i buy new sim tata docomo with mobile number [protected]...tower has came but calls are not both outgoing and incoming...its karnataka state sim...but nw i came to andhrapradesh for my personal work...when i called to others it coming like 0 should be added before number..i added 0 also but again the ivr voice is coming like add 0 like that...so pls solve this issue...tank you. I bought a Docomo Sim on 12/07/2015 from a shop by submitting all the document and paid 131, the shop keeper told it will get activated after two days when a call will come from docomo office to the given reference phone number. But till now there is no such call received. Please help me. I need it urgently. My New docomo sim number is [protected]
