DishTV — trai rules change plan | customer care not responding | web/app login not working

My customer id is 83658377 of d2h. From last two months i am trying to change my plan as per the new trai rules. But i am not able to make any change in my plan. As a result i am not getting the channels compared to the amount i am paying.

For same, i tried to contact customer care by using phone and dropped an email as well. But on that too they are not responding. Moreover, i tried to reset my login credentials. But that too is not working on their website as well as application.

Requesting you to look into this matter and give me a solution on this.

Dear sir,

As per the TRAI rule. Dish TV dth are not allowing us to select our own channels in FTA cateogary. They push all channels in FTA, which we do not want to see.
