 3-5 days I am calling customer care and asking for added channels ..each day I am adding and deleting channels .

Daily I receive 20-30 promotional calls from DishTV even though my number is in DND. There system should have functionality to see how many times they have already disturbed the customer in a single day. If this continues, I am planning to switch to other service provider.
