Helo,

I would like to complaint about the road condition in front of my house which is in h block, dlf phase-1. Its completely broken and damaged from last 1 year but no action has been taken till yet to improve the condition. Complete addres is - gali no 36, h block, dlf phase - 1.

Please try to get it fixed as its creating a lot of problem in commuting of old people as well as for kids. No one can walk over it comfortable and its in the same condition since last 1 year.

    U78/51 sewage from their gutter is flowing all over the road. I have complained to dlf about this but no action is been taken. The owners of the building are not bothered by the amount of # filled gutter flowing on the roads.

    When will you people wake up. Dlf and the builders have made u block a disgusting disease filled area, and nobody is bothered by it because lakhs of money are going into their pockets.

    Wake up!! And do your job to the society. We our maintenance bills so that you do your job on time, not that you take the money and do nothing.

      This is to bring to your kind notice that there is a considerable population of stray dogs wandering around in u block phase 3. On streets, near food stalls, near metro station and even in park, everywhere. And in last few months, i've noticed an increase in their number. They are causing unhygienic environment, inconvenience and threat to the nearby residents and to visitors also. Please look into the matter on immediate basis and take steps for their control and care.

          Near our house there is a park in which we where able to play football but due to an unplanned accident our ball was hit to one aunty bimistacly. So, one uncle stop us to play and we also stoped there playing football and started badminton but he disturbs us daily and stop our game and we are not able to play any game there and when we said him that we would take time between 7 to 8 he said us that he would make a complaint again us and make us in jail.

There is a lady named Pearl Saxena she is behaving like we are beggars and said the Tameez nahi hai kahan se chale aate hain. She hurried towards gate to go home regardless of customers waiting. So disappointed with her empathy towards us.

            Dear sir/ madam,
            It may please be noted that over last few days a very frequent power cut has been happening in the subjected area.in last two days (Including today as of now) the duration of power cut has gone as high as 12-14 hours a day. While contacting the electricians it was learnt that though they were trying their level best they couldn't be able to locate the fault. It seemed that these contracted electricians were very young and didn't have required expertise or experiences to handle the situation. I reside in one of the 60 sq. Yard flats in the area and under this hot & humid atmosphere it has been a nightmare to stay there. Request you to please look into the matter and place an experienced electricians/ engineer to resolve the matter at the earliest.

              I was left with no other choice than to complaint online and i hope the authorities listen to my complaint now. I am writing as a resident of e-5/10, dlf phase i, arjun marg, gurgaon-122002. A new house is being constructed next to our house. Everyday there are pieces of rock, brick, mortar. Chuncks of cement falling from the construction inside our house, in the interior of the house both in the frontside and backsie. The rocks and brick and loads of dirt keeps falling throughout the day. It becomes dangerous to walk as the bricks and pieces of rock may come and hit on your head or eye and damage it permanently. Also the stones keep hitting our windows and it is just a matter of few days that one of our windows would be shattered, we come home in the evening only to find heaps of dirt and dust and stones piled up inside our house and even washed clothes left for drying are made dirty again. I have requested to the constructor and the caretaker to make appropriate arrangements and setup barriers for our safety atleast 10-12 times ove rthe past 1-2 months but they dont listen. I have even complained to dlf security people but they came just once, promised me they would stop the work if safety measures were not taken and that they would visit again but nothing happened. I have lost all hope as i believe now that the owner and constructor of the next door property must be a rich and powerful guy whois not afraid of authorities and maybe has contacts higher up so that he is least bothered. I am charged by dlf for cleanliness and safety but where is it? Why should i pay dlf then? Or are the dlf people waiting for my property to get damaged and my eye to get hit by a stone and then they will intervene. Please look at the photos below to see the pathetic state of affairs.

                We booked a plot in your township of dlf garden city, hyderabad in feb 2012, according to your agreement you should give possession within 24 months, otherwise you have to pay penalty @ 42/- per yard per month, but it is not mentioned by you that what is the maximum time for delivery, you enjoying on the funds of investors (Plot no d 688), up to 30.04.2017, rs 568, 176/- as payable as penalty, i send you a letter through speed post dated 11/01/2017 but you did not given any reply on either mail or by post. Every time (You send through mail) that you will give possession in within 2 or 3 months, as per you, you are waiting completion certifcate from the competent authrority. So please pay payment asap or say by monthly to your investors.

                  I own DLF Primus PMA314 apartment. There was NOT even one communication for delay in possession. I suddenly got this statement for final settlement and no compensation for delay. I followed up and told because I am second buyer, no compensation. I have been charged transfer fee, interest for every day of delay and what has to do with first or second buyer. I followed up with Devendra Gupta, to understand what is DLF obligation to second buyer. NO answer. He asked me to pay. I sent innumerable mails to Monica Salvani to connect with someone. No response.

                  In today's world, if I am accountable to pay interest for every day of delay, how come a company can have such an one sided agreement. It is exploitation, unfair and beyond comprehension. No one is responsing in spite of sending so many mails.

                  My wife too is a buyer that had got the apartment nominated to her name by paying a transfer fee. The fine print in the terms and conditions says that only first named allottee will get any delay compensation and since my wife's name was substituted by right she must get the delay compensation. Moreover there is no definition hence an ambiguity in the contract on what is meant by the first named allottee. By the concept of "Contra Proferentum" these wording must be interpreted against the person who drafted the agreement - in this case DLF and they should by right pay delay damages. However in India "Might is Right" and who dares to fight against the mighty DLF...

                    There is a no water in the u 20/ house no 19 and 20, dlf phase 3, many times complaint to dlf authority but no one has taken action on the same. Water is the minimum requirement for the human being, we are depend on the water tankers and could not understand how the same problem will resolve. We are sending again and again reminder to mcg - [protected]@mcg.gov.in also but all the same are in vague, i request you to please resolve the same issue asap.

                      So, here I want to know that these mails are true or false?
                      If it's fraud, I must say thay are hampering your company name on public, if you take any necessary steps it will be helpful for you consumers.

                        I have received a communication from dlf on 23rd aug, 2016 stating certain payments due as final payment that is rs 2, 80, 660 and 182, 234. several times between 23rd aug to 28th sept, 2016 i have sought clarification by way of e-mails and overseas phone calls seeking nature of demand specially its applicability with respect to my agreement dt 26.06.2009. unfortunately there was no response from any one including yourself. finally mr rama subbudhi on 28th sept, 2016 responded by e-mail. mr rama subbudhi when contact by phone was not in a position to clarify me this final demand and increase in cost from rs 30, 86, 900 to rs 33, 41, 917 which is steep hike in cost besides delay in project completion. as per the dlf agreement terms and condition dt 26.06.2009, the final payment can demanded on possession that is 5% of the total price + stamp duty + registration & other charges + taxes, as applicable. this was not the case here, neither possession is given or completion certificate or occupation certificate is presented at the time of final payment demand. by this time dlf has been super late to complete the project by over 60 months. a project that was promised within 36 months was not completed even after 96 months and increase in price by over 3 lakhs, under this circumstances an applicant has the right to seek clarification of final demand for payment with steep increase in cost.

                        Please refer to para 6 (b) of dlf terms and conditions wherein 30 days lead time is provided to the applicant to make payment on receipt of the intimation for payment. a mere communication without clarity cannot an treated as intimation. there by i had 30 days’ time from 28th september, 2016 to make payment. nevertheless, i have decided to make the final payment immediately. please refer to my payment track record, all my payments are made within due dates and perhaps in advance too. i had invested additional money when dlf was in need, please confirm this my customer ledger wherein i have deposited rs 25 lakhs in one year.
                        Please refer to the below communication from mr gopinath from icici bank addressed to dlf team confirming the receipt of payment from me and seeking disposal instructions as on 1st oct, 2016 from dlf team. please refer to the below swift messages as on 29th sept, 2016 usd 4245 confirming the arrival of money and awaiting disposal instructions from dlf team. please note as soon as the disposal instructions is received or 30 days from the date of wire transfer arrival whichever is earlier icici will keep the amount in under account. it is the dlf team who have the onus give disposal instruction to icici. under no circumstances i could do that.
                        I have written several mails about this wire transfer including you but no response from dlf team. finally on dec/15/2016, i could talk to sri rama subbudhi who e-mailed me to pay rs 2932 due to fe conversion difference which i have paid immediately. please note dlf team have neither bothered to intimate me the receipt of my wire transfer or responded to my mails or received long distance calls.

                          Hi my name is vishwas lal and i am working in johnkeells which is in dlf cyber city building 6. Yesterday i was talking to my friend with cigretee in my hand which was already lighten and was standing under the pillar suddenly a guy came with diary in his hand and without asking anything he said give me 200rs as a smoking charge when i told him that i am not smoking and i am just talking to my friend and moreover where i was standing there wasnt written no smoking. Today my office people told me that i have to pay 200rs for the smoking charge or else my entry will be suspended. Is it a joke or what. I dont have a problem to pay but that has to be fair and i am smoking from last nine months and i never smoke there it was juat one incident and the guy was very rude and i am feeling ashamed and embarrassed infront of my office colleagues. I want the clearification because i am very much disturbed and facing lots of issues already and i do have my own self respect.

                            This is subhash, i have bought a flat in one of dlf project in bangalore dlf woodland height (My town) and now got my final demand note.in my final demand note i could not see any compensation given for the late possession on the top of that i have been asked for another delayed interest amount of 2, 129.00 which i had already paid.

                            In order to resolve my query i tried reaching customer care contact person at dlf bangalore office “mr. Rama rao” his response to all of my question was pathetic, he never answer any of my query on the top of that when i requested for any contact number which i can call in order to sort of the confusion then he give me one number which he never picked up. Most of the time his number is not reachable or switched off.

                            Bank is asking for few clarification and until i answer them i can not get the final payment done from the bank and for the same i have been trying to reach dlf support staff from the last 15 days, by 30th march i should make the final payment but without having proper documentation or information it is not possible.

                            My question to dlf management, why have you assigned such a person for your customer care who is not at all able to respond to the customer or least bothered about customer support issue’s, if there is more work load then why can’t you have someone else looked into the customer query specifically to cater the bank related processing.

                            I wanted to make this quick as i am expecting to get my possession but the way it’s ending up, i am loosing all of my patience, i urge all of the concerned person to look into this matter on prompt basis also please provide me the compensation for the delayed possession. I could see only one small pending due amount from my side in term of delayed interest which is around 2k and for this small amount i cannot believe that dlf is going to deny my right to get the benefit which should be given for the late possession.

                            It would be nice if someone can give me the email id of dlf officials for the concerned matter and i will reach out to them to get better explanation. Hope this will end up here only and i need not to take next step to resolve this matter.

                            I would suggest let us all the owners go to court together and also social media. Most pathetic customer support. No response from Rama Rao. Moreover when I went to ask him, he said more than 300 people has been given the compensation, whose delay in payment is less than 30 days.

                              Owner of MHF-045 in DLF Maiden Heights, Bengaluru. I had paid for a covered parking lot. However, the parking spot allotted has a utility shaft right in the middle of it leaving a hole of around 5x5 feet all the way upto the roof.

                              I have tried reaching out to DLF multiple times, but I get no response. It would be great if one of the following is done:
                              1. Covering the utility shaft
                              2. Providing an alternate covered parking spot
                              3. Providing an additional open parking spot

                                Hi there,
                                I have purchased a property an apartment (Dlf height rajarhat kolkata).
                                Dlf has delayed to complete the project by 36 months however they paid no compensation whereas they charged us delay fee (@18% pa) on minor delay we made.

                                They also charged us a huge fee under other cost and govt charges. All together they asked us to pay more than 12 lacs which we never anticipated.

                                Can anyone share if they have similar experience with dlf rajarhat dlf heights project. What are the remedies i have. Can they be compelled d to pay us the delayed charges as they had promised.

                                There was no reasonable ground shared with us in the past 5 years since we booked the property.
                                We have made 90% cost of the property, we are to make our final payments but they sent us a bill of 25 lacs including registration charges.

                                Please guide and suggest if you have any knowledge or perhaps have had similar expreince with dlf or another builder. We feel being cheated and misled with unfair.

                                  There is rampant renovation by new buyers in gurgaon when they move into new properties. The authorities are sleeping when it come to reports of high profile cases against the people who have made these changes in their house as they are highly connected with the babu's or politicians.

                                  Huda and mcg take action on a little poor cycle shop on the road or a auto driver who probably obeys the law more than the people from dlf/unitech apartments.

                                  The dlf building are built higher than their permitted floors and then people have removed walls and beams from on the ground floor of their buildings. This case was reported to the huda and mcg but they seem to be happy with a payoff.

                                  Who will care for the lives of people living in these apartments. The kids/woven and senior citizen will vanish with one single calamity like uttrakhand. The public park in open areas get connected to playing card rooms and kids are not allowed to play with the ball. Stop the corruption - we are ashamed of what has happened in uttrakhand where over 70, 000 lives have been lost.

                                  Haryana government need to take action today without the expectation of payment from anyone!

                                  There are people who are renovating their apartments by removing load bearing walls and beams on the ground floor of the building. There are small and large building. These buildings can collapse on one earth quake. The changes are illegal and should be punished by law but HUDA and MCG do act on the complaints as the builder and apartment owner pay them well not take any action. There is a similar case of this renovation in DLF Exclusive Floors by the RWA president who has been hiding from the law since the 4 years and a group of citizens have been asking the Gurgaon Police, HUDA and MCG to act on the matter. When will the citizen be safe in Gurgaon is the bigger question ? Does the Gurgaon Police stand for safety and protection of the citizen's of this district ?

                                  These fancy apartment by DLF And Unitech will fall like a stack of card when the earth quake hits Gurgoan or if we have massive floors because some people wanted to make their house bigger by illegally removing structures. The Apartment owners claim no fault as they pay bribes to the builder's for approval and then to the govt. officials to stop the act on the property.

                                  Wake up Gurgaon Authorities to the disaster on the way ? The Babu's have been told that this situation is not for some - this menace of illegal construction has been going on around for sometime.

                                  We can cry about traffic mess today but tomorrow would be a worse day when these building collapse.

                                  There are chartered accountant's running unauthorized parking in private colonies.

                                  I have noticed there a lot of mention o[censored]nauthorized parking in public places but first time I have found a RWA president who is also a qualified CA by profession running a cash scheme for parking inside a private colony.

                                  Is this a part of the training provided to CA's as part of the ICAI qualification process !

                                  Inside DLF Exclusive Floors the president - Pallavi Sawhney and secretary - Apprajit Bhatia are running a cash parking scheme to become rich. The Owner and Tenant's living in the colony are forced to pay parking for their cars and park them on private plots

                                  The Authorities in Gurgaon need to find this amazing scheme - (money making scheme) and let the citizen's know of the how they have been watching this menace !

                                  If it difficult for our policing system to apply IPC 420 for these professional thefts. This complaint is pending with Sushant Lok 1 police station.
                                  I have booked a commercial space at DLF Cyber city Bhubaneswar room no 518, but could not able to buy it, due to change my economic situation. I want to refund my money back but there is no response from DLF.

                                    1. On 27.08.2008, over 8 years ago, i made the mistake of booking and investing my hard-earned savings in an unapproved project dlf express greens, manesar, gurgaon by dlf home developers... Flat no. M1e103/pe1019#154 in express greens, sector-m1 sector-1, manesar, gurgaon through dlf home developers.

                                    2. Soon i got to know that dlf was financially in dire straits and was going to abandon the project. I applied for cancellation but kept paying till they approved my cancellation request. My nightmare came true when the national dailies highlighted the failure of the project... Newspaper clipping (Annex.)

                                    3. For cancellation i applied to dlf on 27th oct'2008 requesting refund without interest; personally met deepak kapoor, g. M. Customer relations of dlf twice in oct' and dec'2008 requesting him to accede to my request; and again 4th time mailed him a request on 7.1.2009. However my requests were rejected vide dlf's letter dated 14.1.2009 (Annex...). Dlf claims it gave an option of exit with refund of all money (Without interest) as admitted by them in their revision petition no. 110 of 2015... Point no. 8 page 88 (Annex.) but i was never allowed to avail this exit option despite all my 4 requests being well within their stipulated period of 6 months (As set by dlf) from my date of booking the flat i. E. On 27th aug' 2008.in fact because of the above reasons within 6 months of booking i had already gone to the consumer distt. Forum for relief.

                                    4. Despite, my request for cancellation and my going to the court, dlf kept insisting for 3 years from 2008 till 2011 that i sign on the buyer-seller agreement (Annex.), but i never signed the buyer-seller agreement as the case was already sub-judice. They refused to give me back my principal amount of rs.14, 37, 494.55/-.

                                    5. Dlf lost the case in the distt consumer court as well as at the state commission against me... Now it is pending with the national commission (Ncdrc). Dlf was penalised rupees 1 lakh + ordered to pay me all my money with 6% interest. Please see distt. And state commission orders (Annex.) and newspaper clipping (Annex...)

                                    6. Dlf's terms were extremely unfair and monstrous... If i default/delay, i pay 18% interest to dlf... But if dlf defaults they pay me only 6%. (Annex.). I wish, in all fairness the consumer courts had asked them to pay 18%... A taste of their own medicine... For all their delay and unnecessary litigation/harassment.

                                    7. This project was started in 2008 and possession was to be given in 2011. The present status of this project is worth seeing... It is doomed!... A result of dlf's own greed, unfairness and machinations. I went to see express greens, manesar on 20th sept' 2016... I. E. 8 years after its launch and 5 years after it was supposed to be given for possession. Not a single soul lives there. There's a stay by the supreme court as of now. All the 700 investors are suffering. The buildings are in a haunted, semi-constructed and dilapidated condition. Recent photos taken on 20.9.16 attached (Annex.).in retrospect my decision to withdraw was wise.

                                    8. I am a 62 year old senior citizen and have suffered cancer in 2005 and its treatment at indian rotary cancer hospital (Annexure 1 & 2). This fact was brought to the notice of dlf in 2008 when i had applied for cancellation.

                                    9. I am absolutely tired and broke paying lakhs of rupees to lawyers on litigation, fighting for 8 years against the money/muscle power, arrogance and battery of lawyers of dlf. It doesn't seems i would see my money in my lifetime and the consumer courts, with their endless delays and procedure, will grant my money by default to dlf. I can't expect my family to fight for it... After me.

                                      We have bought town house in express greens manesar by Dlf in 2010...which was yo be hand over in 2013...given complete payment ..but still no where they are saying case is in supreme court waiting and are noy returning amount given to them ..please owners of this property its a request please contact so jointly we can tske some action against them

                                        Dear sir. I have booked my flat oct.2013 woodland height dlf homess rajapura private ltd. Banglore flat no. Wlm073 vikram singh rajpurohit.. I m too disturb about this flat information nd possesion possision. I sent 10 times mails nd regular called in banglore dlf office since last 7month but nobody give me responce nd nobody solve my problem. I m too disturb after booked this flat. I done 90percent payment. I took loan from axis bank clp plan. Bank also remmit full payment. When payment time always timely dlf send me letter nd contact me regulary about payment but when gave all payment after nobody give me responce about posseion my flat.. Nd some few days he sent me one letter that ur interest amount overdue i try to contact him but not responce.. When bank two time disburs one day late payment dlf was charged me late payment interest charges. But when he delaying possesion delay not take any action..
